Abstract

PURPOSE:To carry a suitable amount of works to a prescribed position at a high speed by installing a delivery device provided with claws protruding from both sides for supporting the works from a transferring device and a work holding part which can advance and retreat, and a pair of endless belts for holding, and delivering the works in order to a prescribed position. CONSTITUTION:A stacked works block is lifted up a little from the carrying surface of a conveyer by a stacking device 2, and is moved onto the next delivery device 3. The stacked works block drop and are placed on the claws 19 of the delivery device. The stacked works block inserted in the delivery device is held by a work holding member 24 which is positioned higher than the claws, and the claws retreat. The works placed between the work holding member and the claws drop onto the extension part 27a of a belt positioned under it, where the works at the lowest part are first put between belts 27, 28 in order, and the works are fed to a prescribed position such as a pocket one after another, in a partially overlapped condition by works in the front and rear. It is thus possible to carry paper patterns or the like at a high speed to improve work efficiency.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention provides a certain degree of rigidity that can be handled as a sheet-shaped paper pattern in a state where a box is developed or a similar die-cutting sheet, or other similar single sheet. The present invention relates to a device for feeding an appropriate amount of a sheet-like material such as paper or a thin plate to a predetermined position such as a pocket.

2. Description of the Related Art At a predetermined position such as a pocket for a sack machine for making paper boxes, an appropriate amount of work is always unraveled so that the work-like work can be taken out one by one. Must be stored in a stored condition. Various devices have been developed to meet such demands.
For example, JP-A-63-258331 and JP-A-62-29
Those disclosed in Japanese Patent No. 5837, Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 63-169537, etc. are known. However, in recent years, for example, a pattern for a small box, for example, a pattern with one side of 100 to 200 mm, has been remarkably increased in speed, and a high-speed conveyance of about 3000 sheets / minute is required. It is sent in a state of overwrapping.

However, when the pattern paper is conveyed, it is particularly necessary to keep the overlap amount constant. If there is a variation in the overlap amount, the leading edge of the next work or the die-cutting edge is the previous work. This causes the situation where the die cannot be properly inserted into a pocket or the like by hitting the die cutting edge. In the conventional device, all are sent out.
The pressure applied to the ink fluctuates greatly, which causes variations in the amount of overlap, and it has been impossible for the sheet feeding device up to now to carry the pattern paper or the like at high speed. Therefore, in the paper pattern, the work is manually supplied.

As described above, high-speed conveyance of a pattern or the like into a pocket for a sucking machine requires manpower, which is an obstacle to labor saving and may cause a work error in some cases. There was a problem that it could not sufficiently cope with the speedup.

When the stack of works is placed on the loading conveyor, the stack is gradually moved, and when the stack reaches the leading end of the work, it is conveyed by the transfer device waiting at that position. It is lifted slightly above the surface, moved onto the next ejector and falls there to rest on the ejector pawls 19. The work stack inserted in the discharging device is held by the work holding member 24 above the claw and the claw retracts, so that the work held by the work holding member and the work above it. Although the work is supported, the work placed between the work holding member and the claw falls to the extension of the belt below it, where the work at the bottom is sequentially moved between the belts. The work is sandwiched, and the work is sent to a predetermined position such as a pocket while partially overlapping the work in front of and behind it.

A stopper member 22 is provided vertically on the front side between the side plates 18a and 18b in order to set the work laminated body supported on the claws at a predetermined position, and the work is attached to the stopper member. A pressing member 23 that pushes the stacked body is arranged. In the illustrated example, each of the stopper member and the pressing member is composed of a pair of elongated flat plates, but may have another structure. Although the actuating device of the pressing member 23 is omitted in the figure, the pressing member is operated to press the work stack by an air cylinder or the like.

Further, each side plate 18a,
Pushers 24a and 24b as work holding members that move forward and backward from a horizontally elongated slot 26 in 18b are installed, and each pusher is driven by an operating device such as an air cylinder 25. The pusher on each side is higher than the claws on each side by an appropriate size, and is provided at the same height position. Therefore, when the pushers on both sides are advanced, the work between them is suppressed and the work above it is held so as not to drop. It is configured to drop a certain work.

Further, as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, the lower end 22a of the stopper member 22 is preferably made of a material having appropriate elasticity such as a leaf spring or rubber, and is close to the surface of the extension portion 27a of the belt. In the meantime, each work is configured so as to partially pass therethrough. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 5, the air nozzles 30 are preferably arranged on both sides of the lower end of the stopper member 22, and when a pair of work overlaps with each other, as shown in FIG. The air is blown back slightly and the work is sequentially passed through the position with an appropriate partial overlap (L). Therefore, the lower end of the stopper member plays a role of squeezing the work to be sent out.

FIGS. 8 and 9 show the different stages of operation of the ejector 3, which are located between the pawl 19 and the pusher 24 of the device, as will be described below.
It is sent out on the belt 27 for each amount of the upper work. The work is placed on the loading conveyor 1 in a stacked state. The work stack A on the conveyor 1 is gradually fed toward the leading end of the transfer device 2, and when it reaches a predetermined position, the transfer device 2 that has been waiting in advance at that position is activated. The claws 9a, 9b on both sides advance and then rise to slightly lift the work stack from the conveyor surface of the conveyor 1. Then, the motor 17 is operated to move the transfer device 2 through the chain 15 to above the discharging device 3 as shown in FIG. 3, and the claws 9a and 9b are retracted to move the wafer onto the discharging device. -Drop the stack.

An appropriate amount of wire is provided on the extension 27a of the belt.
Due to the presence of the crater, the pressure (gravity) applied to the lowermost work is not excessive and the range of the pressure is small, so that it is properly and similarly discharged. With the work, the accuracy of the partial overlap amount (L) becomes high and constant,
In that state, it is sent to pocket 5, and in the pocket the previous work
It is sent in sequence from Ku. When a suitable amount of work is accumulated in the pocket, the operation of the device is stopped by the control device so that the work can be taken out from the pocket to the sucking machine. -It operates when there is less power.

As described above, according to the present invention, an appropriate amount of work is always placed in the pocket from the loading conveyor via the transfer device, the discharging device and the supply conveyor. Since it is possible to improve the accuracy of the overlap amount of the works adjacent to each other and make the overlap amount constant, it is possible to convey the pattern paper at a high speed,
This type of work efficiency is significantly improved.
