2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, the problems to be solved by the invention
Since the gloss and fingers of the hair after washing the hair are poor,
A hair treatment agent called a hair conditioner or a hair conditioner is applied to give a conditioning effect to the hair after washing. These treating agents are generally those containing quaternary ammonium salts such as stearyltrimethylammonium chloride and higher alcohols as main components, and various additives are added to further enhance the effect. ..

On the other hand, among those who use these hair treatment compositions, the hair becomes gray due to aging, or the hair is damaged by brushing, perming, etc.
The natural hair color may have changed. In order for these people to return their hair to the original color, it is most effective to dye the hair with a hair dye such as an acid dye or an oxidation dye.
However, it is easy to see that they are complicated to operate and that they are dyed by a third party because the hair color changes abruptly. Further, there is a problem that a boundary is formed between the treated portion and new hair as the hair grows, resulting in an unfavorable appearance. As such, they wanted a gradual natural change in hair color without abrupt color change. Furthermore, if the hair treatment composition such as the above-mentioned hair rinse, which has become a daily lifestyle, imparts a high conditioning effect such as gloss or finger contact to the hair, and if these things can be performed, the complexity is eliminated. And are considered more useful. As means for achieving these things, Japanese Patent Laid-Open Publication No.
7-23543 and JP-A-59-231009.
Although the publications have been proposed, they use an oxidative dye as a dye and have a problem that they cannot be used by a person having a sensitizing property. Further, JP-A-1-132512 proposes a dye using a basic dye and a neutral dye, but a sufficient dyeing power cannot be obtained. Further, Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 1-308215 has been proposed as a method using an acid dye, but it contains a quaternary ammonium salt having a branched chain as an essential component and is effective for improving the texture as a hair rinse. However, an acidic dye which is anionic and a quaternary ammonium which is cationic form an insoluble salt, so that sufficient dyeing power cannot be obtained and there is a problem in stability.
Therefore, it is the actual situation that a product having the above-mentioned effect is not obtained until now.

In the hair rinse composition of the present invention, these polymer compounds may be added alone or in combination, but it is more preferable to contain both of them from the viewpoint of appearance of the composition and ease of application. Further, these are preferably blended in an amount of 0.2 to 4.0 wt% with respect to the total amount of the composition. If it is less than 0.2 wt%, the system becomes unstable, and it separates over time and it is difficult to apply it to the hair. If it exceeds 4.0 wt%, stickiness occurs and the viscosity of the composition increases, so It tends to be difficult.
