2. Description of the Related Art As a decorative board of this type, generally, a plastic sheet material or a fiber reinforced plastic (FR
P) sheet material is used. However, the former, that is, the decorative sheet made of a plastic sheet material, has a weakness and a weakness in strength, and for example, when it is attached to a base material such as a panel, scratches and tears are likely to occur and skilled handling is required. In addition, there is a drawback that the wear resistance and durability are poor when used. On the other hand, the latter, that is, the decorative sheet made of FRP sheet material is excellent in the above-mentioned strength, but has been pointed out to be difficult in terms of thickness, weight and cost, such as being thick and heavy and expensive. By the way, this type of decorative board is often required to have particularly excellent fire resistance such as low calorific value and smoke emission. Since it is required to meet the standards, the decorative sheet made of FRP sheet material is replaced by a woven base material impregnated with an epoxy resin, and recently, a woven base material impregnated with a phenolic resin. Is being developed and used.

By the way, first, in the conventional decorative board 1 shown in FIG. 4, the following first, second, third, fourth and fifth problems have been pointed out. .. First of all,
There were still problems in terms of wall thickness, weight and cost.
That is, the conventional decorative board 1 shown in FIG.
Has a four-layer structure of a predetermined fluororesin 2, an acrylic adhesive 3, a pigment 4, and a fluororesin 5, and a core material B
Since it has a predetermined two-layer structure of prepreg 8, the thickness is 0.5 mm and the weight per 1 m 2 is about 900 g, and the wall thickness is heavy and heavy, and the weight reduction is an important issue. There was a problem as Further, the conventional decorative board 1 of FIG. 4 has a multilayer structure as described above, and is further formed by following a coating step R, a gravure processing step S, a laminating processing step T, a molding processing step U, and the like. There is also a problem that the price is high because there are many numbers.

Secondly, color unevenness, color loss, wrinkles, irregularities, adhesion and mixing of foreign matter are likely to occur, and there is a problem in terms of appearance. That is, the conventional decorative board 1 of FIG. 4 has a multi-layered structure as described above, and since many types of resin are used and the number of steps during molding is large and movement is large, static electricity is easily generated during molding, As a result, such static electricity often causes color unevenness, color loss, wrinkles, unevenness, adhesion and mixing of foreign matter, etc., and there is a problem in appearance and the defect rate is high. In particular, the decorative board 1 is used as an interior material of an aircraft, for example, as a panel surface material or a panel exterior material for products such as aircraft carts, galleys, and coat closets, and in places where aesthetics that touch the human eye are important. Therefore, such a defective appearance has been a problem of impairing the appearance of the product.

Thirdly, the pattern of the woven base material 6 is likely to appear on the surface, and this is also a problem in terms of appearance. That is, the pattern of warp and weft of the woven base material 6 of the prepreg 8 in the core material B, that is, the texture of the cloth, is about 25 μm when the co-cure pressure molding method of the molding processing step U is performed. It was easy to come out to the surface through thin fluorine resin 2 and the like. Such a defective appearance of the conventional decorative board 1 is also a problem in that the appearance of the product is impaired according to the above description.

Fourthly, curling is apt to occur and peel off,
There was also a quality problem. That is, the satin weave base material 6 used for the prepreg 8 of the core material B has directionality, and it is difficult to obtain a flat base material. Further, the woven base material 6 is impregnated with the phenolic resin 7. Further, since the prepreg 8 has high rigidity, in the conventional decorative board 1 of FIG. 4 in which such two prepregs 8 are used as the core material B, a strong curl is likely to occur. Therefore, when the curled decorative plate 1 is attached as an aircraft or other interior material such as a panel surface material or a panel exterior material of a product, it is peeled off from the outer peripheral portion of the flat base material. There were many cases, and there was a quality problem. In addition, in order to prevent such peeling, there is a problem in that the use management of the adhesive becomes complicated at the time of sticking, and skilled handling is required, which requires a lot of man-hours.

Fifth, there is also a problem that it is inferior in strength such as abrasion resistance and light fastness. That is, in the conventional decorative board 1 of FIG. 4, the decorative paper A on the surface has a four-layer structure of a transparent fluororesin 2, an acrylic adhesive 3, a pigment 4, and a fluororesin 5. It has been pointed out that with such a structure, when it is used for a long time, it is easily worn and causes a problem in strength, and it is easily discolored and uneasy in light fastness.

The decorative plate 10 shown in FIG. 5 is as follows. That is, the recently developed conventional decorative board 10 shown in FIG. 5 is made to solve the problems of the conventional decorative board 1 of FIG. The third, fourth and fifth problems have been considerably solved. That is, firstly, since the decorative board 10 has a small number of laminated structures, it has a thickness of 0.4 mm and a weight per 1 m 2 of 7 mm.
Since the thickness is about 00 g, the wall thickness is thin and the weight is light, and the number of steps is reduced, and the molding is easy and the cost is low. Second,
Since the number of laminated structures and types of resin are small, and the number of steps and movement during molding are small, static electricity is less likely to occur, and the appearance of color unevenness, color loss, wrinkles, irregularities, adhesion and mixing of foreign matter, etc. due to static electricity Defects are considerably prevented. Thirdly, the decorative paper D is a fluororesin 1 mixed with a pigment 11.
2, the rigidity and strength are excellent and the thickness is thick, so that the appearance defect that the handle of the woven base material 14 of the core material E appears on the surface is considerably prevented. Fourthly, one core material E is made of the woven base material 14 alone, the amount of the phenolic resin 12 is relatively small, and the core material E has flexibility, so that strong curling is unlikely to occur. When pasted, it rarely peels off from the outer peripheral portion. Fifthly, the decorative paper D on the surface has the fluororesin 12 reinforced with the pigment 11 and is excellent in abrasion resistance and light fastness.

However, regarding the recently developed conventional decorative plate 10 shown in FIG. 5, even if the overall rigidity and strength are slightly sacrificed, the above-mentioned first There was also a request to make the second, third and fourth points even more thorough. That is, first, the decorative plate 10 has a thickness of 0.4 mm and a weight per m 2 of 70.
Although it is about 0 g, there was also a demand for a material having a thicker surface, a heavier surface and a better cost. Secondly, since the acrylic adhesive 13 for adhering the decorative paper D and the core material E is not a base material, a thick film of about 50 microns is used. It also causes an increase in the number of processes, and static electricity is liable to be generated when carrying out the co-cure pressure molding method after setting and stacking. Therefore, color unevenness, color loss, wrinkles, unevenness due to static electricity are still generated.
Occasionally, a defective appearance such as adhesion or mixing of foreign matter occurred. Thirdly, it has been pointed out that the satin weave pattern, that is, the texture skin of the woven base material 14 of the core material E, which slightly appears on the surface through the decorative paper D, causes an appearance defect. Fourth, since the satin weave base material 14 of the core material E has directionality and is difficult to obtain a flat material, curling is still likely to occur, and the outer peripheral portion when stuck as an interior material or the like. It wasn't possible to completely wipe it off.

Since the present invention comprises such means, it operates as follows. This decorative board uses a fluorine-based resin mixed with a pigment as a decorative paper on the surface, and has a core material of 1%.
A prepreg made by combining a high-density plain weave base material with a phenolic resin is coated with an acrylic adhesive, and is integrally molded by the co-cure pressure molding method. .. So this veneer
Since the acrylic adhesive is coated on the prepreg of the core material and the number of laminated structures is very small, the thickness is extremely thin and the weight is light. Further, the number of steps is greatly reduced, molding is easy and easy, and the manufacturing cost is extremely low. Secondly, since the number of laminated structures and the types of resin are small, and the number of steps and movement during molding are much smaller, static electricity is not generated, and thus color unevenness, color loss, and wrinkles caused by static electricity are not generated. ,
Appearance defects such as unevenness and adhesion / mixing of foreign matter are reliably prevented. Thirdly, since the woven base material of the core material is a high-density plain weave and the pattern is hard to appear, the decorative paper on the surface is made of a fluororesin mixed with a pigment, which is excellent in rigidity and strength, and is thick.
As a result, it is possible to surely prevent the appearance defect that the handle of the woven base material of the core material appears on the surface. Fourth, since the woven base material of the core material is a high-density plain weave, and has little directionality and is relatively flat, curling is unlikely to occur and does not peel off from the outer peripheral portion when it is attached as an interior material or the like. .. Fifthly, in addition to these, the decorative paper on the surface is fluorinated resin reinforced with a pigment, and is excellent in abrasion resistance and light fastness.
Sixth, due to the fact that the phenolic resin is used in the core material, the calorific value and smoke generation are low and the fire resistance is extremely excellent.

To describe these in detail, first, the decorative paper G on the surface is in the form of a film of 50 microns, and the pigment 19
Is a fluorodifluoride-based resin 20 colored by being kneaded and mixed. Next, the core material H has a two-layer structure. First, one ultrathin sheet-like sheet is made of an acrylic adhesive against a prepreg 23 in which a phenolic resin 22 is combined with a high-density plain weave base material 21. The other one of the ultra-thin sheet is made of prepreg 23.
It consists of a single unit. The woven base material 21 is made of glass fiber, Kevlar fiber, carbon fiber, hybrid fiber thereof, or the like.
It is made of a high-density plain weave with warp and weft threads, and is distinguished from other woven base materials and what is called uni, which is a unidirectional base material having only warp threads. As such a high density plain weave base material 21, 60 × 60 per square inch is used in the illustrated example.
The prepreg 23 is formed by combining the woven base material 21 with the phenolic resin 22 by impregnation, adhesion, polymerization, etc., and the woven base material 21 and the phenolic resin 22 are used in a weight ratio of 6: 4. ing. As described above, the prepreg 23 on the decorative paper G side is coated with the acrylic adhesive 24 on one surface on the decorative paper G side by coating. As the protective material J, a 25-micron film-like white fluoromonofluoride resin 25 is used.

The decorative plate 18 is integrally molded by performing a co-cure pressure molding method in the molding process W on a laminated body in which these are set in order. Unlike the so-called curing method, the co-cure pressure molding method adheres the decorative paper G, the core material H, the protective material J, etc. to each other by pressing and heating without temporarily curing the prepreg 23 of the core material H. In this way, the prepregs 23 become FRP by being bonded to each other and curing each other, and the predetermined decorative plate 18 is obtained. Note that FIG. 2 shows an example of the co-cure pressure molding method of the molding process W as described above, in which the decorative paper on the surface of the decorative plate 18 is separated by the separator paper 28 due to the unevenness of the plate 27 on the surface of the mold 26. A satin pattern is formed on G. The decorative plate 18 is used as an interior material for an aircraft or the like, for example, as a panel surface material or a panel exterior material for an aircraft cart, galley or coat closet. FIG. 3 shows an example of such a honeycomb panel P. Indicates. That is, as shown in FIG. 3, the honeycomb panel P is formed by attaching the panel surface materials X and Y on both surfaces of the honeycomb core Q, and as shown in the drawing, on the panel surface material X on one surface side appropriately. Although the panel exterior material Z may be attached, the decorative plate 18 is, for example, as the one panel surface material X, or as the panel exterior material Z when the panel exterior material Z is used on the panel surface material X. Used.

The decorative plate 18 of the present invention is as described above. Then it becomes as follows. In the decorative plate 18, first, as the decorative paper G on the surface, a fluorine resin 2 which is in the form of a film and is colored by being mixed with a pigment 19 and mixed.
0 is used, and one sheet on the side of the decorative paper G of the core material H has a sheet-shaped prepreg 23 in which a phenol resin 22 is combined with a high-density plain weave base material 21 and an acrylic adhesive agent. A sheet of prepreg 23 is used as the other one of the core materials H. The decorative plate 18 is formed by integrally laminating the decorative paper G, the core material H, and the protective material J in this order, and performing the co-cure pressure molding method in the molding process W to integrally form them. The decorative paper G and the core material H are bonded together by the acrylic adhesive 24 coated on the prepreg 23 of the core material H, and the two core materials H are bonded together.
The two prepregs 23 are bonded by the phenolic resin 22. Now, the decorative plate 18 becomes the following first, second, third, fourth, fifth and sixth.

First, the decorative board 18 is made of the decorative paper G.
Is made of fluorine resin 20 containing pigment 19, and one of the core materials H has an acrylic adhesive 24 on the prepreg 23.
Is used (the film type acrylic adhesive 13 of about 50 microns is not used alone as in the decorative plate 10 of FIG. 5), and the number of laminated structures is 4 Since it is small, the thickness is 0.35 mm and the weight per m 2 is about 500 g, which is extremely thin and light. That is, in the decorative plate 1 of this type of conventional example of FIG. 4, the thickness is 0.5 mm, the weight per 1 m 2 is about 900 g, and
In the recently developed conventional decorative board 10 shown in FIG. 5, the thickness is 0.4 mm and the weight per 1 m 2 is about 700 g. The wall thickness is about 12% thinner and the weight is about 30% lighter.

Further, the decorative plate 18 has a small number of laminated structures as described above, and is further formed by performing the co-cure pressure forming method in the forming step W, so that the number of forming steps is large. Since it is reduced to 1, the molding is easy and easy, and it can be obtained at an extremely low cost. That is, the decorative plate 1 of this type of conventional example of FIG. 4 is formed by following the coating step R, the gravure processing step S, the laminating processing step T, and the molding processing step U,
The number of steps at the time of molding is very large, and also in the case of the decorative board 10 in FIG. 5, compared to the case where the step of setting and laminating one film of acrylic adhesive 13 is time-consuming, this decorative board is No. 18 does not require all the steps, and only needs to be subjected to the co-cure pressure molding method for the set and laminated ones, and is inexpensively molded.

Secondly, the decorative plate 18 has a small number of laminated structures, a small number of kinds of resin to be used, and the number of steps during molding is reduced, and the movement thereof is further reduced. No static electricity is generated. Therefore, the decorative plate 18 has unevenness in color due to static electricity, color loss, wrinkles,
Occurrence of unevenness, adhesion and mixing of foreign matter, etc. is surely prevented, and defective appearance is surely reduced as compared with the decorative plate 1 of this type of conventional example of FIG. 4 and the decorative plate 10 of FIG.

Thirdly, in the decorative plate 18, first, the woven base material 21 of the core material H is made of high density plain weave, so that the pattern is hard to appear, and the decorative paper G on the surface is mixed with the pigment 19. Since it is made of the reinforced fluororesin 20 and is excellent in rigidity and strength, the woven base material 21 of the core material H is used by the above when the co-cure pressure molding method in the molding process W is performed.
The pattern of warp and weft threads, that is, the surface of the fabric, is hard to appear on the surface. That is, first, the decorative plate 10 of FIG.
While it was still pointed out that the satin weave pattern of No. 1 was exposed on the surface, in this decorative plate 18, since the woven base material 21 of the core material H is a high density plain weave, The pattern is extremely difficult to come out. Further, like the decorative board 1 of this type of conventional example of FIG. 4, the fluorine-based resin 2 of the decorative paper A is soft and thin as about 25 microns, and the pattern of the woven base material 6 of the core material B is likely to appear on the surface. In contrast, in the decorative plate 18, the strong decorative paper G having a strong thickness of about 50 μm reliably prevents the appearance defect in which the pattern of the woven base material 21 of the core material H appears on the surface.

Fourthly, in the decorative plate 18, since the woven base material 21 of the core material H is made of a high density plain weave, and the directionality thereof is relatively small and the flatness is likely to be flat, curling does not easily occur as a whole. That is, the decorative plate 1 of this type of conventional example shown in FIG.
Uses two predetermined prepregs 8 as the core material B, and has high rigidity and is likely to generate a strong curl. Further, in the decorative plate 10 of FIG. 5, the satin weave base material 14 of the core material E is oriented in the direction. Since it is difficult to obtain a flat product that has the property of curling, it has been pointed out that the curling still occurs. On the other hand, the decorative plate 18 is less likely to curl. Therefore, the decorative plate 18 is a flat base material (honeycomb core Q or panel surface) when it is attached as an interior material of an aircraft or the like, for example, as a panel surface material X or a panel exterior material Z of a product (see FIG. 3). The material X) does not peel off from its outer peripheral portion.

Fifth, the decorative paper G on the surface of the decorative plate 18
Is made of a film-shaped fluororesin 20 in which the pigment 19 is kneaded and colored. Therefore, compared to the decorative paper A colored by arranging the sheet-like pigment 4 under the film-like transparent fluororesin 2 on the surface like the decorative board 1 of this kind of conventional example of FIG. In the decorative paper G of the decorative plate 18, a fluorine resin 20 is reinforced with a pigment 19. Therefore, the decorative paper G and the decorative plate 18 are not easily worn even when used for a long time and are excellent in abrasion resistance and the like, and are also resistant to discoloration, highly evaluated in discoloration degree, and excellent in light fastness.

Sixth, together with these, the decorative plate 18 is
Due to the use of the phenolic resin 22 in the core material H, the calorific value and smoke generation are low in case of fire and the fire resistance is extremely excellent. Therefore, when the decorative plate 18 is used as an interior material for an aircraft, for example, it can satisfy a predetermined strict fire resistance standard in a calorific value measurement test and a smoke generation test.

In the decorative board 18 of the illustrated example, as the decorative paper G, a non-stretching type film is used as the fluorodifluoride resin 20 containing the pigment 19. Therefore, as compared with the decorative sheet 1 of this type of conventional example of FIG. 4 which uses a biaxially stretched type film as the fluoromonofluoride resin of the decorative paper A, the decorative sheet 18 Since the decorative paper G is not stretched and stretched, it is difficult to have directionality when the co-cure pressure molding method is performed in the molding process W. Therefore, the decorative paper G and the decorative plate 18 in the illustrated example
From this point as well, compared with the conventional decorative paper A and the decorative plate 1 shown in FIG. 4, there is an advantage that generation of wrinkles, unevenness, curl, etc. is prevented.
