Abstract

PURPOSE:To suppress vibration and noise by reducing the beating due to micro difference of natural vibration between two radial ball bearings having identical type, width, and inner/outer diameters. CONSTITUTION:A rotor 3 is disposed, through an air gap, on the outside of a stator 2 secured to a bracket 1 on the opposite side to a load and the rotor 3 is secured to a rotary shaft 5 being born on the bracket 1 rotatably through deep groove ball bearings 4a, 4b. The bearings 4a, 4b have identical type, width and inner/outer diameters but the numbers Nc, Nd of rollers 4c, 4d on the load side and the opposite side are 8 and 7, respectively. ータは少なくも2個のラジアル玉軸受又はアンギュラ玉
軸受等を備え、外径を同一とするときには、市販品購入
と標準化との点から転動体の数は同一である。

残った。これを解析した結果、2個の軸受の固有振動数
の間に極めて僅かな差(1Hz前後)があり、この差に
基づく「うなり」であることが解明した。そしてこの固
有振動数の差は、精密軸受として比較的重要でない外輪
の内径寸法等の加工公差にもよることが判明した。うな
りが高いときには、1mの距離で35dbAにも達し、深
夜の事務所ではかなり気になるものである。
