``Prior art'' Lead wire fixing methods for this type of electric motor include a string tying method in which the lead wire is tied to the end of the stator winding with a string, or a printed circuit board attached near the end of the stator winding. A commonly known method is a printed circuit board method in which lead wires are connected to the circuit board.

``Problems to be solved by the invention'' The above-mentioned thread tying method involves tying the lead wire while passing the thread through the end of the winding, resulting in low workability and efficiency; This seems like a simple method because the lead wires and stator windings are connected to the printed circuit board at the required points by soldering, etc., but if the stator winding is constructed using a direct winding method, the winding Because the wire diameter is large and the insulation coating is thick, it is quite difficult to connect the lead wires to the printed circuit board. In addition, the lead wires must be guided so that excessive force is not applied to the parts where the lead wires are connected by soldering, etc. In addition to the need for separate fixing at intermediate points, there are various difficulties when considering the cost of the printed circuit board itself. There is a strong need for improved fixation methods with better properties.

``Means for Solving the Problems'' In order to eliminate the disadvantages of the above-mentioned conventional means, the present invention provides a storage hole along the center from one end so as to insert the connection point between the motor winding and the external lead wire. and an elongated fixture made of an insulating material, the other end of which is formed with a lead wire holding part for pressing the lead wire against the end of the winding. A lead wire fixture for a motor is configured such that the fixture is inserted between the windings toward the ends of the windings.

"Function" The fixture constructed according to the present invention is easy to mold using a suitable synthetic resin material and has sufficient mechanical strength.
With the connection point between the motor winding and the external lead wire inserted into the storage hole of this fixture, insert the connection point between the motor windings.
It is possible to firmly insert and attach the fixing device to the device, and in this case, there is no need to apply special insulation treatment to the connection point, and it is also possible to automate the insertion work of this fixing device.

"Example" In Figures 1 and 2, 1 is the stator magnetic pole 2.
A motor winding is wound a required number of times, respectively, and 3 is an external lead wire connected to a required portion of the winding 1 by, for example, a crimping method. Reference numeral 4 denotes a fixing device constructed according to an embodiment of the present invention, which can be formed into a long and thin shape as appropriate using an insulating material such as plastic. The tool 4 includes a storage hole 5 provided from one end along the center thereof, a lead wire holding part 7 formed by a recess 6 formed near the other end, and a groove 8 to be preferably provided. It is formed to reach the hole 5 at an appropriate length from the open end of the storage hole 5. According to the fixture 4 having such a structure, as shown in FIG.
With the required connection points 9 such as the connection portions between the winding 1 and the external lead wire 3 inserted into the storage hole 5 of the fixture 4 and their lead-out portions pulled out to the outside of the fixture 4 through the groove 8, By inserting the fixture 4 between the adjacent windings 1 with the storage hole 5 facing downward, the connection point 9 can be insulated and protected by the fixture 4 without the need for any other insulation treatment. It can be easily placed between the windings 1. At the end of the insertion of the fixture 4, the holding part 7 of the fixture 4 properly holds the other lead wire 3 into the winding 1.
As shown in FIG. 1, it is possible to orderly arrange the external lead wires 3 along the outer periphery of the end of the winding 1 as shown in FIG. Furthermore, since the fixture 4 has appropriate mechanical strength, it can be automatically inserted. Note that with the connection point 9 between the winding 1 and the lead wire 3 inserted into the storage hole 5, it is of course possible to fill the hole 5 with a filler such as a suitable resin or adhesive if necessary. . Such a lead wire fixing means is capable of processing with high work efficiency without being restricted by the winding method.

"Effects of the invention" The electric motor lead wire fixing device according to the present invention can significantly improve the workability for fixing the lead wires, has sufficient lead wire fixing strength for practical use, and does not require any other fixing means. Furthermore, in addition to contributing to compactness by reducing the lead wire fixing space to the stator winding end as much as possible, the lead wire fixing method is particularly low cost, and automatic insertion is also possible. Since it is easy to use, it is extremely effective when adopted as part of cost reduction for small electric motors in general and control motors such as stepping motors.
