2. Description of the Related Art Generally, a so-called smoke window is formed by attaching a translucent colored synthetic resin film to a rear window or a side window on the rear seat side of a passenger car, so that ultraviolet rays or heat rays particularly contained in direct sunlight can be obtained. It is possible to protect the privacy by preventing the abnormal temperature rise inside the vehicle in the summer by effectively shutting off the vehicle, observing the outside scene from the inside of the vehicle, and preventing the inside of the vehicle from being seen through. It can be done and the fashionability is enhanced. Therefore, the applicant of the present invention filed Japanese Patent Application No. 61-18.
In 1963 (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 63-38025), especially in the case of rear window glass for passenger cars,
A method for attaching a synthetic resin film for light shielding to a transparent glass surface forming a next curved surface is provided. As a result, the position of the heating wire can be accurately copied without causing a parallax shift due to the thickness of the outer surface and the inner surface of the wind glass,
This made it possible to obtain a smoke wind. The light-shielding semi-transparent resin film is generally formed by applying an adhesive to one surface of a colored resin film such as gray, blue or brown, and further applying a thin transparent resin film mount, that is, a separate sheet. It is releasably attached to the target. Furthermore, the semi-transparent resin film is cut according to the shape of the window and separated.
The tape is peeled off and attached to the inner surface of the window.

However, in particular, the rear windows of passenger automobiles often have partially formed quadric or cubic curved surfaces such as spherical surfaces or paraboloids of revolution. When a flat film is attached to the inner surface of such a window, a large amount of wrinkles naturally occur and the appearance is significantly impaired. Therefore, it is necessary to prevent wrinkles from occurring and improve the appearance by separating and adhering the film into a large number of strips. However, even in this case, there still remains a problem that a striped pattern in which another film is polymerized is generated in the joint portion of the film strip to give an unsightly appearance.

First, as a first step, an aqueous solution is applied to one surface of a synthetic resin film to be used as a mold, and the applied surface is brought into close contact with the inner surface of the wind glass. By rubbing a portion of the heating wire facing the two heating wires with a friction member such as a sand paper, the mold edges of the two heating wires are transferred. And
A mold film is produced by cutting into strips having the same shape as the inner surface of the wind glass sandwiched between the heating wires. In this way, the molds are taken in order from above or below. Next, as a second step, a semi-transparent film with a separator, which is thinner and more flexible than the mold film, is covered from the upper surface of each of the cut mold films and rubbed with a file member to form the mold film. The edges are transferred to the translucent film. Then, the semi-transparent film is attached to the corresponding portion on the inner surface of the wind glass while peeling the adhesive surface from the separator. By sequentially performing this operation on the entire surface of the wind glass, a semi-transparent film is attached to the entire surface to complete the smoke window.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS Next, an embodiment of the present invention will be described. FIGS. 1 to 3 show a rear window 1 and a door-2 of a passenger car.
In the inner surface of the rear window 1, a large number of heating wires 3, 3, ... Are formed substantially parallel to each other in the lateral direction.
Moreover, they are attached, and the terminal wires 4 are connected to both ends thereof. 2 shows a plan view of the glass 1 of the rear window shown in FIG.
Since a quadric surface or a cubic surface is formed, it is impossible to develop it on a perfect plane. The terminal wires 4 and the heating wires 3, 3 ... Are formed on the inner surface of the rear window glass 1 having a substantially fan shape as described above, but as shown in FIG. The resin film 6'which is slightly thicker than the semi-transparent film is sprayed with an aqueous solution of a mixture of water and detergent, and the heating wires are provided in parallel while strongly stroking the film surface so that wrinkles do not occur. Attach it to the inside of the window. In this state, when the surface of the resin film 6'is strongly rubbed with a file member such as a sandpaper of fine particles, the portions of the heating wires 3, 3 ... Are significantly polished as compared with the other portions, and the resin film surface The heating wire line is transferred to. The positions of the edges on both sides of the window can be recorded by, for example, a dust mast pen to transfer the shape surrounded by the adjacent heating wire and both sides of the window to the resin film 6 '. . By repeating this operation in sequence, the entire rear window is transferred. In this case, as shown in FIG. 6, a semi-transparent resin film 7'for light shielding is attached to the outer surface of the rear window 1 and the heating wire 3 is seen through, so that the position can be transferred onto the film. However, in this case, the parallax p due to the eye positions A and B occurs, but in the present invention, the position of the heating wire 3 is accurately transferred without causing such parallax. Then, the resin film 6'after the transfer work is peeled off from the inner surface of the rear window 1, is placed on a table, and a band-shaped portion surrounded by two heating wires and both sides of the window is cut off. As a result, the molding film 6 (6 1 , 6 2 , 6 3 ... 6 n) is produced. Next, as described above, the semi-transparent film 7 for light shielding is coated with an adhesive on one side, and a separator is attached to the adhesive coated surface. Then, a semi-transparent film 7 is put on the predetermined mold film 6 (6 1 , 6 2 , 6 3, ... 6 n) placed on the table, and the mold is made with a file, a sand paper or other friction member. Rubbing it strongly along the edges of the film transfers the lines of that mold edge to the translucent film. Then, the translucent film 7 is cut along the line transferred to it with a cutter knife or scissors. After accurately aligning the cut semi-transparent film 7 (7 1 7 2 7 3 7n) to the corresponding portion on the inner surface of the window 1, while peeling from the separator from one end of the adhesive surface,
The rear window 1 is attached in order from the upper inner surface. Figure 5
Uses a plurality of light-shielding translucent films 7 in the rear window 1
Fig. 4 is a plan view of a part of the film attached to the inner surface of each of the semi-transparent films 7 1 , 7 2 , 7 3 as shown in Fig. 4.
... Securely connect the 7n seam 8 at the position of the heating wire 3.3. In this case, the uppermost part 7 of the rear window 1
Only one side of 1 and the bottom part 7n is in contact with the heating wire 3.

Since the method of the present invention has the above constitution,
Since a film that is slightly thicker than a semi-transparent film is directly transferred so that it fits between each of the multiple heat rays on the inner surface of the windshield of an automobile, the patterning is extremely accurate as compared to performing it by visual inspection from the outer surface. Moreover, by transferring along a line of a predetermined heat ray, and placing the cut mold film on a table, put a semitransparent film with a separator on the mold film and rub strongly with a file etc. It is possible to obtain any number of light-shielding films having the same shape that fit between the heat rays. Therefore, once the molding of the current car is made of the resin film, the light-shielding film can be easily and accurately obtained by using the molding film thereafter. In addition, since there is a mold film, there is no need to cut a large number of light-shielding film products according to the current car one by one as in the past and keep the light-shielding film product in stock. Therefore, it is very convenient because it is possible to manufacture a light-shielding film to be attached to a desired window. Furthermore, since the seam of the strip-shaped light-shielding films that are adjacent to each other with each heating wire sandwiched between the mold film always coincides with the edge position of the heating wire, a large number of strip-shaped light shields are formed on the quadric or cubic curved window glass. Even when a film is attached, the seams do not hinder the eyes at all, and the seams do not impair the appearance, and the inner surface of the rear window is divided into a plurality of parts, and each part thereof is divided into parts. Since the light-shielding film is attached to each of them, the film can be attached without wrinkles or the like even when the window forms a quadric surface or a cubic surface. Therefore, the same appearance as when the windshield itself has a light-shielding property is obtained. In addition, since a film for patterning is temporarily adhered to the inner surface of the wind glass with an aqueous solution and the back surface is rubbed with a sandpaper or the like to perform the patterning, this patterning work can be performed very easily and at the same time the window is processed. As in the case of recording the position of the heating wire by adhering a transparent film to the outer surface of the above, there is an effect such that accurate patterning can be performed without causing parallax.
