Description
「産業上の利用分野」
本考案は、攪拌筒を導電金属性材料にて形成
し、清浄材は、6ナイロン又は66ナイロン内に導
電性成分を混入した清浄材を用いて汚れたパチン
コ玉を清浄化する研磨装置に関する。
「従来の技術」
パチンコは、巷間に広く行なわれている遊戯で
あるが、その媒体をなすものはパチンコ玉であつ
て、パチンコ玉がパチンコ機およびそのシステム
と遊戯者との間を循環している。
循環している間に手垢や油等が付着してパチン
コ玉が汚れてくるので、常時あるいは間欠的にパ
チンコ玉を洗浄する必要がある。
パチンコ玉の洗浄は、パチンコ玉と顆粒状の清
浄材とを混合して攪拌し、パチンコ玉に付着した
汚れを清浄材に移すとともにパチンコ玉の表面を
磨くようにしたものが知られている。
従来、清浄材としては、6ナイロンまたは66ナ
イロンを主成分とし、それに研磨成分等を適宜混
入したものを用いていた。
「考案が解決しようとする問題点」
しかしながら、このような従来のパチンコ玉清
浄材を使用した結果、初期においては良好な作用
を得ることができたが、第2図に示すように、使
用しているうちにパチンコ玉Aが帯電するように
なり、静電気によりパチンコ玉Aに汚れBが頑固
に付着しパチンコ玉Aを洗浄することが困難にな
るという問題点があつた。
この原因は明確ではないが、パチンコ玉の表面
にナイロン樹脂皮膜が形成され、導電性の鋼球で
あるパチンコ玉が絶縁され、内部に静電気がが溜
まり、かつパチンコ玉が他の導電性の物に接触し
ても電気が逃げないのが原因ではないかと想像さ
れている。
本考案は、このような従来の問題点に着目して
なされたもので、洗浄時にパチンコ玉が帯電しな
いようにして上記問題点を解決したパチンコ玉清
浄材を提供することを目的としている。
「問題点を解決するための手段」
かかる目的を達成するための本考案の要旨とす
るところは、
回転駆動されるコイル体が内装された攪拌筒内
に、汚れたパチンコ玉と清浄材を供給し、この供
給された汚れたパチンコ玉と清浄材を攪拌揚送し
つつ汚れたパチンコ玉を清浄化する研磨装置にお
いて、
前記攪拌筒は、導電金属性材料にて製作し、
前記清浄材は、6ナイロンまたは66ナイロンを
主成分とし、10%〜40%の導電性成分を混入して
形成したことを特徴とするパチンコ玉研磨装置に
存する。
「実施例」
以下、図面に基づき本考案の一実施例を説明す
る。
第1図はパチンコ玉の洗浄装置10を示してお
り、洗浄装置10は、モータ11で回転駆動され
るコイル体12が内装された導電金属性の攪拌筒
13と攪拌筒13の吐出口13aに続く清浄材C
の分離部14と攪拌筒13の受入口13bとをつ
なぐ戻し筒15とを有している。
パチンコ玉Aは搬入路16から受入口13bに
入り攪拌筒13内でコイル体12により清浄材C
とともに混合攪拌され吐出口13aから吐出さ
れ、分離部14で清浄材Cが分離されて、パチン
コ玉Aのみが樋17から送り出される。
清浄材Cは戻し筒15の吐出口15aから攪拌
筒13の受入口13bに入り、パチンコ玉Aとと
もに攪拌筒13内で混合攪拌され吐出口13aか
ら吐出され、分離部14で分離されてホツパ15
bに落ち、戻し筒15内を通つて吐出口15aに
戻り循環するものである。清浄材Cの目減り分等
は補給タンク18から補給される。
清浄材Cに導電性成分が混入されている結果、
パチンコ玉Aと清浄材Cとが混合攪拌される際、
パチンコ玉Aの帯電が清浄材Cに導電し、電気が
攪拌筒13に逃げることにより、パチンコ玉Aの
