部に滑り止めゴム板13eが貼り付けてあつて、
床11上に設置する場合の設置位置ズレを防止す
る。さらに外管位置3aの下部13cはベース板
13dの一辺を舌状に伸ばし、この舌状部を開口
部12の周囲の縁部にしやこ万力17で締付けて
固定することにより、一層の設置位置ズレの防止
が図れる。

を調節可能としたもの、さらには第9図に示すよ
うにフラツトバー14cを2枚として、屈折させ
たリンク状に接続し屈折角度を調節することによ
