Abstract

CONSTITUTION:A window part 3 constituting a window for natural lighting is connected, through an opening/shutting link in pantographic structure, to a frame 2 of a top light 1 provided in a ceiling, and a rain sensor 5 is provided over the face of outer peripheral part of the frame 2. Electrodes are provided in parallel with each other with slight distances kept in between over the surface of the rain sensor 5, and detection of the rain is made by electrification between the electrodes made by the raindrops. A controller 6 for controlling opening and shutting of the top light is arranged in the interior, and signals for opening and shutting operations from an operating switch, signals for detecting the upper and the lower limits from a limit switch 7, signals for detecting the raining from the rain sensor 5 and the like are inputted therein. には以降の自動閉鎖制御が無効になるため、仮令開放時
に雨が降つても雨の吹き込みを阻止し得ないという不都
合が生じ問題となつている。

記開閉制御部に、雨センサが検知状態であつても窓部の
開放を許容する自動閉鎖制御解除手段と、窓部の全閉に
基づいて自動閉鎖制御を復帰させる自動閉鎖制御復帰手
段とを設けたことを特徴とするものである。または、窓
部を電動で開閉制御する開閉制御部に、雨センサによる
雨検知に基づいて窓部を自動閉鎖せしめる自動閉鎖制御
手段を設けてなる天窓において、前記開閉制御部に、雨
センサが検知状態であつても窓部の開放を許容する自動
閉鎖制御解除手段と、窓部開放時に雨センサが検知状態
を所定時間以上維持したことに基づいて自動閉鎖制御を
復帰させる自動閉鎖制御復帰手段とを設けたことを特徴
とするものである。そして本発明は、この構成によつ
て、自動閉鎖制御の復帰を自動化して操作性を著しく向
上させると共に、復帰操作忘れによる雨の吹き込みを確
実に防止することができるようにしたものである。
