Abstract

PURPOSE:To perform the sticking of a shade film simply and accurately, by making it stick to each position of two heating wires recorded by a blocking film when the flat shade film is stuck to rear window glass or the like forming a quadratic surface. CONSTITUTION:A lot of mutually paralleled heating wires 3 are formed almost horizontally in an inner surface of rear window glass 5, and both ends of each heating wire 3 are connected to respective terminal wires 4. In this case, the glass 5 forms a quadratic surface, and since development to the flat surface is formed into almost sector form, if a flat shade film 7 is stuck to an inner surface of the glass 5, it is liable to cause some crinkles. In order to cope with this, first a blocking film 6 is made to stick close to the inner surface of the glass 5, rubbing the outside, and each position of two pieces of properly selected heating wires is detected and recorded. Then, after the shade film 7 is cut into the specified form and size, this film is stuck to space between these two heating wires 3 corresponding to each in the inner surface of the glass 5.

By pasting a translucent colored synthetic resin film on the side windows or rear windows of passenger cars, it effectively blocks ultraviolet rays and heat rays contained in direct sunlight, preventing abnormal temperature increases inside the car in the summer, and increasing the temperature inside the car. It is possible to observe the outside scenery from the outside, and it is also possible to prevent the dark inside of the car from being seen through from outside the car. This film is generally made by applying an adhesive to one side of a translucent synthetic resin film of gray, blue, or brown color, and then removably pasting a protective transparent synthetic resin film on top of it. It is something. That is, this film is cut to match the shape of the window, the protective film is peeled off, and the film is adhered to the inner surface of the window. However, the rear windows of passenger cars in particular often partially form a quadratic curved surface such as a spherical surface or a paraboloid of revolution, and if a flat film is attached to the inner surface of such a window, it will naturally cause a large amount of damage. The appearance is severely damaged due to wrinkles. Therefore, it is necessary to prevent wrinkles and improve the appearance by separating and pasting the film into a number of strips, for example. However, even in this case, a striped pattern formed by polymerization of the film occurs at the connecting portions of the strips, which impairs the appearance. Therefore, in the present invention, a plurality of heating wires are formed in parallel on the inner surface of the window glass,
The present invention provides a method for easily attaching a light-shielding film without the above-mentioned drawbacks when the heating equipment also serves as an anti-fogging device by passing an electric current through it in winter. .

That is, the present invention particularly relates to a method of attaching a large number of heating wires in parallel to the inner surface of a glass surface such as a rear window of a passenger car, and attaching a light-shielding synthetic resin film to a glass surface having a quadratic curved surface. First, in the first step, a thin, flexible synthetic resin film for molding is attached to the inner surface of the window glass, and the parts facing the two heating wires selected at an appropriate interval are rubbed with sandpaper, etc. By doing this, the two heating wires are taken and the positions of both ends of the window are recorded. Using this patterned film, a desired light-shielding film is cut into strips having the same shape as the inner surface of the window glass sandwiched between the two heating wires. Next, while peeling off the adhesive surface protection films of the many cut strips, each strip is pasted onto corresponding portions of the inner surface of the navigation window glass. By sequentially performing this operation on the entire surface of the window glass, the light-shielding film is adhered to the entire surface and is completed.

Therefore, when using the method of the present invention, the joints of adjacent band-shaped light-shielding films always coincide with the position of the heating wire, so even when a large number of light-shielding film pieces are attached to a quadratic curved window glass, the seams between adjacent strips of light-shielding films always coincide with the position of the heating wire. The seam is completely unobtrusive, and the same appearance can be obtained as if the window glass itself had a light-blocking property. In addition, a molding film is attached to the inner surface of the window glass, and the mold is made by rubbing the back side with sandpaper, etc., making this molding work extremely easy. There are effects such as extremely accurate, easy and quick mold making without causing parallax unlike when recording the position of a heating wire by attaching a transparent film.

Next, to explain one embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 1 shows the rear window l and door 2 of a passenger car. . . . are formed almost horizontally, and both ends thereof are connected to terminal wires 4, 4 . In addition, Fig. 2 is a diagram in which the rear window glass 5 in Fig. 1 is taken out and developed into a nearly flat surface, but since the glass 5 forms a quadratic curved surface as described above, it is completely developed into a flat surface. It is impossible to show that The terminal wires 4.4... and the heating wires 3.3... are formed on the inner surface of the rear window glass 5, which has a substantially fan-shaped shape as described above.First, as shown in FIG. A molding film, for example, a transparent vinyl film 6, is wetted with water and attached to the inner surface so as not to cause wrinkles. In this state, when the surface of the film 6 is rubbed with fine sandpaper, etc., the above-mentioned heating wire 3.3
...are more polished than other parts, and the pattern of the heating wires is imprinted on the film surface. Furthermore, by recording the positions of the edges on both sides of the window using a dermatoben or the like, it is possible to accurately copy the shape surrounded by every other heating wire and both sides of the window onto the film 6, for example. That is, as shown in FIG. 3, it is also possible to paste a film 6' on the outer surface of the glass 5 and to see through the heating wire 3 to copy the position on the film, but in this case, the positions of the eyes A and H are It is impossible to accurately copy the position of the heating wire due to the parallax p caused by this. On the other hand, when using the method of the present invention as described above, the position of the heating wire 3 can be accurately copied without causing parallax or the like.

Next, the film 6 is peeled off from the inner surface of the window, soaked with water, and completely adhered to the light-shielding film on the plywood without causing any wrinkles, so that it is surrounded by the two heating wires and both sides of the window. Cut out the strip. As described above, this light-shielding film is made by applying an adhesive to one side of a translucent synthetic resin film and pasting another protective synthetic resin film thereon. Therefore, by placing this light-shielding film accurately on the corresponding part of the inner surface of the window 1,
The protective film is attached to the inner surface of the glass 5 while being peeled off from one end.

FIG. 4 shows a plurality of strip-shaped light-shielding films 7 as described above.
.. 7 is a longitudinal cross-sectional view of a portion of the state in which 7... is adhered to the inner surface of the window glass 5. Since each light-shielding film is reliably connected at the position of the heating wire 3.3..., the seam 8.
8. There is no risk that the appearance will be damaged by ... and the inner surface of the rear window is divided into multiple parts and a light-shielding film is attached to each part, so even if the window forms a quadratic curved surface. , the film can be attached without causing wrinkles or the like.
