[Background Art] Conventionally, in buildings using the panel construction method, asphalt felt was applied to the outer surface of the outer wall panel, and an exterior material was applied to the outer surface of the asphalt felt. In such conventional examples, there is no ventilation between the exterior material and the asphalt felt, and the asphalt felt is not ventilated at all, so when the outside temperature drops, condensation occurs on the indoor side of the asphalt felt, causing the outer wall panel to rot. There was a drawback.

[Disclosure of the invention] The structure of the exterior wall of the invention is that in building A using the panel construction method, a breathable waterproof sheet 2 is pasted on the outside side of the outside wall panel 1, and horizontal rims 3 are vertically attached to the outside side of the breathable waterproof sheet 2. Attached at intervals and horizontal torso 3
A gap 16 that vertically communicates with the horizontal furring edges 3 is formed so as to be shifted laterally between the vertically adjacent horizontal furring edges 3.
The exterior material 4 is attached to the outer surface of the lateral furrow 3, and the space above and below the lateral furrow 3 is communicated through the gap 16 of the lateral furrow 3, thereby creating a vertical ventilation space between the sheathing material 4 and the breathable waterproof sheet 2. 5, and an air inlet for communicating the outside air or under the floor with the ventilation space 5 is provided in the base drainage material 13 of the base portion, and an air inlet for communicating the ventilation space 5 with the outside air is provided in the soffit parting material 15 of the eave ceiling portion. This device is provided with an air exhaust port to allow the air to flow, and the drawbacks of the conventional example are solved by configuring it as described above. In other words, the air is the foundation draining material 13
The air flows into the ventilation space 5 from the air inlet and is exhausted from the air exhaust port of the soffit parting member 15 to ventilate the ventilation space 5, and the breathable waterproof sheet 2 is placed between the outer wall panel 1 and the ventilation space 5. This eliminates dew condensation on the indoor side surface of the breathable waterproof sheet 2 and prevents the outer wall panel 1 from rotting.

以下本考案を実施例により詳述する。 The present invention will be explained in detail below using examples.

Building A is assembled using the panel construction method, and a floor panel 10 is pasted on the floor of the first floor.
The first floor exterior wall panel 1 is erected on the base portion of the foundation 11 of this floor panel 10, and the floor panel 10 is pasted horizontally on the first floor exterior wall panel 1, and the outer circumference of this floor panel 10 is A second floor exterior wall panel 1 is erected on top, and a roof panel 12 is installed on this exterior wall panel 1.
is pasted. Above exterior wall panel 1, floor panel 1
0 and the roof panel 12 are formed by pasting structural plywood on a frame material. A breathable waterproof sheet 2 is pasted over the entire surface of the exterior wall panels 1 on the first and second floors and on the outside of the floor panels 10 on the first and second floors. 3 is installed. A plurality of the horizontal furring edges 3 are installed in parallel at intervals vertically, and gaps 16 are formed in the lateral direction of the horizontal furring edges 3 to allow vertical communication. As shown in FIG. 1, the positions at which the gaps 16 are provided are shifted in the horizontal direction between the vertically adjacent horizontal edges 3. A plurality of vertically long exterior materials 4 are arranged on the outer surface of the horizontal furring 3 in the vertical and horizontal directions.
It is fixed to. With this exterior material 4 fixed, the upper and lower spaces of the horizontal furrow 3 are communicated through the gaps 16 of the horizontal furrow 3, so that a ventilation space 5 extending above and below is created between the exterior material 4 and the breathable waterproof sheet 2. It is formed. The exterior material 4 is made of an inorganic material such as an asbestos cement board, a calcium silicate board, or a gypsum cement board. A foundation draining material 13 is attached to the outer surface side of the base portion on the foundation 11 of the floor panel 10 on the first floor, and an air inlet communicating with the ventilation space 5 is formed in the foundation draining material 13. The air inlet is provided vertically through the lower horizontal piece of the foundation draining material 13, or is provided so as to penetrate through the vertical piece of the foundation draining material 13. Outdoor air is taken into the ventilation space 5 through the air inlet on the vertical piece, and air under the floor is brought in through the air inlet on the vertical piece of the foundation drainage material 13 through the gap between the foundation 11 and the floor panel 10. It is now possible to incorporate it. A soffit parting material 15 is installed between the upper exterior material 4 and the roof panel 12 so as to cover the outer surface of the upper end of the exterior material 4.
5 is formed with an air exhaust port communicating with the ventilation space 5.

Thus, air flows into the ventilation space 5 from the air inlet of the base flashing material 13, passes through the ventilation space 5, and is exhausted from the air exhaust port of the eaves parting material 15.
The air flowing through the ventilation space 5 and the outer wall panel 1 are ventilated through the breathable waterproof sheet 2 to breathe.

[Effects of the invention] As described above, the present invention is to attach a breathable waterproof sheet to the outer surface of an exterior wall panel, apply an exterior material to the outer surface of the breathable waterproof sheet via the rim, and combine the exterior material and the breathable waterproof sheet. An air inlet is provided in the base portion to communicate the outside air or under the floor with the ventilation space, and an air exhaust port is provided in the eaves to communicate the outside air with the ventilation space. Since air flows into the ventilation space from the air inlet and is exhausted from the air exhaust port through the ventilation space, ventilation is created between the ventilation space and the exterior wall panel through the breathable waterproof sheet. It is breathable, there is no condensation on the indoor side of the breathable tarpaulin, and the exterior wall panels do not rot, and the breathable tarpaulin allows ventilation but does not allow water to pass through. There is no risk of water entering the exterior wall panel side and causing it to rot, thus extending the life of the building.Furthermore, there is no air inlet in the foundation drainage material at the foundation. Since air exhaust ports are provided in the soffit parting material of the eaves ceiling, it is possible to prevent rainwater, etc. from entering through the air inlet and air exhaust ports. Attach the torso edges at intervals above and below, create gaps that communicate vertically with the horizontal torso edges so that they are shifted laterally between the vertically adjacent horizontal torso edges, and apply the exterior material to the outer surface of the horizontal torso edges. At the same time, the spaces above and below the horizontal furrows are communicated through the gap between the horizontal furrows to form a vertical ventilation space between the exterior material and the breathable waterproof sheet.
The ventilation flow flowing from the bottom to the top of the ventilation space flows evenly into the ventilation space without short-circuiting, and the entire back surface of the exterior material and the entire surface of the breathable tarpaulin sheet are vented, preventing dew condensation on the back surface of the exterior material and making it breathable and waterproof. Ventilation through the sheet is also promoted.
