Commonly known lead wire fixing methods for this type of motor include a thread tying method in which the lead wire is tied to the end of the stator winding with thread, and a printed circuit board method in which the lead wire is connected to a printed circuit board attached near the end of the stator winding. The former thread tying method has low workability and efficiency because the lead wire is tied while thread is being inserted into the end of the winding, while the latter printed circuit board method seems to be a simple method because the required points of the lead wire and the stator winding are connected to the printed circuit board by soldering or the like, but
When the stator winding is constructed using a series winding method, the wire diameter of the winding is large and the insulating coating is also thick, making it extremely difficult to connect to the printed circuit board. In addition, the lead wire needs to be fixed separately at the midpoint of its extraction so that excessive force is not applied to the lead wire connection part by soldering, etc.
Considering the cost of the printed circuit board itself, there are various difficulties, and in any case, there is a strong demand for an improvement in this type of lead wire fixing method, including both of these methods, which is low cost and has good workability.

As a result of various studies on the above-mentioned circumstances, the present invention was developed by wrapping the lead wire for the stator winding in a band made of a rigid and thick insulating film instead of the conventional method, and then wrapping the remaining both ends of the band. This provides a new lead wire fixing structure that can complete the lead wire fixing work extremely efficiently by stacking the windings and inserting them into the gap along the stator direction. It has been found that a considerable degree of fixing strength can be secured. Such a lead wire fixing band can be more firmly fixed to the winding end by impregnating the stator winding with an insulating resin such as varnish insulation treatment, and when leading out the lead wire, it can be attached to the outside of the motor as it is. Since it can be pulled out at any time, there is no need to add any other fixing means.

The drawings show an example of the embodiment, and in FIGS. 1 and 2, 1 is a stator winding wound around the stator magnetic pole 2 using a series winding method, and 3 is a stator winding that is wound around the stator magnetic pole 2 using a crimping method. As shown in Fig. 2, these lead wires 3 are wrapped with a thick insulating resin film band 4 at appropriate points by the width of the band, and then wound. 1, that is, a slight gap formed between the windings 1 along the stator direction, by overlapping the remaining both ends of the band 4 and inserting them using their rigidity. It is firmly fixed to the end of 1. The fixing band 4 can be, for example, about 4 to 5 cm long and about 6 mm wide. One end of such a band 4 is inserted into the gap between the windings 1 in advance, and the center part The other end may be bent to wrap around the lead wire 3 and then inserted into the gap between the windings 1. Therefore, when compared with conventional lead wire fixing means using a string tying method or a printed circuit board method, the present invention can be applied to any winding method, and the lead wire fixing work during this time is extremely simple. There are some special features that contribute to improving work efficiency. Such a fixing band 4 is the third
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, it is also possible to take measures to prevent loosening or coming off by providing a notch 4A at the insertion end of the winding 1, or forming a zigzag-like undulation or a liquid shape 4B on the outside.
Furthermore, as shown in the figure, by applying an insulating resin impregnation treatment 5 such as varnish insulation treatment to the winding 1, the fixing band 4 is held and fixed even more firmly together with the lead wire portion, and the fixing strength of the lead wire 3 is increased. Therefore, more than sufficient tensile strength is ensured, and there is no need to consider the use of other lead wire fixing tools.

According to the lead wire fixing structure as described above, immediately after the stator winding winding process and the connection process between the winding and the lead wire, the lead wire is fixed with a band and, if necessary, the winding is fixed. By performing the insulating resin impregnation process, sufficient fixing strength of the lead wires can be ensured, so when the stator casing 6 and the flange 7 are assembled together as shown in FIG. It can be easily led out through the bush 8 interposed between the flange 7 and the flange 7. In the case of this invention,
The fixing strength or tensile strength of the lead wire fixing method using the band is sufficient, so
The bushing 8 for leading out the lead wire to the outside may be made of an inexpensive material such as a molded product, and as in the past, the bushing 8 is made of an elastic rubber material or the like, and the elasticity and the pressing force of the casing 6 and the flange 7 are the same. This eliminates the need to firmly tighten the lead wire 3, in other words, the elasticity of the lead wire 3 eliminates problems such as complicating the work of inserting it into the bushing.
It becomes possible to carry out lead wire lead-out work extremely smoothly.

As described above, the lead wire fixing structure for an electric motor according to the present invention has a fixing band for wrapping and fixing the lead wire connected to the stator winding of the electric motor with the portion of the band that is the width of the band, the fixing band being formed from a thick insulating resin film having rigidity, and the remaining two ends of the fixing band are overlapped and inserted into the gap along the stator direction of the winding, thereby fixing the lead wire to the end of the stator winding. Therefore, it is possible to significantly improve the ease of fixing the lead wire with the band, the lead wire fixing strength is practically sufficient and no other fixing means is required, and further the space required for fixing the lead wire to the stator winding end is reduced as much as possible, contributing to compactness. In addition, this is a particularly low-cost lead wire fixing method, and is extremely advantageous when adopted as part of the cost reduction efforts for small electric motors in general and for control motors such as stepping motors.
