2. Description of the Related Art As a method for sewing a wrapped shoulder pad, when the sleeve portion is sewn to the shoulder portion, the shoulder pad is manually sewn along the sewing line, or is sewn linearly with a sewing machine. There are methods such as stopping and sewing with a sewing machine. Among these methods, the one by hand sewing is the best sewing method, as shown in FIG. 3, in which the thick part of the shoulder pad is sewn up to near the center of thickness. However, in the ready-made garment sewing industry in recent years, hand sewing is almost impossible because of the difficulty of manpower,
At present, it is not used for anything other than high-quality ones. In the case of linear sewing using a sewing machine, it depends on the tension of the sewing thread. When the sewing thread is tensioned and sewn, as shown in FIG. It becomes unsightly when viewed from the front side. on the other hand,
When you loosen the sewing thread and sew it, when viewed from the front side,
Although it is improved as shown in FIG. 5, the sewing thread appearing on the back side looks loose and the back side becomes unsightly in the case of a shoulder pad used for clothes without a lining, that is, a wrapped shoulder pad. In addition, when sewing is done in several spots, there is a defect that fingertips easily enter between the spots when worn. For this reason, the ready-made garment sales industry has made strong demands for hand-sewn wrapped shoulder pad sewing.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned problems in sewing a wrapped shoulder pad.
Not only from the outside, but also from the back side,
It is intended to provide a comfortable method of sewing a wrapped shoulder pad.

[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] The wrapped shoulder pad is usually provided by a shoulder pad maker in a ready-to-sew state. That is, the shoulder pad core is wrapped with cloth, and finished by edging or embroidering. It was thought that this excessive division of labor was at stake, so I solved it by incorporating the cloth wrapping process at the shoulder pad maker into the sewing process. The process is as follows.

As shown in FIG. 1, the shoulder pad core (1) is placed at a predetermined position on the cloth (2) cut into a certain shape, and the outer circumference of the shoulder pad core or a part thereof is tentatively sewn so that the shoulder pad core Sew the fabric on one side. 3 is the temporary sewing line. As shown in FIG. 2 (A), the tentatively sewn shoulder pad is aligned with the sleeved suture line (4), loosely sewn on and sewn. 5 is the sewing line, and after sewing, as shown in FIG. 7B, the outer peripheries of the fabrics are aligned so as to wrap the shoulder pad, and finishing is performed by edge sewing or embroidery sewing. 6 is an edge sewing line, 7 is sleeve cloth, and 8 is shoulder cloth.

The wrapping shoulder pad sewn on is loosely sewn on the sewing machine, so that when viewed from the front side, it is as good as a hand-sewn tie-in. The loosely appearing sewing thread on the back of the clothes disappears in the wrapped fabric, giving the appearance and comfort of a hand-sewn finish. Since the attachment line 5 is linearly sewn on the sewing machine, the fingers do not get caught between the points.

[Effects of the Invention] The prototypes of men's clothing and women's clothing according to the present invention were presented to some wholesalers and their reactions were investigated. As a result, the following effects were confirmed. Sewing with the sewing machine can achieve the same sewing effect as sewing by hand sewing, which is expected to save labor in the sewing process and improve the quality of sewn products. Mechanization of shunned manual work can contribute to solving the problem of human labor that is becoming difficult to obtain. In the sewing industry, which is being caught up intensely by developing countries, it will be a means to be able to compete.
