A watertight structure that utilizes the principle of equal pressure is composed of three elements: a rain partition formed on the outside, an airtight part formed on the inside, and a space between them that is made equal to the outside pressure. Specifically, a part of the rain partition is processed to provide an opening for introducing outside air, and by actively introducing outside air, the space is made equal to the outside pressure, and the wind pressure is applied to the indoor side. The above-mentioned structure prevents rainwater from entering the room due to the pressure difference, by receiving the airtight part located in the room. In this way, a watertight structure using the equal pressure principle has the advantage that there is no need to use watertight material in the rain partition to make it strictly watertight, so it is extremely easy to construct compared to conventional watertight structures. However, there still remains a need to specially process and form an outside air inlet in the rain partition.

In FIG. 1, reference numeral 1 indicates a floor slab supported on an I-shaped beam (structural material) 2, which constitutes a part of the frame. Above and below the outdoor side edge of the floor slab 1, inner wall plates 3 made of lightweight cellular concrete or the like are fixed to the floor slab 1 via angle members 4 or the like. (Incidentally, the above-mentioned inner wall plate may be constructed from the wall of the building frame.) The outer surface of the inner wall plate 3 is attached to the outer surface of the inner wall plate 3 at intervals in the vertical direction of the building via the bolt 5 that penetrates the above-mentioned inner wall plate 3. Install the horizontal member fastener 6. The cross member fastener 6 has a channel-like cross section, and the cross member 7 is attached to its upper and lower flange portions.

The cross-sectional shape of the cross member 7 includes a vertical side 8, an inclined side 9 extending downwardly outward from the lower end of the vertical side, and an inclined side 9.
It is advantageous to have a downwardly opening panel groove 10 on the lower surface of the panel, and a horizontal side 11 at the top of the vertical side. In order to attach the panel body 12 (see FIG. 2) having an uneven cross section between the horizontal members 7 described above, first insert the upper end of the panel body 12 into the panel groove 10 of the horizontal member 7 adjacent above. The panel body 12 is fixed to the inner wall plate 3 via the furring 13 etc., and the panel groove 1
The remaining space of 0 is filled with watertight material 14. At this time, the lower end of the panel body 12 is positioned in contact with the outer edge of the horizontal side 11, and the lower end of the panel body 12 is positioned on the vertical side 8 and the inclined side 9 of the horizontal member 7 adjacent to the lower end of the panel body 12.
Make sure to leave an appropriate amount of space between each.

A flat drain plate 1 is provided on the inner surface of the lower part of the panel body 12.
Install 5. The drain plate 15 is for preventing raindrops that hit the sloped side 9 of the cross member 7 from rebounding and entering the space 16 between the panel body 12 and the inner wall board 3. It is convenient to attach it to the outer edge of the horizontal side 11 and the outer surface of the rim 13, and to set its height to about 17 to 20 cm in consideration of the height of the raindrops.

With the above configuration, the outside air passes through the concave groove portion 17 inside the uneven panel body 12, passes from the bottom of the panel body 12 to the top of the draining plate 15, and then passes through the space 1.
6, the pressure inside the space 16 is made equal to the outside air. Therefore, according to the equal pressure principle mentioned at the beginning, the panel body 1
Even if strong winds mixed with rain blow, the rainwater will not leak into the room.

First, the vertical frame 18 is fixed perpendicularly to the outer surface of the trunk rim 13, and the one side end 12A of the uneven panel body 12 is elastically inserted into the grooves 18A on both the left and right sides of the vertical frame, and the other side end 12B is inserted. is fixed to the body rim 13. A decorative board 19 and a decorative board cover 20 are attached to the outside of the side ends (12B, 12B) of the panel body 12 which are fixed to the trunk rim 13 in such a manner that they face each other to cover both ends. With this configuration, there is no need to seal the joints in the width direction of the panel body 12, and no problem occurs even if the panel body expands or contracts.
