Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain the title material suitable for the cleaning and sterilization of the floor, wall, furniture, seat, closet, etc., in living room or toilet and the cleaning of anus and easily disposable with water in toilet, by supporting a liquid containing an active substance on a specific easily water-dispersible paper. CONSTITUTION:An easily water-dispersible paper is produced from a mixture of 60-99wt.% of fiber for making water-dispersible paper and 1-40wt.% of a water-insoluble carboxymethylated pulp (preferably a calcium salt or a mixture containing calcium salt). The objective material can be produced by supporting a liquid (preferably containing water) containing an active substance (e.g., olive oil, surfactant or ethanol) on the above water-dispersible paper.

[Detailed Description of the Invention] [Industrial Application Field] The present invention relates to a water easily dispersible cleaning article, and more specifically, it is used for cleaning floors, walls, furniture, toilet seats, toilet bowls, etc. in living rooms and toilets.
This invention relates to a water-dispersible cleaning article that is suitable for sterilizing or wiping the buttocks, and that can be easily washed with water in a toilet or the like.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION Conventionally, water-dispersible paper or cleaning products loaded with chemicals have been used as cleaning products for cleaning the area around the toilet or wiping the buttocks so that they can be flushed down the toilet after use. These water-dispersible papers use dry paper strength enhancers such as polyvinyl alcohol, carboxymethyl cellulose, and cationic starch to improve sheet strength in a dry state without impeding water dispersibility.

However, if a sheet containing a dry paper strength agent is impregnated with even a very small layer of water, the strength will be significantly reduced.

The use of a dry paper strength agent such as polyacrylamide can provide strength that can withstand cleaning operations even when impregnated with a small amount of water, but it also impairs the water dispersibility of the sheet.

The present inventors have conducted various studies in order to obtain a water-dispersible cleaning article that does not cause the above-mentioned problem even when the active substance-containing liquid material supported on water-dispersible paper contains water. The present inventors have discovered that it is sufficient to use water-dispersible paper mixed with insoluble carboxymethylated pulp, and have completed the present invention.

These active substances can be carried on the water-dispersible paper used in the present invention to form a water-dispersible cleaning article, whether in the conventional non-aqueous liquid form or in a water-containing liquid form. be able to. When used in liquid form containing water, it is usually supported in liquid form with a water content of 5 to 60% by weight. These liquid substances containing active substances are generally loaded on the water-dispersible paper in an amount of 0.5 to 5 times. The supporting method is not limited, and conventionally commonly used means may be used. Most simply, it can be obtained by simply pouring a certain amount of the active substance-containing liquid onto a certain amount of easily dispersible paper placed in a container so that it is evenly distributed.
