た、使用時に於ては、単に蓋体3を容器体5から
取り外ずし、下部の三角柱状三面体1を尿等の検
液に浸漬し、余分な水分を水切りした後、再び容
器体5に収納し、蓋合すれば、その状態で培養が
行なわれる。
