【表】DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a novel cleaning paper that is washable with water. 2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, as products for wiping dirt on the skin, such as dirt on hands, fingers, the body, etc., there have been known, for example, cleaning cotton belonging to quasi-drugs, wet tissue belonging to miscellaneous goods, and the like. The clean cotton is made by dissolving chlorhexidine digluconate (sold under the trade name "Hibiten") or benzethonium chloride in pharmacologically purified water and impregnating the absorbent cotton. Wet tissues are non-woven fabrics (including paper) impregnated with preservatives or disinfectants, such as alcohols such as ethyl alcohol and isopropyl alcohol, and water containing paraoxybenzoate esters. Alternatively, it may be impregnated with an alcohol solution, Hibitene water, or an alcohol solution. Other examples of products for wiping and cleansing the skin include:
So-called "oil paper", which is paper impregnated with liquid paraffin, is also known. Although it can be said that all of the above-mentioned products are fairly effective in terms of wiping away various stains on the skin, there are cases where it is preferable to throw them into the toilet after use and dispose of them. They do not disperse and float in their original form, and because of their water repellency, they do not mix with water. They clog drain pipes, especially when placed in flush toilets, and in septic tanks, they accumulate to the top. Conventional use in this field has been practically impossible due to drawbacks such as reduced purifying action. Under these circumstances, the present invention is a novel product that can be used not only for normal cleaning of skin dirt, but also in flush toilets, that is, it can be put in and discarded after use. The purpose is to provide cleansing paper. Here, the term "wiping paper" refers to a sheet-like material that can wipe dirt off the skin. As a result of extensive research in line with the above objectives, the present inventor has impregnated a sheet material, which is inherently washable with water, with an oil-based raw material for cosmetics in order to impart a wiping function. If a surfactant is added to suppress the water repellency, it is possible to create a cleaning paper that can not only effectively wipe away dirt from the skin, but also be used in toilets, which was not considered desirable with conventional products. I found out what I can get. The present invention was completed based on such knowledge, and the present invention is based on the above findings.
Cosmetic oil-based raw materials and surfactants by weight
The present invention provides a washable wiping paper impregnated with water at a ratio of 90:10 to 99.9:0.1. "Water-disintegratable paper containing a water-soluble binder (hereinafter also simply referred to as water-disintegratable paper)", which is one of the constituent materials of the cleaning paper of the present invention, is a material that is blended with a water-soluble binder and has essentially no water solubility or dispersibility. This refers to a sheet-like material having a material having the same structure, and includes all conventional substrates of this type, and is not particularly limited. Specific examples include water-soluble paper containing a water-soluble binder (for example, PVA) and containing a fibrous water-soluble cellulose derivative as a main component, nonwoven fabric having water dispersibility, and the like. Other essential constituent materials are “oily raw materials for cosmetics”
may be any raw material commonly used in cosmetics and as an oil phase component; specifically, oils and fats such as olive oil and camellia oil, hydrocarbons such as liquid paraffin and squalane, higher fatty acids, etc. can be mentioned. The "surfactant", which is another essential constituent material of the present invention, can be an anionic, cationic, nonionic, or amphoteric surfactant, as long as it can make it difficult to impart water repellency caused by oily raw materials to the resulting wiping paper. Any surfactant may be used, and nonionic surfactants, which are commonly used in creams, lotions, etc., are preferred from the viewpoint of wiping, although they are not particularly limited. Examples of anionic surfactants include higher alcohols, higher fatty acid esters, etc.
Examples of cationic surfactants include benzalkonium chloride and benzethonium chloride, examples of nonionic surfactants include Tween type and span type surfactants, and examples of amphoteric surfactants include carboxylic acid type including betaine type. , sulfate ester salt type. The ratio of cosmetic oil-based raw materials and surfactant to be impregnated into the above-mentioned water-disintegratable paper is 90:10 to 90:10 on a weight basis.
The ratio is 99.9:0.1, preferably 95:5 to 99:1.
In the above range, the upper limit was set to 99.9:0.1 because
This is because the surfactant is impregnated to suppress the water repellency caused by the oily raw material, and the required amount can be reduced as long as the surfactant used can sufficiently exhibit its effect. On the other hand, if the proportion of surfactant exceeds the above range, irritation to the skin will occur. To produce the cleaning paper of the present invention, it is sufficient to impregnate water-disintegratable paper with the oily raw materials for cosmetics and a surfactant in the above proportions, and the impregnation method is not limited.
Any conventional means may be used. Generally, from the viewpoint of ease of operation, a fixed amount of a mixed solution of a predetermined ratio of oil and fat raw materials and a surfactant is poured onto water-disintegratable paper placed in a predetermined container in advance so that it is thoroughly distributed. good. The amount of impregnation may be such that, for example, the above solution is at least spread throughout the water-disintegratable paper, and more specifically, 10-20 g of the above-mentioned solution is soaked per 1 m 2 of water-disintegratable paper with a basis weight of 20-30 g/m 2 . You can use the amount of penetration as a guideline. The cleaning paper of the present invention may further contain humectants, preservatives or bactericidal agents, antioxidants, fragrances, etc., which are commonly used in cosmetics, to the extent that the purpose of the present invention is not impaired. Needless to say, it's a good thing. The cleaning paper of the present invention obtained in this manner contains oil-based raw materials, compared to conventional cleaning cotton or wet tissue, which mainly contains only preservatives, sterilizing agents, etc. The wiping capacity is further increased, and it is also possible to use the product in toilets, which were not considered desirable with these conventional products. Hereinafter, the present invention will be explained in more detail with reference to Examples. Example 1 A water-dispersible rayon nonwoven fabric with a basis weight of 20 g/m 2 manufactured by the manufacturing method shown in (a) below was prepared as water-disintegratable paper, and this was placed in a certain container, and the following (ro) was added to it. ) Pour the mixed solution in the ratio shown in 1.) at a rate of about 15 g per 1 m 2 of the above-mentioned water-disintegratable paper so that it is evenly distributed throughout. (b) Production of water-dispersible rayon nonwoven fabric: 92% rayon fiber, 8% polyvinyl alcohol
% into a disintegrating beater, add water and mix to 0.5~
Make a 1.0% stock solution and stir and mix for about 30 minutes. Next, with a dust remover (particle screen),
Remove binding fibers and foreign matter. The carefully selected raw materials are wet-processed using a Myoshi machine to create a paper layer. Next, dry it in a dryer (about 135℃).
Crepe treated to give flexibility,
A water-dispersible rayon nonwoven fabric with a basis weight of 20 g/m 2 is produced. (b) Blending ratio of mixed solution: (parts by weight) Liquid paraffin 50 Olive oil 20 Camellia oil 25 Nonionic surfactant (polyoxyethylene sorbitan monooleate) 5 The cleaning paper thus obtained can be used to remove various stains on the skin. It was excellent in wiping, and had good dispersibility and distribution when used in flush toilets. Examples 2 to 6 The same water-dispersible rayon nonwoven fabric used in Example 1 above was prepared as water-disintegratable paper, and this was placed in a certain container. Five types of wiping paper of the present invention were prepared by pouring and soaking the water-disintegratable paper separately at a rate of about 20 g per 1 m 2 of water-disintegrated paper so that it was evenly distributed throughout the paper. All of the cleaning papers had extremely good wiping properties, and when actually used in a flush toilet, they showed good dispersion and flowability under a large amount of pressure water. 【table】
