Description

Compositions of waxes for polishing and coating

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to waxes for gloss and coatings, and more particularly to compositions of waxes excellent in cleaning, scraping off, gloss, coating and corrosion protection.

Conventionally, there was a coating wax, which was purely used only for coating and could not be used at all. For example, to use conventional waxes for automobile coatings, first clean the exterior coating layer of the vehicle with a cleaning agent, and use a grinder to remove scratches and polish, and then polish the wax on the wax. It should be coated, and the time required is usually about 3 to 4 hours. In addition, the cost was also enormous since one had to use a cleaning grinder and a coating wax for one coating.

As such, the conventional method requires a long time by separately separating the processes of washing, gloss, and coating, and has a disadvantage of being uneconomical. Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a composition of a wax that can improve the disadvantages of the conventional wax and achieve a cleaning, scratch, removal, gloss, coating and corrosion protection effect in one use.

The present invention is characterized in that the abrasive, oleic acid, paraffin wax, surfactant, and oily silicone are composed in an optimum ratio in a certain amount of water.

In addition, the present invention can use a small amount of an additive in the wax composition.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail.

The present invention is composed of 10 parts to 35 parts of abrasive, 0.5 parts to 5 parts of oleic acid, 4 parts to 10 parts of paraffin wax, 10 parts to 25 parts of surfactant, and 5 parts to 15 parts of oily silicone. At this time, the structural unit of each component is based on weight.

In the present invention, water is used as a solvent and it is possible to use purified or unpurified water.

In the present invention, the abrasive is used as fine stone powder having a particle size of 2400 to 3000 rooms. The abrasive removes scratches formed on the coated surface and increases the cleaning and gloss effect. The use of 800 particles with a particle size larger than 2400 is excellent in the cleaning effect, but rather undesirable because it will form another scratch on the coating surface.

In the present invention, oleic acid is a vegetable fatty acid penetrates the existing coating surface and performs a washing action. If the amount of oleic acid is 0.5 parts or less, the penetrating power to the existing coating surface is weak, the washing action is reduced, if more than 5 parts is not preferable because it is difficult to dissolve in the solvent and stains when using the wax. A more preferable amount of use is from 0.5 part to 2.5 parts.

In the present invention, paraffin wax acts as a coating to maintain gloss by forming a film after washing and polishing. If the amount of paraffin wax is 4 parts or less, the coating is weak, and if it is 10 parts or more, there is a defect that the wax hardens immediately after use. A more preferable amount of use is 5 parts to 7 parts.

In the present invention, the surfactant is used as a dispersant and the amount used is 10 parts to 25 parts. In addition to the dispersing function, the surfactant may be used as a thickener, and the evaporation rate may be controlled by adjusting the amount of use. A more preferable amount of use is from 15 parts to 20 parts.

In the present invention, the oily silicone is used as the initial varnish to form a film to maintain the gloss. The amount used is 5 parts to 15 parts, and when the amount used is 5 parts or less, the coating layer is weak, and when the amount is 15 parts or more, the coating layer is easily cracked after using wax. More preferred amount is 8 to 12 parts.

The present invention can also use a small amount of additives in the composition.

As an additive, it is a thickener, a preservative, or a pigment.

In the present invention, the thickener is used to adjust the viscosity of the wax composition, the amount is preferably 0.2 parts to 2 parts. In the present invention, since the preservative should be harmless to the human body, an edible preservative is preferable, and an appropriate pigment may be selectively used according to the color of the coating material. Usage is very small.

The composition of the polishing and coating wax according to the present invention is added to 0.2 parts to 2 parts of thickener in 100 parts of water and uniformly mixed (however, this process is not necessary when the thickener is not used), while continuing the stirring It is prepared by administering the ingredients of.

Gloss and coating wax prepared as described above is a liquid material having a slight viscosity and is used to fill a predetermined container. In use, it is rubbed with a sponge like a normal wax, rubbed onto the coating material, and then rubbed again with a dry cloth to complete the work. The wax composition according to the present invention has the effects of washing with oleic acid and abrasives and removing residues, imparting gloss with abrasives and oily silicones, forming films with oily silicones and paraffin waxes and preventing corrosion. Therefore, the polishing and coating wax according to the present invention can achieve the effects of washing, removing scratches, glossing, film formation, and corrosion prevention with only one use, and thus, a significant time saving and cost reduction can be achieved. On the other hand, the duration of the gloss is effective to maintain more than six months for the conventional three months or so, it is used in automobiles, various furniture, various household appliances, tiles, bathtubs and the like.

1]Example 1

2 g of thickener was weighed into 400 g of water and placed in a 1000 cc beaker and stirred until they became homogeneous. 70 g of 2400-room abrasive (AM-27), 4 g of oleic acid, 20 g of paraffin wax (Bis wax), 65 g of surfactant (AS-20), and 50 g of oil-based silicon were added to this solution, and stirring continued. The liquid material prepared in this way has a slight viscosity, and the surface gloss is very excellent as a result of rubbing several times on the coating layer of the car by being buried in a sponge.

1]Comparative Example 1

The same procedure as in Example 1 was carried out except that the abrasive was weighed and charged in 150 g of 800 rooms.

Some scratches were found on the paint layer of the car.

2]Comparative Example 2

이 물질은 실시예 1의 액상물질보다 매우 점도가 높았으며, 작업성이 좋지 못하다(자동차의 도장층에서 곧바로 굳어지는 경향이 있었음).A liquid substance was prepared in the same manner as in Example 1 except that 50 g of paraffin wax was weighed and added. This material was much more viscous than the liquid material of Example 1, and the workability was poor (they tended to harden immediately in the paint layer of the car).

3]Comparative Example 3

이 물질은 실시예 1의 액상물질보다 점도가 높았으며, 작업후 광택의 지속성이 지극히 저조하다(작업후 2주일정도 지나면서 코팅층이 갈라지는 경향이 있었음).A liquid material was prepared in the same manner as in Example 1, except that 70 g of oil-based silicone was weighed and added thereto. This material had a higher viscosity than the liquid material of Example 1, and extremely poor persistence of gloss after the operation (the coating layer tended to crack after about 2 weeks after the operation).
