Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide a furniture door, in which thin imitation marble is employed as surfacing material. CONSTITUTION:Surfacing material 1 is produced by forming unevenness on the surface of thin imitation marble sheet by heating the sheet up to its deformable temperature. Then, by pasting lining material 2 made of polyvinyl chloride sheet or acrylic sheet to the surfacing material 1 with adhesive mixed with dye in such a manner that core frame 3 has flush structure between the surfacing material and the lining material. Thus, the shading, which may develop due to the transmittancy of the surfacing material 1 and time flush structure of the core frame 3, is prevented from developing by paint.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, it has been sought to use artificial marble for interior panels, doors, doors for furniture, etc. For example, acrylic provided by E.I.Dupont (MRC DuPont in Japan). Corian (registered trademark, abbreviated below), which is a resin-containing material, was the thinnest with a thickness of 6 mm, making it a heavy panel and inconvenient to handle. It was difficult to put it into practical use because it required a special hinge. For this reason, artificial marble is mainly used for counters such as tables and top plates of system kitchens, and rarely used as interior panels.

[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] In order to use conventional artificial marble as a material for interior panels and doors, unless the surface is provided with irregularities or colors for decoration, the commercial property is lacking. Due to the thickness (6 mm), even if unevenness is formed by press drawing, the radius is large and lacks sharpness, and the color is conventionally attached in the manufacturing process of artificial marble and lacks flexibility, In particular, I could not produce more than three colors like natural marble.

Artificial marble is a material containing an acrylic resin, specifically, a work made of a plate material obtained by continuous cast molding by adding an inorganic filler such as aluminum hydroxide to methyl methacrylate resin. However, it is not limited to the methyl methacrylate resin as long as it has thermoplasticity. The plate thickness of the artificial marble is about 1 to 15 mm, preferably less than 6 mm. The thinnest plate material that has been provided so far is 6 mm, but this is because the smallest bendable radius is 30 mm radius and the uneven shape attached to the surface lacks sharpness and obviously has no commercial property. .. The thin plate-shaped artificial marble is roughly cut into a size suitable for the intended use to obtain a work W, and the whole work W is heated to be softened. The heating temperature and the heating time are appropriately selected because the heat deformation temperature varies depending on the types of the resin and the filler, the mixing ratio of the resin and the filler, the plate thickness and the size. The workpiece W heated in this manner is used as the male mold 11
Then, it is sandwiched between the female molds 12 and pressed to form a desired uneven shape. A cotton cloth is interposed between the work and the male mold or the female mold to perform press molding. This is because it is effective in eliminating the warpage by making the cooling temperature uniform after the drawing by pressing. The artificial marble panel, which is the surface material 1 obtained by processing in this manner, uses a plate material that is thinner than before, so that not only can it be made into fine irregularities, but the corners of the irregularities and the rounded corners are small and sharp. You will get something.

Next, a furniture or building panel using the artificial marble panel with unevenness obtained by the above method as the surface material 1 will be described. That is, since the artificial marble panel with unevenness is thin and there is a problem of mounting means and strength etc. to make it as a construction panel as it is, the artificial marble panel is used as the surface material 1 and the back surface material 2 with a flash structure. The core set 3 is interposed so as to increase the thickness and reinforce without increasing the weight. The core set 3 is composed of a particle board, a plywood, a medium-quality fiberboard, and the like. here,
A material that expands and contracts at the same temperature as an artificial marble panel, that is, a vinyl chloride board or an acrylic resin board, as the backing material 2
And the material. A core set 3 for holding the peripheral edge and the central portion is sandwiched between the front surface material 1 and the back surface material 2 to be integrated by an adhesive agent 4. The wood mouthpiece 5 is wrapped and adhered by wrapping it with vinyl chloride tape or thin artificial marble. When there is no front and back as in the case of being used as a door panel of a living room, the above-mentioned back material 2 uses artificial marble of the same quality as the surface material 1. When the surface material 1 is a light-transmissive material,
When the adhesive is applied as the base color (yellow) on the back surface of the surface material, the front and back surfaces of the core assembly, and the inner surface of the back surface material, the surface material 1 is thin and transparent. Therefore, the reflection of the light entering from the surface differs depending on the presence or absence of the core set, and it appears as a difference in the color tone of the light and dark seen from the surface, that is, "transparent", and the commercial property is significantly impaired. Therefore, a coloring agent such as a dye or a pigment is added to at least one or both of the back surface of the front surface material 1 and the back surface of the back surface material 2, and the whole is uniformly colored with an adhesive colored in blue or black, and there is no core set. The reflectance of a part is matched with the reflectance of a portion of the core to prevent the occurrence of a "transparency" in the color tone of light and dark. At this time, by applying a plurality of colors to the back surface of the surface material instead of one color, a plurality of decorative pattern colors appear when viewed from the front surface. Moreover, if spray coating is applied, the number of working steps does not increase, and the same product cannot be produced, which makes it interesting. In this way, a building panel represented by an indoor door, a furniture door, an indoor panel, etc. is obtained.

A vinyl chloride plate is roughly cut into a back material 2, and the front material 1 and the back material 2 are wiped with alcohol to degrease them. The core set 3 is composed of frame bodies 31 and 32 for holding the peripheral edge and the center of the front surface material 1 and the back surface material 2 and is 12 mm.
It consists of particle boards. An adhesive is applied by spraying to bond the surface material 1 and the back plate 2 with the core set 3 inside. This adhesive is used for the front surface material 1 and the back surface material 2.
It is desirable to select a rubber adhesive in order to absorb expansion and contraction due to temperature. There is no problem because the filling material of the artificial marble as the work W has a light-shielding property, but if the artificial marble has a light-transmitting property, a difference in light and dark color tones appears from the surface depending on the presence or absence of the core set 3. Therefore, a dye is added to the adhesive applied to the back surface of the front surface material 1, the front and back surfaces of the core assembly 3, and the inner surface of the back surface material 2 so as to have a light-absorbing property so that the entire surface is coated as viewed from the front surface. is there. Here, as shown in FIG. 3, the adhesive layer formed by the adhesive 4 is an adhesive layer 41 on the back surface of the surface material 1, an adhesive layer 42 on the surface material 1 side of the core assembly 3, and an adhesive layer 42 on the back surface material 2 side of the core assembly 3. Adhesive layer 43, backing material 2
The adhesive layer 44 on the inner surface of FIG. The adhesive layer is also formed on the core set 3 at a position orthogonal to the surface material 1. Only the adhesive layer 41 is light-absorbing black, red, blue,
Yellow dye is added to the adhesive and applied uniformly by spraying. One color may be used, but by overlaying multiple colors, the surface material 1 is thin and translucent, so that multiple colors are visible, and in conventional artificial marble, only the fillers that are mainly mixed together make the entire surface visible. The desired color could be expressed in the panel manufacturing process because it was supposed to produce the color. At this time, it is not necessary to mix a dye in the adhesive layer 44, and the adhesive layers 42 and 43 are unnecessary. Even if the surface material 1 has translucency, the adhesive layer 42,
It is also possible to form only 44 by coating and prevent the “transparent” by adjusting the color and thickness of this adhesive. At this time, the adhesive layers 41 and 43 are unnecessary. In the embodiment, since “translucency” cannot be completely avoided only with the adhesive layer 41 on the back surface of the front surface material 1, the adhesive layer 42 of the core set 3 and the adhesive layer 44 on the inner surface of the back surface material 2 are provided. To The adhesive layer 42 and the adhesive layer 44 are dyes (black 0.01% +) in order to impart light absorption to the particle board.
Red 0.28% weight ratio) is added. Core set 3 and back material 2
For this, a dye is mixed with the adhesive in accordance with the color tone of the core set 3. Since particle board is used as the material for core 3, black (0.01%) + red (0.28%) are mixed in a weight ratio. At this time, the back surface material 2 is uniformly applied not only to the bonding portion but also to the entire surface by means such as spraying. Here, it should be taken into consideration that the adhesive force is reduced by mixing the dyes and the color becomes darker as the coating amount increases. The former has a practically no problem because the shear strength is reduced to a maximum of 5% at the mixing ratio, and the latter is done by visually controlling the coating amount.

After the adhesive has been applied in this manner, it is aged in a humidifier for a predetermined time to evaporate the solvent of the adhesive to keep the bonding temperature of the front surface material and the back surface material constant and prevent the back surface material from blistering or warping. Try not to occur. That is, if the difference between the bonding temperature and the use temperature is large, the backing material is a resin plate and the core assembly has a lot of space, so that the backing material expands and swells. After the curing is completed in this manner, pressure is applied to further cure.

EFFECTS OF THE INVENTION The present invention has the above-described structure. The artificial marble as a plate material that can be conventionally processed has a large thickness, and even if it is bent, it is formed into a tubular shape or is provided with rough irregularities. What was only done is that by pressing the artificial marble with a wall thickness of 4 mm or less, the unevenness on the surface becomes sharp and the radius is also small, so it is possible to add unevenness freely with the mold You can get a marble panel. Further, regarding the artificial marble panel thus obtained as a surface material and a vinyl chloride plate or an acrylic plate as a back material with a core set sandwiched between them, to obtain a building panel, a coloring agent such as a dye or a pigment is mixed with an adhesive. Since the difference between the light and dark color tones caused by the translucency of the surface material is eliminated, the product value is increased, and by changing the color of the coloring material to be mixed, it is possible to easily add decorative colors to the surface material. It became possible.
