2. Description of the Related Art
Because the hair after shampooing treatment has poor gloss and texture,
A hair treatment agent called a hair rinse or a hair conditioner is applied to impart a conditioning effect to the hair after washing. These treating agents are generally based on quaternary ammonium salts such as stearyltrimethylammonium chloride and higher alcohols, and various additives have been added to enhance their effects. .

[0003] On the other hand, some people who use the hair treatment composition may change their natural hair color due to graying of the hair due to aging or damage to the hair due to brushing, perm, etc. is there. In order for these people to return the hair to its original color, it is most effective to dye the hair with a hair dye such as an acid dye or an oxidation dye. However, they are complicated to operate, and it is immediately apparent that a third party has dyed the hair in order to rapidly change the hair color. Further, there is a problem in that a boundary is formed between the part to be treated and the new hair as the hair grows, which results in an undesirable result in appearance. As such, they wanted a hair color that gradually changed naturally to a natural color without a sudden change in color. Furthermore, the hair treatment composition such as the above-mentioned hair rinse, which has become a daily life habit, can impart complexity to the hair while imparting a high conditioning effect such as gloss or texture to the hair, thereby eliminating complexity. , Would be more useful. As means for achieving these things, Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No.
7-23543 and JP-A-59-231009.
However, there is a problem that these dyes use an oxidation dye as a dye and cannot be used by persons having sensitization. Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 1-132512 proposes a device using a basic and neutral dye, but does not provide sufficient dyeing power. Further, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. Hei 1-308215 has been proposed as one utilizing an acidic dye, but a quaternary ammonium salt having a branched chain is an essential component and is effective for improving the feeling as a hair rinse. However, an anionic acid dye and a cationic quaternary ammonium form an insoluble salt, so that sufficient dyeing power cannot be obtained and there is a problem in stability.
Therefore, a substance having the above-mentioned effects has not been obtained until now.

The hair rinse composition of the present invention contains one or both of these high molecular compounds, but it is more preferable to contain both in terms of the appearance and ease of application of the composition. Further, these are preferably blended in an amount of 0.2 to 4.0% by weight based on the total amount of the composition. If it is less than 0.2 wt%, the system becomes unstable and separates with the passage of time, and it drips and it is difficult to apply it to the hair. If it exceeds 4.0 wt%, it becomes sticky and the viscosity of the composition becomes high. It tends to be difficult.

[0012] The polyethylene glycol in the present invention is intended to make it easy to apply to hair by giving a slip at the time of application, and to color the hair evenly and uniformly because the composition is applied uniformly on the hair. The average molecular weight is from 20,000 to 8
00,000. If the average molecular weight is less than 20,000, there is no effect. The compounding amount is preferably 0.001 wt% to 0.1 wt% with respect to the total amount of the composition.
If it exceeds 1% by weight, stickiness occurs, and it tends to be unfavorable in terms of functionality.

Examples of the acid in the present invention include citric acid, salicylic acid, acetic acid, lactic acid, propionic acid, tartaric acid, phosphoric acid, hydrochloric acid and the like. The amount of the compound is adjusted so that the pH of the composition is 2.0 to 5.5. It is a necessary amount to adjust. When the pH is lower than 2.0, there is a problem in stability, and the pH is 5.5.
If it is higher, a sufficient effect for coloring hair cannot be obtained.
