[Background technology] Conventionally, when the exterior walls of houses were finished with mortar, siding, etc. to form large wall structures, condensation would occur inside the exterior walls, corroding structural materials such as columns and foundations, and significantly reducing durability. I'm letting you do it. There are also ventilation methods to prevent condensation, but these methods involve building the entire building, which has the disadvantage of increasing costs, and in the case of existing buildings, it is necessary to renovate the entire exterior wall.

[Disclosure of the invention] The partial ventilation wall of the present invention has a large wall structure in which a plurality of pillars 6 are interposed at intervals between an outer surface material 1 and an inner surface material 2. One opening 3 is provided in the outer surface material 1 so as to communicate between the two adjacent spaces S and the outdoors via the pillar 6 between the inner surface material 2 and the inner surface material 2.
At the same time, this opening 3 is provided above and below the outer wall A so as to communicate the outdoors with the space S.
A frame body 4 is attached to the frame body 4, and a louver body 5 is provided inside the frame body 4 to form a ventilation section, and the drawbacks of the conventional example are solved by constructing it as described above. In other words, just by opening an opening 3 in the exterior material 1 and attaching a frame 4 having a louver body 5 to the opening 3, it is possible to prevent rainwater from entering and provide ventilation. Now I can improve my sexuality.

以下本考案を実施例により詳述する。 The present invention will be explained in detail below using examples.

The outer wall A of the building B has a large wall structure, and the inner surface material 2 is stretched on the inner surface side of a plurality of columns 6, and the outer surface material 1 is stretched on the outer surface side of the columns 6. External material 1
The outdoor side of the building is finished with mortar, siding, etc. This outer material 1 includes an outer material 1 and an inner material 2.
An opening 3 is provided to communicate the space S between the two and the outdoors. In the case of the present invention, the opening 3 is provided so as to communicate with the spaces on both sides of the pillar 6. The ventilation member C is formed by providing a plurality of louver bodies 5 above and below a rectangular frame body 4. This louver body 5 is inclined in a direction to block rainwater, and the upper and lower louver bodies 5
Ventilation is allowed between them. Further, the louver body 5 may be fixedly attached or movably attached so as to rotate. The frame 4 of this ventilation member C is fitted into the opening 3, and the ventilation member C is attached. In this way, the ventilation member C is attached to the appropriate location on the outer wall A of the building B, as shown in FIG. Therefore, outside air flows into the space S of the outer wall A from the ventilation member C located under the outer wall A of the building B, and as shown by the arrow in FIG.
Ventilated to the outside. As shown in Fig. 2, if the opening 3 is provided so as to straddle the pillar 6 and span the space S on both sides of the pillar 6, the ventilation member C can be used as the ventilation member C for the space S on both sides. Less is enough and costs can be lowered. Furthermore, the ventilation construction method of the present invention can be used for ordinary wooden houses, 2×4 wooden houses, etc.

[Effects of the invention] As described above, the present invention provides an opening that communicates the space between the outer surface material and the inner surface material of the outer wall with the outdoors, attaches a frame to this opening, and provides a louver body within the frame. Since the ventilation part is formed by the ventilation part, it is possible to prevent rainwater from entering and provide ventilation by simply providing an opening in the outer surface material and attaching a ventilation member with a louver body to the frame. , it can be constructed at a low cost by simply attaching ventilation members partially,
What's more, it can be installed on existing buildings, and it can be retrofitted, making it easy to install. It also connects two adjacent spaces and the outdoors with a column between the exterior and interior materials of the exterior wall. Since the openings are provided to communicate with each other, one opening can ventilate two adjacent spaces through the pillars, reducing the number of ventilation holes provided in the exterior material, and the width of the opening can be reduced. Since there is a column on the back side in the middle of the direction, the frame attached to the opening can be fixed accurately and firmly, and the opening provided in the outer wall so as to communicate between two adjacent spaces and the outdoors can be fixed firmly. Since they are provided at the top and bottom, air flows in the bottom opening and air flows out from the top opening, allowing smooth ventilation in the vertical direction and promoting ventilation.
