Problems that the invention aims to solve: In the case of a sorting device that measures the weight, size, etc. of each fruit while transporting it, it is necessary to accurately feed each fruit to the measuring section of the sorting device. If the fruits arranged in front and behind each other overlap on the measurement projection surface, the measurement itself will be inaccurate. Furthermore, even if a plurality of fruits are placed on the same measuring plate, the measurement will be inaccurate.

For this reason, conventionally, a rowing vibrate feeder was constructed between the diffusion supply conveyor and the fruit sorting conveyor, with the lower side of the feeder serving as the transport section, and a part of it was cut out to serve as the drop section to the return belt conveyor. There were some configurations (for example, in 1983
Publication No. 92218).

However, according to the above-mentioned vibrate feeder for arranging fruits, the front and back of the fruits are in close contact with each other in the conveyance section, and the conveyance speed is also relatively slow, so the proportion of fruits falling from the notch inevitably increases, and the return Forced to increase fruit production.

Means for Solving the Problem This invention attempts to eliminate the above-mentioned drawbacks, and includes a supply conveyor 1 that arranges and transfers fruits, and a sorting conveyor 2 that receives and transports the fruits and classifies them.
In between, there is a single conveyor 3 which receives the fruits fed from the supply conveyor 1 with a narrow width, and the fruits stacked side by side on the left and right are transferred sideways and lined up one by one and fed to the sorting conveyor. It consists of a belt conveyor, the transfer speed is set at least faster than the transfer speed on the terminal end side of the supply conveyor 1, and there are guide walls on both sides of the transition section from the supply conveyor 1 to the single-piece conveyor 3 in a substantially upright position. 7a,
The structure of the fruit alignment and supply device is made up of the structure 7a.

Effects and Effects of the Invention The fruits transferred by the supply conveyor 1 are taken over and transferred onto the one-piece conveyor 3 in the form of a belt conveyor at the transfer section A. Since the conveyor 3 is set at a faster speed than the transfer speed at the terminal end of the supply conveyor 1, when transferring from the supply conveyor 1 to the single-piece conveyor 3, it is necessary to separate the pieces that overlap one another at a predetermined interval or more. At that time, the fruits that are transferred in close contact back and forth and held between the left and right guide walls 7a, 7a will be separated from each other at this transition part A, and then the fruit will be transferred to the left and right guide walls 7a, 7a.
Fruits that are outside the range of rows that are biased toward the side are free to move inward without being restricted, and enter the interval, and as a result, the rows are corrected to be approximately in a single row, and the return fruit rate per unit time increases. This is a decrease compared to conventional devices.

After the single-piece conveyor 3 takes over, even if a plurality of fruits are lined up in the left and right direction, since the single-piece conveyor 3 is narrow, the fruits will not be located at the side edges. The loaded fruits are dropped to the outside of this one-by-one conveyor 3, and only the fruits that remain in the center and are in a stable state of placement are transferred and handed over to the sorting conveyor 2, and while being transferred through this sorting conveyor 2. This method eliminates the need to transfer surplus or continuous fruit and enables accurate transfer and supply of fruit in a row.

Embodiment In the illustrated example, the supply conveyor 1 is provided with flat belts 4, 5, and 6 on the bottom surface in order to sequentially increase the rotation speed in this order in the conveying direction, and starting ends on both left and right sides along the upper side of these belts. In the section, guide belts 7, 7 are provided which are twisted to form a V-shape and to form parallel guide surfaces that are erect on the left and right as they reach the terminal end. The sorting conveyor 2 has a receiving rod having a fruit receiving surface on the upper surface, which is attached to a chain so as to be able to fall freely. The sorting conveyor 2 receives and transports the fruit, and measures the weight or size of the fruit as it passes through a measuring device, and based on the signal from this measuring device. When the fruit is transferred to a predetermined sorting position, the rod is turned over to one side to discharge and sort the fruits.

The single-piece conveyor 3 is arranged between the terminal end of the supply conveyor 1 and the sorting conveyor 2 to transfer fruits. The terminal ends of the guide belts 7, 7 are formed into guide wall surfaces 7a, 7a whose belt surfaces are substantially upright, as described above.
It is provided in an extended state to the downstream side of the handover section from the supply conveyor 1 to the single-piece conveyor 3. Further, the single-piece conveyor 3 is a belt conveyor, and has a width sufficient to carry one fruit on it. A return conveyor 8 is provided below to receive and transfer the fruit that has fallen from the single-piece conveyor 3. The conveyor 8 is a spreading conveyor 1 that is connected to the starting end side of the supply conveyor 1 and spreads the fruits in the width direction while transferring them.

This spreading conveyor 10 has brush rolls 11 arranged in front and back with their axes oriented in the horizontal direction, and the fruits received on the upper surface are transferred to the front side and spread in the left and right direction by the interlocking rotation of the brush rolls 11. There are workers on both the left and right sides of this spreading conveyor 10, who can sort and remove fruits that are outside the sorting range. The brush roll 12 is supported over the width of the terminal end of the diffusion conveyor 10 so as to rotate around an axis along the front-rear direction, and the upper surface is provided with a downward slope in the front.
The fruit received in between can be transferred to the terminal end side while rolling, and this terminal end is visible above the starting end of the supply conveyor 1. Reference numeral 13 denotes a guide plate provided between the brush rolls 12, which cannot be transferred.

The fruits received at the starting end of the spreading conveyor 10 are spread in the left and right directions while being transferred on this upper surface, and dust etc. adhering to the surface is cleaned off.
From the terminal end, the fruit is fed between the brush rolls 12, 12 and continuously fed, while excess fruit is discharged from one end onto the conveyor 14 and transferred to the return conveyor 8.

In the supply conveyor 1, the fruit received on the upper surface of the starting end of the guide belts 7, 7 is guided by the flat belt 4 on the lower surface in accordance with the interval that gradually increases in the conveying direction of the guide surface. While being transferred to the flat belt 5 and then to the flat belt 6 in a landslide pattern, the vertical overlap is gradually eliminated, and the pieces are transferred to the upper surface of the conveyor 3 one by one and transferred in a single line. In other words, until the end of the flat belt 6 is reached, the fruits are in close contact with each other or between the left and right guide walls 7a of the left and right guide belts 7, 7a, and the belt 6 and the left and right guide wall surfaces 7a are in close contact with each other.
The conveyor 3 is transported in a holding manner between the guide walls 7a and 7a along the guide walls 7a and 7a, but the speed of the parallel conveyor 3 is faster than the transport speed of the flat belt 6, and the guide walls 7a, Because of the presence of 7a, the fruits that are in contact with each other increase in speed the moment the previous fruit reaches the conveyor 3 in a row, creating a gap between them. Therefore, as soon as the fruit that is outside the range of rowing, that is, the fruit that is held and transferred away from the center of the flat belt 6, is released from contact with the previous fruit, it becomes free and enters this gap. It is corrected to the normal position.

In this way, the fruits placed on the top surface of the conveyor 3 in single rows, except for the fruits placed at a distance from each other in the front-back direction, the fruits placed on the sides offset from the top surface of the conveyor 3. 3, he fell to the side during the transfer.

At the end of the single-piece conveyor 3, a predetermined distance or more is maintained between the fruits before and after each fruit, and the fruits are transferred to the upper surface of the sorting conveyor 2 one by one. Further, the fruits dropped from each conveyor 3 are collected by a lower return conveyor 8 and returned to a spreading conveyor 10 via a conveyor 9.
