This type of tire traveling crane does not require a traveling rail and an external power source, and the self-generated generator can cover all the required power, so that the traveling lane can be easily changed. Although there are advantages such as being able to do so, since many tire-running container cranes operate continuously in an accumulation site such as a container yard, noise and exhaust gas from the crane's power generation engine can cause problems of noise pollution and air pollution. It may happen.

To this end, the present invention provides a tire traveling crane that moves along a crane traveling path by a plurality of traveling tires respectively arranged at the lower ends of both legs of a gate type crane body. The power supply trolley wire that is erected by a plurality of columns that are established at appropriate intervals along the crane travel path and that extends along the crane travel path, and the power supply trolley wire that projects from the upper part of the portal crane body and that corresponds to the power supply trolley wire. And a current collector that contacts and collects the required power.

With this structure, the required power can be obtained from the trolley wire which is stretched at an appropriate height along the traveling lane and is fed by the external power source through the current collector. Therefore, since the tire crane itself does not usually have an engine and electricity built therein, noise and exhaust are not generated. Moreover, since it is a tire traveling crane, it is possible to travel without requiring rails, power supply pits and trolley wires installed in parallel in the traveling lane, and it is possible to easily change the traveling lane.

First, in FIGS. 1 and 2, the same reference numerals as those in FIG. 6 denote the same members as those in the same figure, and 10 denotes a current collector projecting upward from one corner of the upper girder of the crane body 1. A gantry, 11 is a current collector provided on the gantry 10, and 12 is an overhead wire using a plurality of support columns 13 standing upright at appropriate intervals at positions corresponding to the movement lines of the current collector 11, that is, the trajectory. It is a trolley wire. Here, as shown in FIGS. 4 to 5, the current collector 11 includes two trolleys 12 and 12 of a DC power source.
In order to cope with the above, two sets of current collectors 11 and 11 are provided in parallel.

Next, FIG. 3 shows an example of an arrangement in the container yard of the above crane, 15 is a passage 16 sandwiched between
It is a container stacking section laid out in parallel.
The crane 1 is arranged so as to straddle the accumulating compartment 15, and automatically travels in the longitudinal direction of the accumulating compartment 15 using a guide signal line on the road (not shown) as a guide, and enters into the accumulating compartment 15 by the trailer 18 (see FIG. 1). The containers 17 to be carried are hoisted by the spreader 6 and stacked in the accumulating compartment 15, or vice versa, and passed on the trailer 18 to be carried out. The columns 13 are established every other row along the passage 16 at appropriate intervals, and the trolley wires 12 for cranes on both sides of the passage 16 are arranged at positions on the moving line of the current collector 11 of the crane 1 in the longitudinal direction of the passage 16. Support.

Now, in order to allow the crane 1 to travel in the same way as the second passage (the vertical passage in FIG. 3) perpendicular to the passage 16 at one end of the stacking compartment 15, in FIG. A second trolley wire is provided on the right-angled passage at one end of the traveling lane at a slightly lower level so as not to come into contact with the trolley wire 12 on the aisle 16, and the crane 1 collects power from the second trolley wire. The pedestal and the second current collector may be additionally provided. The crane 1 receives electric power from the trolley wire 12 through the current collector 11 in the longitudinal direction of the container accumulating compartment 15 to perform the accumulating / conveying operation of the container 17, and also in the second passage in the direction perpendicular to one end of the accumulating compartment 15. When the second current collector of the crane 1 reaches under the second trolley wire, the second current collector is raised to abut the trolley wire and for the direction of the passage 16 11
Can be pulled down to separate from the trolley wire 12, and trolley power feeding traveling and integrated transport operation can be performed along the second lane. Since it may be necessary for the crane 1 to be self-propelled away from the trolley wire, a power generation engine may be preliminarily mounted as in the conventional case, or when it is not necessary. Can discontinue installing a power generation engine.

If the external electric power can be used in this way, at least in the container yard, the tire traveling crane 1 operating for the container accumulating work in the container accumulating section 15 can be operated without using the engine for electric power generation. The noise generated by the engine for the whole day and the pollution caused by exhaust gas can be eliminated. Further, in the device of the present invention, the trolley wire support column 13 can also serve as a support column for lighting in the yard, and the configurations and mounting positions of the pedestal 10 and the current collector 11 may be appropriately changed. Also,
The form of the trolley wire 12 and the overhead wire method may be changed to any other form.
