2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, as a plastic sealed bag, a so-called three-sided seal type in which both ends of one sheet are vertically fused, and the longitudinally fused portion is the center of the bag and both ends are horizontally fused. In particular, a sealed bag called a pillow type is generally used. Since the pillow-type sealed bag has the vertical fusion zone located in the center of the bag, even if the bag has the same internal capacity as the bag with the vertical fusion zone on the side of the bag, it is apparently much smaller, Also, since there is no extra protrusion, there is no risk of trouble due to this, and it is a preferable sealed bag which is not bulky and hard to break.

[0003] Further, in the flow of fluidity, semi-fluidity, powders, etc., plastic bags are not bulky and are easy to dispose after use. Plastic sealed bags have been used. Such a large-capacity bag uses a tough plastic film in order to prevent the bag from breaking, so it is naturally difficult to break it with bare hands when necessary. However, in actual use, it is not preferable to use a cutting tool each time, because the workability is reduced.

When only a part of a pillow-type sealed bag made of a tough film is broken, one of the horizontal fusion-bonded portions is connected to the bag content portion within a range that does not impair the sealing property and strength of the horizontal fusion-bonded portion. There is a method of providing a fused portion. In this method, when the sealed bag is opened, the length of the non-fused portion is set to a preferable length, and a tear initiation means capable of passing through the non-fused portion and breaking the horizontal fused portion with bare hands is used. This type of technology has been proposed in various ways.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present inventors have found that plastic films, especially tough plastic films, have orientation and tend not to tear in the intended direction.
Induction of breaks by perforations increases the guiding distance,
In the meantime, there is a possibility that the tear may run in an unintended direction, so it has been found that it is preferable to shorten the induction distance of the tear once started as much as possible in order to break the opening part with bare hands and obtain an opening of a predetermined size. .

Further, in the method of providing perforations, in the case of a pillow-type sealed bag having a vertical fused portion at the center, tearing tends to be interrupted at the vertical fused portion. In the case of a large-capacity sealed bag, the bag may be transported with the bag end held in the process of distribution. In this case, if the outside of the perforation is grasped, the weight of the contents cannot be withheld, and the perforation is cut. There was a trouble breaking the bag.

Further, it has been found that the shape of the non-fused portion has a great effect on the induction of the tear initially provided, and also has a remarkable effect on the ease with which the contents can flow out. The present invention is based on the above-described knowledge, and it is possible to reliably break only a predetermined portion of a large-sized plastic bag filled with the contents of fluidity, semi-fluidity, and powder with bare hands, and it is ideal. It is intended to provide a technique for obtaining a proper outflow state of contents.

According to the construction of the present invention, a plastic sealed bag is provided in which a vertical fusion-bonded portion is provided at a center portion, both ends are bent lines, and both ends orthogonal to the vertical fusion-bonded portion are horizontally fused. An unfused opening that is connected to the bag contents in a range that does not impair the sealing performance of the bag is provided on one of the horizontal fusion-bonded portions, and the one horizontal fusion-bonded portion is broken across the opened portion. Is a notch for tear initiation in which the propagation of the bag is performed, and the boundary line from the fused portion of the unsealing portion to the non-fused portion is vertically fused at a position 5 to 15 mm from the extension of the folding line of the bag. It is provided substantially in parallel with the bonding portion, and a boundary line from the non-fusion portion to the fusion portion is provided at an angle of 45 ± 5 degrees with respect to the vertical fusion portion.

The material of the sealed bag according to the present invention is a tough base film having a large tear resistance such as stretched or unstretched nylon, polyester, polypropylene, or high-density polyethylene, and may be used as a single layer. A film is used in which a heat-fusible film such as a low-density polyethylene or an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer is laminated on the inner surface, and in some cases on both surfaces. Further, a so-called gas barrier film such as an aluminum foil or polyvinylidene chloride or a film obtained by laminating other film materials is also used. In general, the tougher the film, the more difficult it is to tear, and the more likely it is for the tear to propagate in unintended directions.

In the sealed bag according to the present invention, the fusion portion is provided at the center of the bag, which is used as a vertical fusion portion, and the fusion portions orthogonal to the vertical fusion portion are provided at both ends of the bag, and the horizontal fusion portion is provided. It is a rectangular bag that is used as a wearing part. That is, a so-called pillow-type bag in which one opposite end of the bag is a fused portion and the other opposite end is a bending line. Therefore, the vertical fused portion is not always longer than the horizontal fused portion.

At the time of vertical fusion, fusion is performed by facing the same surface of the end of the film facing each other, that is, so-called clam-stretching, or fusion is performed by superimposing the back of the other end on the surface of one end of the film. There is an envelope upholstery. Envelope tensioning has the advantage that it is difficult to break the bag from the fusion zone, but requires that both surfaces be heat-fusible films.

In the present invention, one of the horizontal fusion-bonded portions provided with the opening portion is approximately twice as wide as the other horizontal fusion-bonded portion. This is because there is an unfused portion and a non-fused portion left in the horizontal fusion-bonded portion to provide an opening portion, and this non-fused portion is connected to the bag contents portion. In other words, the rectangular bag content part originally has a shape in which only a part protrudes from one of the horizontal fusion parts. Since the width of the horizontal fusing portion is partially reduced in this way, in order not to lower the fusing strength of the horizontal fusing portion on the side where the opening is provided, the horizontal fusing existing outside the opening is not required. It is necessary to make the width of the attachment portion substantially equal to the width of the horizontal fusion-bonded portion on the side where the opening portion is not provided.

[0014] The opening portion of the present invention is provided on one side of the horizontal fusion-bonded portion so as to be offset. At a distance of 5 to 15 mm, preferably 8 to 12 mm from the extension of the fold line, a boundary line from the fused portion of the unsealing portion to the non-fused portion is provided substantially parallel to the vertical fused portion. Further, a notch for starting tearing is provided as an opening means on an extension of the folding line. Even if the notch is shifted, the notch is provided at a position and a depth at which the tear reliably reaches a boundary line where the unsealed portion moves from the fused portion to the unsealed portion. The distance from the extension of the fold line to the boundary line from the fused portion to the non-fused portion varies depending on the type of bag. In short, when the notch is provided, the position of the notch may be slightly displaced due to mechanical operation, but even in such a case, the sealing property of the sealed bag is not impaired, and the rupture of the bag starting from the notch surely melts the opened part. Any width may be used as long as it reaches the boundary line from the bonded portion to the non-fused portion.

The boundary between the unsealed portion and the fused portion of the unsealing portion is 45 ± 5 degrees, preferably 45 ± 3 degrees with respect to the bending line. Actually, 45 degrees is preferable, but there is some tolerance due to manufacturing deviation. If this boundary line is parallel to the vertical fused portion, after opening, the opening does not open well and the contents do not flow unless the bag body is pressed strongly, and when the bag body is further pressed, the contents spread from the opening opening. Tends to fly at angles. In particular, in the case of a sealed bag having an internal capacity exceeding 1 kg, it is often used for refilling, and it is desired that the contents be discharged quickly and accurately in the refilling.

The above tendency decreases as the angle of the boundary line from the unfused portion of the unsealed portion to the fused portion approaches 45 degrees to the vertical fused portion. On the other hand, when the angle exceeds 45 degrees, the tear propagated from the notch is difficult to propagate from the non-fused portion to the fused portion, and the tear may stop at this portion. In this case, the debris after opening hangs down from the outlet, obstructing the outflow of the contents.
Also, even if the tear propagates beyond the boundary line from the non-fused part to the fused part, it may run in different directions on the front and back sides, or feel strong resistance.

According to the present invention, since the tear starting from the notch for starting tearing crosses the opening portion and reaches the end of the horizontal fusion bonding portion quickly, and the opening piece only needs to be separated from the bag body, it is necessary to pull the horizontal notch when pulling the notch. Applying a small amount of force to the outside of the bag while pulling in parallel with the attachment portion will surely result in a favorable tear. That is, the tear passes through the horizontal fusion bonding portion after crossing the opening portion, reaches the outer edge of the horizontal fusion bonding portion (a portion orthogonal to the vertical fusion bonding portion), and is separated from the bag body. It is preferable to provide a sign such as an arrow whose tip is directed outward of the horizontal fusion spliced portion so that the consumer can make such a break.

According to the present invention, a vertical sealing portion is provided at the center, and both ends orthogonal to the vertical sealing portion are horizontally fused. A sealing bag provided with a non-fused opening portion connected to the bag content portion within a range that does not impair the tear opening notch for providing a tear start notch in which the one horizontal fusion-sealed portion propagates tears across the opening portion. In this case, the opened portion is brought as close as possible to the end of the horizontal fusion-bonded portion, and the shape of the end is parallel to the vertical fusion-bonded portion on the end side, and the central portion is approximately 45 degrees to the vertical fusion-bonded portion. It is assumed that.

By bringing the opening portion as close as possible to the end of the horizontal fusion-bonded portion, the rupture initiated by the notch for starting tearing arrives at the opening portion before the misalignment expands, leading to reliable opening. It is. Furthermore, by making the boundary line from the unfused portion of the unsealed portion to the fused portion approximately 45 degrees with respect to the vertical fused portion, the two separated films are fused and seemingly become one film. A larger force is required to propagate the tear beyond the part, but in this case, the tear propagation resistance is dispersed because it comes into contact with the boundary at an angle of 45 degrees, and it is possible that the resistance exceeds the boundary with a small resistance. it can.

Furthermore, since the opening after opening is narrowed toward one end at an angle of approximately 45 degrees, the opening of the bag naturally opens, and even when the viscosity of the contents is high, the opening of the bag is particularly pressed. At least, the contents naturally flow out after being rectified, so that troubles during the outflow of the contents are reduced.
