"Industrial Application Field" This invention uses a stirring cylinder made of a conductive metal material, and a cleaning material containing a conductive component mixed into nylon 6 or nylon 66 to clean dirty pachinko balls. The present invention relates to a polishing device to be cleaned. ``Prior Art'' Pachinko is a game that is widely played in public, and its medium is pachinko balls, which circulate between the pachinko machine, its system, and the player. There is. During circulation, the pachinko balls become dirty due to dirt from hands and oil, so it is necessary to wash the pachinko balls constantly or intermittently. A known method for cleaning pachinko balls is to mix pachinko balls and granular cleaning material and stir the mixture to transfer dirt adhering to the pachinko balls to the cleaning material and to polish the surface of the pachinko balls. Conventionally, cleaning materials have been used that have nylon 6 or nylon 66 as a main component, with appropriate abrasive components mixed therein. ``Problems that the invention seeks to solve'' However, as a result of using such conventional pachinko ball cleaning materials, although good effects could be obtained in the initial stage, as shown in Figure 2, As the pachinko balls A become charged, dirt B stubbornly adheres to the pachinko balls A due to static electricity, making it difficult to clean the pachinko balls A. The cause of this is not clear, but a nylon resin film is formed on the surface of the pachinko ball, which insulates the conductive steel balls, allowing static electricity to accumulate inside the ball. It is speculated that this is because electricity does not escape even if it comes into contact with the metal. The present invention has been made in view of these conventional problems, and aims to provide a pachinko ball cleaning material that solves the above problems by preventing pachinko balls from being charged during cleaning. ``Means for solving the problem'' The gist of the present invention to achieve this purpose is to supply dirty pachinko balls and a cleaning material into a stirring cylinder equipped with a rotatably driven coil body. In the polishing device that cleans the dirty pachinko balls while stirring and transporting the supplied dirty pachinko balls and cleaning material, the stirring barrel is made of a conductive metallic material, and the cleaning material is A pachinko ball polishing device is characterized in that it is formed mainly of nylon 6 or nylon 66, with 10% to 40% of a conductive component mixed therein. “Embodiment” An embodiment of the present invention will be described below based on the drawings. FIG. 1 shows a cleaning device 10 for pachinko balls. Continued cleaning material C
It has a return cylinder 15 that connects the separating part 14 and the receiving port 13b of the stirring cylinder 13. Pachinko balls A enter the receiving port 13b from the carry-in path 16 and are cleaned by the cleaning material C in the stirring cylinder 13 by the coil body 12.
At the same time, the pachinko balls A are mixed and stirred and discharged from the discharge port 13a, and the cleaning material C is separated in the separating section 14, and only the pachinko balls A are sent out from the gutter 17. The cleaning material C enters the receiving port 13b of the stirring cylinder 13 from the discharge port 15a of the return cylinder 15, is mixed and stirred together with the pachinko balls A in the stirring cylinder 13, is discharged from the discharge port 13a, is separated by the separation part 14, and is sent to the hopper 15.
b, passes through the return cylinder 15, returns to the discharge port 15a, and circulates. The depleted amount of cleaning material C is replenished from the replenishment tank 18. As a result of the conductive component being mixed into the cleaning material C,
When pachinko balls A and cleaning material C are mixed and stirred,
The electrical charge on the pachinko balls A conducts to the cleaning material C, and the electricity escapes to the stirring cylinder 13, causing the pachinko balls A to

[Table] As shown above, by mixing carbon fiber powder as a conductive component, compared to products without it,
The charging voltage of pachinko ball A has decreased significantly. The conductive components to be mixed include carbon black as a carbon compound, and powders of aluminum, titanium, copper, lead, nickel, zinc, etc. as metals.
Examples of metal compounds include panadium and gallium compounds. The above ingredients and mixing rate can be set as appropriate depending on the season, environment, usage conditions, etc., but the effective value is from around 10%, and the limit is around 40% as cleaning material C becomes brittle. it is conceivable that. Furthermore, it goes without saying that it can be applied to either nylon 6 or nylon 66 as the main component. "Effect of the invention" According to the pachinko ball cleaning material according to the invention, when cleaning pachinko balls, it is possible to remove the static charge from the pachinko balls, so the pachinko balls are hard to get dirty and stubborn dirt does not adhere to them. It is possible to provide an efficient pachinko playing field using pachinko balls that are easy to clean.
