Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To give heat resistance to a laminated building material by forming a papery layer by coating and impregnating a paper base material with a resin sealer to arrive the sealer at an adhesive layer side from a front surface side of he base material. SOLUTION: In the auxiliary sheet 1, an adhesive layer 3 is interposed between a core material layer 2 and a papery layer 4, both the layers 2, 4 are adhesively integrated, and the layer 4 is formed of a paper base material 41 and an epoxy resin sealer 42. That is, both the surfaces of the layer 2 previously having corrosion resistant coat layers 22 on both the surfaces of an aluminum foil 21 are coated with a dry laminating adhesive, dried in a hot air furnace to form the adhesive layer 3, then the material 41 is adhered to the layer 3 by nipping with hot rolls while moving the material 41 along the surface of the layer 2, and then the surface of the material 41 is coated and impregnated with the sealer 42. Thus, heat resistance can be given to the laminated building material.

2. Description of the Related Art When manufacturing a laminated building material in which a decorative material such as a board with natural wood is adhered to the surface of a base material such as a plywood, the unevenness on the surface of the base material is buffered and the adhesion between the base material and the board is made. In order to enhance the strength of the sheet, an auxiliary sheet for attaching a decorative material is used. As an auxiliary sheet for attaching this decorative material,
In order to improve the fire resistance of the laminated building material, a laminated sheet in which paper is laminated on both sides of an aluminum foil via an adhesive has been proposed (see Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 8-18565).

That is, in the laminated sheet, the heat applied to the surface of the laminated sheet is diffused by the aluminum foil to improve the fire resistance of the laminated building material. However, in the case of a laminated building material using this laminated sheet, there is a problem that the paper layer is peeled at an intermediate portion (hereinafter, referred to as “paper peeling”).

That is, in the case of this laminated sheet, since an aluminum foil layer exists between paper and paper, when the decorative material is adhered on this laminated sheet, the moisture of the adhesive is blocked by the aluminum foil. It remains between the paper layers.
It is thought that this moisture weakens the bonding strength of the paper fibers and causes inter-paper separation.

On the other hand, when an impregnated paper pre-impregnated with a resin is used as a paper base material, there is no problem of inter-sheet peeling as described above, but there is a problem in adhesiveness to aluminum foil, and interlayer delamination is not performed. May cause.

In order to achieve such an object, the auxiliary sheet for attaching a decorative material according to the present invention has a sheet-like shape with an adhesive layer on both sides of a core layer containing a metal foil. In an auxiliary sheet for attaching a decorative material, in which a paper layer including a paper substrate is laminated, the paper layer is used to improve adhesion to an adhesive layer, impregnation into a paper substrate, and reinforcement of fibers in the paper substrate. An excellent resin sealer was formed by applying and impregnating the paper base material so as to reach from the surface side of the paper base material to the adhesive layer side.
