Next, the fishway with a fish nest of the present invention is particularly preferably provided in combination with the present invention or a conventional drop structure, and the bottom plate and the left-right direction erected at the rear edge of the bottom plate. Using a fish nest block having a vertical wall extending in a vertical direction, a support wall protruding forward from the upper end of the vertical wall, and a receiving wall extending in the left-right direction upright on the front edge of the bottom plate. The fish nest blocks are arranged in a row in the longitudinal direction of the water channel so that their side faces face each other (claim 3). In this fish path with a fish nest, it is preferable that the receiving walls of adjacent fish nest blocks are alternately positioned on opposite sides (claim 4).

According to the drop structure with the fish nest according to the first or second aspect, the bottom plate of the upper fish nest block can be placed and supported on the upper surfaces of the vertical wall and the support wall of the lower fish nest block.
However, it is not essential to place the fish nest blocks in this way, and the fish nest blocks in the upper and lower stages may be placed, for example, on a concrete base cast on site. Then, only by changing the relative positions of the upper and lower fish nest blocks, it is possible to adapt to the drop work with different slopes.

Further, a fish nest close to nature suitable for habitat of aquatic organisms such as fish, shellfish and crab is formed over a wide area for the following reasons. First, a fish nest is formed on the upper surface of the bottom plate for each fish nest block in each stage. Since the top surface of this bottom plate is horizontal, gravel, cobblestone or cobblestone (in order of increasing size)
Any of these can be laid singly or in a uniform height or in an uneven shape. In the sense of changing the fish nest, it is preferable to lay it in a concavo-convex shape by combining gravel, cobblestone, or cobblestone.

Further, since direct sunlight is appropriately applied to the fish nest from above the front edge of the bottom plate, the water temperature is appropriately increased, and an environment favorable for growth of aquatic plants such as aquatic plants and algae is formed. In addition, since the shade is appropriately formed below the support wall, it creates a good environment for resting aquatic organisms. Moreover, the fish nest has a very good water circulation, thus forming an environment rich in oxygen and nutrients.

Further, in the head drop with fish nest according to the first or second aspect, since the front vertical wall unlike the conventional example is not erected on the front edge of the bottom plate, the flow rate of the water channel is remarkably reduced. When it does, aquatic organisms can freely pass above the front edge of the bottom plate and easily escape from the fish nest. Moreover, since driftwood and dust do not get caught on the front edge of the bottom plate, it is hard to accumulate.

Next, according to the fishway with a fish nest according to claim 3, since a tunnel-shaped fishway without a step portion is formed in the fish nest block, a cavity does not occur in the water flow, and the fishway according to claim 1 Similar to the above-mentioned head drop with fish nest, a fish nest close to nature is formed in this fishway, so it is easy for the fish to rise. In addition, since the support wall of the fish nest block functions as the ceiling of the fishway, it is possible to protect the fish on the slope from the attack of birds.

Furthermore, according to the fishway with a fish nest according to the fourth aspect, since the water flow in the fishway changes its direction from the open portion above the receiving wall to the outside of the fishway alternately, the flow velocity decreases, In addition, it is easier for the fish to rise. Moreover, since the support walls are alternately located on the opposite side, it is more difficult for birds to attack the fish.

By the way, the fish nest block 1 is provided with a support wall 4
Has a function of restricting the upward movement of the fish. Therefore, if the fish nest blocks 1 are lined up slightly obliquely from the transverse direction of the river to construct a head structure with a fish nest, the fish in the uphill will gather at the end of the head structure. It can be an effective catch location. On the other hand, if the fish nest block 1 without the support wall 4 is used as a part of the drop construction, the fish will be easily lifted. In this way, the elevation of the fish can be controlled.
