Claims (1)
下部に、バイブレータなどの加振搬送装置をもつ
トラフを設け、このトラフのチユーブ搬送下手側
端を、搬送下手側を上向きに傾斜した主ベルトコ
ンベアの上手側端上部に臨ませ、 (b) 主ベルトコンベアの上側に、上記トラフか
ら供給されるチユーブを主ベルトコンベアの下手
側一側に誘導する巾寄せガイドを配設して、主ベ
ルトコンベアの一側縁と巾寄せガイドとの間に1
本のチユーブが通過しうる程度の狭巾の誘導路を
形成するとともに、上記主ベルトコンベアの一側
縁略全長上に、この主ベルトコンベアの速度より
早い速度をもち、かつ、これと同方向に走行する
丸ベルトを配設し、 (c) 上記誘導路の送出端に、1本のチユーブが
介入しうる凹所をもつ鼓形状のローラ群からなり
、かつ、下手側に至るに従い順次搬送速度を大き
くした複数組のローラコンベアを直列に設け、 (d) 上記主ベルトコンベア、および、ローラコ
ンベア群の一側に、落ちこぼれチユーブを主ベル
トコンベアの搬送上手側に帰戻させる戻しコンベ
アを配設させ、 (e) 上記ローラコンベアのチユーブ搬送端に、
シユートを介してチユーブを縦方向に段積み収容
し、かつ、最下段のものから1本づつ間欠的に落
下させるシヤツターと、次段のチユーブの落下を
阻止するストツパーをもつ上部ストツカーを設け
るとともに、この上部ストツカーの下部一側に、
最下段のチユーブに対応する金属センサーを設け
、この金属センサーの金属検知信号により、上記
上部ストツカーから落下するチユーブに当接して
これを反転させる反転作用部材を上部ストツカー
の下方に進退可能に配設し、 (f) 更に、この反転作用部材の下方に、シユー
トを介してチユーブを縦方向に段積み収容し、か
つ、最下段のものから1本づつ間欠的に落下させ
るシヤツターと、次段のチユーブの落下を阻止す
るストツパーをもつ下部ストツカーを配設すると
ともに、この下部ストツカーの下側に、チユーブ
の長手軸線方向と直交する方向に移動する小函詰
機のバケツトコンベアを設けたことを特徴とする
