Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a sealed bag which will not be broken by a large amount of its contents and can be easily opened by hand by a method wherein a demarcation line between a laterally fused part of the bag on which its opening part is formed and a non-fused part thereof is so defined as to meet the requirements including specific numerical values. CONSTITUTION:The sealing bag 1 is made of plastic with a vertically fused part 2 formed lengthwise along the middle, a crease 3 formed at each side and a laterally fused part formed at each end perpendicularly to the vertically fused part 2. One side of the laterally fused part 4 is provided with an unsealed part 5 connected with the bag contents 6 and left unattached to such an extent as not to impair the bag sealability and the other side thereof is provided with a tear starting notch 7 from which the tear is progressed across the unsealed part 5. To accomplish this, a demarcation line 8 extending from the fused part of the unsealed part 5 to the non-fused part thereof is disposed nearly parallel to the vertically fused part 2 for a length of 5-15mm along an extension of the crease 3. A demarcation line 9 extending from the non-fused part to the fused part is disposed at an angle of 45 deg.+ or -5 to the vertically fused part 2.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a plastic sealed bag filled with a fluid, semi-fluid, powder or the like which is difficult to treat when the bag is broken. The present invention relates to a sealed bag in which an unsealed portion of a size that can be discharged can be easily provided at a predetermined site with bare hands and is not completely opened.

2. Description of the Related Art Heretofore, as a plastic sealed bag, a so-called three-way seal type in which both ends of a single sheet are vertically fused and the vertically fused portions are the center of the bag and both ends are horizontally fused In particular, a sealed bag called a pillow type is common. Since the pillow type sealed bag has the vertical fusion-bonding part located in the center of the bag, it is apparently much smaller than a bag having a vertical fusion-bonding part on the side of the bag even if the bag has the same internal capacity, and it is easy to distribute. However, since there is no extra protrusion, there is no fear of troubles resulting from this, it is not bulky, and it is a preferable sealed bag that is difficult to break.

In addition, the plastic bag is not bulky during the distribution of fluidity, semi-fluidity, powder, etc., and can be easily discarded after use. Plastic sealed bags have come into use. In such a large-capacity bag, since a tough plastic film is used to prevent the bag from breaking, it is naturally difficult to break it with bare hands when necessary. However, in actual use, if a cutting tool is used each time, the workability is reduced, which is not preferable.

When breaking only a part of the pillow-type hermetically sealed bag made of a tough film, one lateral fusion-bonded part is connected to the bag content part within a range not impairing the sealing property and strength of the lateral fusion-bonded part. There is a method of providing a fused portion. This method sets the length of the non-fusing part to a preferable length when the sealed bag is opened, and a tear initiation means capable of breaking the horizontal fusing part with bare hands through the non-fusing part. It is provided, and various techniques of this kind have been proposed.

For example, in Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 63-248654, a non-fusing part is provided in contact with the bending line of the horizontal fusing part of a hermetically sealed bag, and the same horizontal fusing part is formed toward this non-fusing part. An easily openable sealed bag provided with perforations from the other end is disclosed.
Further, various sealed bags have been disclosed in which a non-fusing part is provided at an arbitrary part such as a central part of the horizontal fusing part.

DISCLOSURE OF THE INVENTION The present inventors have found that a plastic film, particularly a tough plastic film, has an orientation and tends not to tear in an intended direction.
Induction of tearing by perforation increases the guiding distance,
Since the tear may run in an unintended direction during that time, it was found that it is preferable to shorten the tearing guide distance once started as much as possible in order to tear the opening portion with bare hands and obtain an opening portion of a predetermined size. ..

Further, in the method of providing the perforation, in the case of the pillow type sealed bag having the vertical fusion-bonded portion at the central portion, the tear tends to be interrupted at the vertical fusion-bonded portion. Also, in the case of a large-capacity sealed bag, it may be carried while holding the bag end in the process of distribution. In this case, if the outside of the perforation is grabbed, the weight of the contents cannot be endured and the perforation will be cut. There was a problem of breaking the bag.

Further, it has been found that the shape of the non-fused portion has a great influence on the induction of the tear provided at the beginning, and also has a remarkable influence on the easiness of allowing the contents to flow out. The present invention is based on the above knowledge, and even if it is a large plastic bag filled with fluidity, semi-fluidity, and powder content, it is possible to surely rupture only a predetermined part with bare hands. It is intended to provide a technique for obtaining an outflow state of specific contents.

The material of the hermetically sealed bag in the present invention is a tough base film such as stretched or non-stretched nylon, polyester, polypropylene, high density polyethylene, which has a large tear resistance, and may be used as a single layer, but in many cases. Is a film in which a heat-fusible film such as low-density polyethylene or ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer is laminated on the inner surface, or on both surfaces in some cases. Further, a so-called gas barrier film such as aluminum foil or polyvinylidene chloride or a film obtained by laminating other film materials is also used. In general, a tougher film is less likely to tear, and tear tends to propagate in an unintended direction.

In the hermetically sealed bag of the present invention, the fusion-bonding portion is provided at the center of the bag and is used as the vertical fusion-bonding portion, and the fusion-bonding portions orthogonal to the vertical fusion-bonding portion are provided at both end portions of the bag and the horizontal fusion is performed. It is a rectangular bag with a dressing part. That is, it is a so-called pillow type bag in which one of the opposite ends of the bag is a fusion-bonded portion and the other opposite end is a bending line. Therefore, the vertical fused portion is not always longer than the horizontal fused portion.

In vertical fusion, the same faces of the end portions of the film are faced to each other for fusion, that is, so-called jointing, or the back surface of the other end is overlapped and fused on the surface of one end of the film. There is envelope upholstery. Envelope lining has an advantage that it is difficult to break the bag from the fusion-bonded portion, but it is necessary that both sides are films that are heat-fusible.

According to the present invention, the one horizontal fusion-bonding portion provided with the unsealing portion is approximately twice as wide as the other horizontal fusion-bonding portion. This is because there is an unfused portion and a non-fused portion left in the horizontal fused portion to provide the opening portion, and the non-fused portion is connected to the bag content portion. In other words, originally, the rectangular bag content portion has a shape in which only a portion of the bag content portion protrudes into one of the horizontal fusion-bonded portions. Since the width of the horizontal fusion-bonded part is partially reduced in this way, in order not to reduce the fusion strength of the horizontal fusion-bonded part on the side where the opening part is provided, the horizontal fusion-bonded part existing outside the opening part is It is necessary to make the width of the spliced portion approximately equal to the width of the horizontal fusion spliced portion on the side where the unsealed portion is not provided.

The opening portion of the present invention is provided on one side of the horizontal fusion bonding portion. A boundary line from the fused portion of the unsealed portion to the non-fused portion is provided at a distance of 5 to 15 mm, preferably 8 to 12 mm from the extension line of the bending line, preferably substantially parallel to the vertical fused portion. Furthermore, a notch for starting tearing is provided as an opening means on the extension line of the folding line. Even if the notch is displaced, the notch is provided at a position and a depth at which the tear surely reaches the boundary line from the fused portion of the unsealed portion to the non-fused portion. The distance from the extension line of the fold line to the boundary line from the fused portion to the non-fused portion varies depending on the type of bag. In short, when the notch is provided, the position of the notch may shift slightly due to machine operation, but even in such a case, the sealability of the sealing bag is not impaired and the tearing of the bag starting from the notch surely melts the opening part. Any width may be used as long as it reaches the boundary line from the bonded portion to the non-fused portion.

The boundary line from the non-fused portion of the unsealed portion to the fused portion is 45 ± 5 °, preferably 45 ± 3 ° with respect to the bending line. In practice, 45 degrees is preferable, but there is some tolerance due to manufacturing deviation. If this boundary line is parallel to the vertical fusion-bonded part, the contents will not flow out unless the opening of the opening is bad after opening and the bag body is not strongly pressed, and if the bag body is further pressed, the contents will spread from the opening mouth. It tends to scatter at angles. In particular, in the case of a sealed bag with an internal capacity of more than 1 kg, it is often used for refilling, and we want to let the contents flow out quickly and in the correct direction when refilling.

The above tendency decreases as the angle of the boundary line from the non-fused portion to the fused portion of the unsealed portion approaches 45 degrees with respect to the vertical fused portion. On the other hand, when the angle exceeds 45 degrees, the tear propagated from the notch is difficult to propagate from the non-fused portion to the fused portion, and the tear may stop at this portion. In this case, the debris after opening hangs down at the outflow port, hindering the outflow of the contents.
Further, even if the tear propagates beyond the boundary line that moves from the non-fused portion to the fused portion, it may run in different directions on the front and back sides and feel a strong resistance.

According to the present invention, since the tear that starts from the notch for tear initiation crosses the opening portion and reaches the end of the horizontal fusion-bonding portion promptly and the opening piece separates from the bag main body, the horizontal fusion is performed when pulling the notch. While pulling in parallel to the landing part, a slight force is applied to the outside of the bag to ensure the preferred tearing. That is, the tear passes through the horizontal fusion-bonding portion after crossing the opening portion, reaches the outer edge portion of the horizontal fusion-bonding portion (a portion orthogonal to the vertical fusion-bonding portion), and is separated from the bag body. It is preferable to provide a mark such as an arrow with its tip facing the outside of the horizontal fusion-bonded portion so that the consumer can make such a break.

By bringing the opening portion closer to the end of the horizontal fusion-bonded portion as much as possible, the tear started by the notch for tear initiation is made to arrive at the opening portion before the deviation expands, leading to a reliable opening. Is. Furthermore, by setting the boundary line that moves from the non-fusing part of the opening part to the fusing part to approximately 45 degrees with respect to the vertical fusing part, the two separated films are fused and apparently become one film. A larger force is required for the tear to propagate beyond the boundary, but in this case, the tear propagation resistance is dispersed due to the contact with the boundary line at an angle of 45 degrees, and it is possible to cross the boundary line with less resistance. it can.

Furthermore, since the opening after opening is narrowed toward the tip at one side at an angle of about 45 degrees, the bag mouth naturally opens, and even when the content is highly viscous, the bag body is particularly pressed. Even if not, the contents naturally rectified and flowed out, and the troubles when the contents leaked out were reduced.
