[Industrial Application Field] The skin has a protective function against ultraviolet rays, but when exposed to ultraviolet rays that exceed its protective ability,
Acute reactions include sunburn dermatitis and photosensitivity dermatitis, while chronic reactions include pigment abnormalities, accelerated aging, and skin cancer. Sunscreens containing either a UV absorber that chemically absorbs UV rays, a UV scattering agent that scatters and reflects UV rays, or a combination of both, in order to artificially supplement the skin's ability to protect against UV rays. Cosmetics are used. The present invention relates to a cosmetic that has an ultraviolet absorption effect and is a sunscreen cosmetic, which artificially supplements the skin's ability to protect against ultraviolet rays and prevents erythema and darkening caused by sunburn by applying or spraying it. Its purpose is to provide safe and highly effective sunscreen cosmetics. [Conventional technology] Conventionally, UV-A wavelength range of 320 to 400 nm, 290 nm
Substances that absorb in the UV-B wavelength region of ~320 nm are incorporated and used in sunscreen cosmetics such as sunscreen cosmetics and sunscreen cosmetics. Synthesized UV absorbers such as benzophenone, benzoic acid, nitrile, and cinnamic acid absorbers are common, but some plant ingredients include
There are also products that can be used as ultraviolet absorbers (for example, Fragrance Journal, No. 43,
P43−51, 1980). [Problems to be Solved by the Invention] Various ultraviolet absorbers are known, but when incorporated into cosmetics, they must first be safe and secure. In addition, consideration must be given to contraindications in formulation, changes in the product, its properties, and the absorption capacity of the UV absorber. In other words, when a UV absorber is blended in a safe amount as a sunscreen cosmetic, it may not exhibit sufficient UV absorption effect or
It has various drawbacks, such as requiring the use of a stabilizer in combination, limiting the pH range, and limiting the form of cosmetics. Therefore, the development of safe and highly effective sunscreen cosmetics has been desired. [Means for Solving the Problems] In view of the above, the present inventors conducted intensive research on plant components that can be used as ultraviolet absorbers, and found that the combination of aloe extract and tannin-containing plant extracts has a significant effect on ultraviolet rays. The present invention was completed based on the discovery that it exhibits an absorbing effect and does not have the above-mentioned drawbacks. That is, the present invention is a cosmetic composition characterized by blending an aloe extract with a tannin-containing plant extract and/or tannic acid. The configuration of the present invention will be described below. The aloe extract used in the present invention is not limited to the source of aloe, and may be any extract containing aloin as a component, and is not limited to the extraction method.
For example, plants such as Socotra Aloe, Cypress Aloe, and Cape Aloe are extracted with a polar solvent such as ethanol, propylene glycol, hydrous alcohol, or water. The blending amount of the aloe extract is preferably 0.01 to 20% by weight; within this range, the composition has effective ultraviolet absorbing ability and has good safety, stability, and usability. The tannin-containing plant extract used in the present invention is
For example, it is an extract of plants such as Crameria, Horse chestnut, Horse chestnut, Hamamelis, etc., and the extraction method is not limited. The blending amount of the tannin-containing plant extract is preferably 0.01 to 50% by weight; within this range, it has effective ultraviolet absorbing ability and has good safety, stability, usability, etc. Furthermore, tannic acid is tannin obtained from pentagram or gallic acid, and is blended in an amount of 0.00001 to 2% by weight. The present invention is a cosmetic characterized by combining the above ingredients, including lotion, cream, milky lotion,
It can be made into various cosmetic forms such as oil, jewelry, paste, lotion, stick, powder, etc. Furthermore, other ultraviolet absorbers, such as amino acid compounds, nucleic acid compounds, nicotinic acid compounds, benzophenone derivatives, vitamins, etc.
B6 derivatives, allantoin derivatives, shikonin, etc. can also be blended. [Example] Next, the present invention will be further explained by giving examples. These do not limit the present invention in any way. Examples 1 to 3, Comparative Examples 1 to 10 (Prescription) Table 1 shows the formulations of Examples 1 to 3 and Comparative Examples 1 to 10. In addition, the compounding amount is shown in weight%. (Manufacturing method) A (1) to (6) are uniformly mixed and dissolved. B. Mix and dissolve (7) to (14) uniformly. Add A to C B and mix and dissolve uniformly to obtain a lotion.

[Table] In order to confirm the sunscreen effect of the cosmetics of the present invention, an ultraviolet transmittance test was conducted for Examples 1 to 3, along with Comparative Examples 1 to 10. For ultraviolet transmittance test, JASCO UVIDEC-505
Using a type digital double beam self-recording spectrophotometer, each sample was measured at wavelengths of 290 nm and 320 nm. Transmittance (%) was measured. The results are shown in Table 2. Note that the lower the transmittance (%), the higher the sunscreen effect.
