DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION <Industrial Application Field> The present invention relates to a locking device for securing a container onto the platform of a truck or freight car. <Prior art> In order to enable direct movement of a container between trucks or between trucks and freight cars without using a forklift, etc., a container is provided with a sled on the underside, as disclosed in, for example, Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 58-183323.
It is known in the publication No. That is, the container disclosed in the above-mentioned publication includes a container having a curvature in the longitudinal direction of the bottom surface and a connecting portion with the cable, a guide groove corresponding to the curvature in the lateral direction of the loading platform, and the guide groove. It consists of a large truck having a pulley provided on one side of the loading platform corresponding to the groove, a guide groove corresponding to the sled in the longitudinal direction of the loading platform, and a small truck having a winch at the front of the loading platform. The container is delivered by keeping the position of the small truck aligned with the guide groove, and by hanging a cable between the winch of the small truck and the container or between the winch, the container, and the pulley. Therefore, when the container is moved by the cable wound around the winch, it slides in the guide groove by the sled, and also easily moves over the unevenness between the loading platforms, so that the container can be transferred smoothly. It can be done. In this case, the container is secured as follows after being moved. In other words, there is a horizontally short airfoil plate at the front lower part of the left side and the rear lower part of the right side in the sliding direction of the container, and a ski-shaped perforated plate with the front part warped upwards slightly closer to the center of the container and separated upwards. are provided in a protruding manner, while an inverted U-shaped connecting member is provided for the airfoil plate at the positions corresponding to the two plates when the container is loaded on the front left side and rear right side of the upper surface of the small truck's loading platform. ,
In addition, each of the ski-shaped perforated plates is equipped with a cylindrical member that is pushed up by a spring so as to protrude above the loading platform floor. The cylindrical member is engaged with the cylindrical member, and the hole of the ski-like perforated plate material is fitted into the cylindrical member and fixed. In addition, in the means shown in the above-mentioned Japanese Patent Application Laid-open No. 1999-1110, it is difficult to align the guide grooves of a large truck with the guide grooves of a small truck.
As shown in the figure below, a sled 3 having a curved guide surface 2 on the side surface is provided on the lower surface of the container 1, and slide guides 6, 6' are provided on the loading platform 4 of a freight car C and the loading platform 5 of a truck T, respectively. , said container 1
The container 1 is indexed between the freight car C and the truck T by a driving means (not shown) connected to the container 1, and is slid while the guide surface 2 of the sled 3 is brought into contact with the slide guides 6, 6'. Transshipment is also being considered. In this case, the container 1 after being moved is brought into contact with the protrusion 3a formed on the sled 3 from the lower surface of the lock plate 6a of the slide guides 6, 6' in the longitudinal direction, and in the lateral direction of the container 1. They are each fixed by a lateral fixing device 7. <Problems to be solved by the invention> However, in the former Japanese Patent Application Laid-open Publication No. 2003-12000, fitting the holes of the ski-shaped perforated plate material into the cylindrical member vertically protruding from the loading platform is difficult due to the twisting of the container. In reality, it is necessary to make delicate adjustments to the container, and when moving the container, the above-mentioned cylindrical members must be removed one by one, which is not only time-consuming, but also requires careful adjustment of the airfoil plate material and the ski-like hole. It is also dangerous because the plates protrude to the sides of the container. In addition, in the latter case, since the container is fixed by simply contacting the protrusion 3a formed on the sled in the longitudinal direction of the container from the lower surface of the lock plate 6a, etc. of the slide guides 6, 6', There is a risk that the container 1 will rotate around the horizontal fixing device 7 during vibration or braking, which is unsafe. In view of the above, the present invention is particularly suitable for container sliding means such as the latter, in which a sled with a curved guide surface is provided on the lower surface of the container, and a sled sliding path is provided on the loading platform of a truck, freight car, etc. It was also devised for the purpose of providing a container locking device that is safe, secure, and easy to operate. <Means for Solving the Problems> To achieve the above object, the container locking device of the present invention has a horizontal cross section on the outer surface of the outermost sled among the plurality of sleds provided in the transverse direction of the bottom surface of the container. A sled-shaped guide member is fixed at the central straight part of the guide member, and a plurality of lock pin holes are formed horizontally evenly in the central straight part of the guide member, and container guides are installed near both longitudinal ends of the container-dedicated loading platform between the central straight part of the guide member. The container guide is equipped with a plurality of lock pins each having a hemispherical tip and slidably supported by a cylinder at positions corresponding to the guide pin holes on the center side of the loading platform. It is characterized in that the rear end of the lock pin is connected to a rotating shaft supported below the loading platform and having a rotating lever at its outer end via a rotating arm. <Operation> The container 1 is guided by the container guides 18 , 18' along the sled slideways 17, 17 ' on the container loading platforms 12, 12' by the driving means, and the container 1 moves into a container (not shown). When the guide member 11 comes into contact with the stopper, the pin hole 11b formed on the side surface of the guide member 11 matches the lock pin 22, so the lever 28 is rotated to fully insert the lock pin 22 into the pin hole 11b and the lever 28 is rotated.
be fixed irreversibly. As a result, the container 1 is moved along the container guides 18 and 1 in the longitudinal direction.
8', and the lock pin 22 in the lateral and vertical directions. When reloading the container 1, the rotation lever 28 is unfixed, and by rotating the lever 28, the lock pin 22 is pulled out from the pin hole 11, and the container 1 can be moved by the drive means, and the container guide 18 , 18 ', the cargo can be moved on the loading platform and reloaded. <Example> In FIGS. 1 to 6, 1 is a container similar to the above, and on the bottom surface thereof, as shown in FIG . It is set in. In this example, the sled 10 is made of a steel plate and has a box shape, and is attached to the lower surface of the container 1 through flanges 10a provided on both sides of the upper end. Among the sleds 10 , the outermost sled 10, that is, the sled 10 closest to the longitudinal end of the container has an elongated guide member 11 on its outer surface that is sled-like in horizontal section.
is attached. A pin hole 11b into which a lock pin 22 (to be described later) is inserted is integrally formed in the central straight portion 11a of the guide member 11, and is equally spaced from the center in the lateral direction. Reference numerals 12 and 12' denote loading platforms exclusively for containers, in which a number of cross members 15 corresponding to the sleds 10 of the container 1 are combined between the longitudinal sides of a frame 14 in which vertical members 13 are arranged at appropriate intervals between the transversal sides. At the same time as welding, a slip plate 16 with good slippage is laid on the top surface of the cross member 15 to create a sled sliding path 1.
7, 17'. Reference numerals 18 and 18 ' denote container guides, which allow a slight gap to be left between the container 1 and the central straight portion 11a of the guide member 11 when the container 1 is placed near both longitudinal ends of the dedicated loading platforms 12 and 12'. It is installed to provide. Details of the above container guides 18 and 18 ' can be found in Part 3.
As shown in Figure 4, both ends are opened and the introduction part 1 is
A number of gusset plates 20 are welded to the back surface of the guide plate 19 shown in FIG. A slip plate 21 with good slippage is attached to the holder. Numeral 22 denotes locking pins with hemispherical tips, which are distributed near the center of the container guides 18 , 18 ', two on each side, inside a cylinder 24 supported by a support member 23 attached to the back surface of the guide plate 19. The tip of the lock pin 22 is provided so that it can protrude from the guide plate 19 and the slip plate 21 into the slideways 17, 17', and the rear end of the lock pin 22 is provided with a rod 22.
A lock pin advancing/retracting operation mechanism 25 supported by the transverse member 14a of the frame body 14 is engaged through a. That is, as shown in detail in FIGS. 3 and 5, the lock pin advancing/retracting operation mechanism 25 supports a rotating shaft 26 on the transverse member 14a of the frame 14, and rotates the shaft 2.
The rotating arm 27 is located at the position of the lock pin 22 of 6.
A pivot lever 28 is attached to the pivot shaft 26 near the lateral end of the container 1. In the above configuration, the container 1 is transported from the loading platform 12' of the freight car C to the loading platform 1 of the truck T as shown in FIG.
2, for example, when the container 1 is moved by a driving means such as a winch provided on the truck T, the container 1 is moved to each loading platform 12, 12 of the truck T and freight car C by the guide member 11 and the introduction part 19a of the guide plate 19. ′
It can be moved without any problem even if the container 1 is slightly shifted, but in that case, the outermost sled 10 of the container 1 is in the sled sliding path 17,
The container 1 is guided by the container guides 18 , 18 ' of 17' and advances over the loading platform 12, 12'.
When it comes into contact with a container stopper (not shown), the pin hole 11b drilled on the side of the sled will match the lock pin 22, so turn the lever 28 and fully insert the lock pin 22 into the pin hole 11b. , the rotating lever 28 is fixed irreversibly by a locking means (not shown). As a result, the container 1 is moved in the longitudinal direction by the container guide 1.
8, 18 ', and the lock pin 22 in the lateral and vertical directions. When reloading the container 1, the locking means of the rotating lever 28 is released and the lever 28 is rotated to remove the locking pin 22 from the pin hole 11b, and the container 1 is moved by the driving means. The container can be guided by the container guides 18 , 18 ' and transferred over the loading platform 12, 12'. In the container locking device of the present invention, a sled-shaped guide member is fixed in a horizontal section to the outer surface of the outermost sled among a plurality of sleds provided in the transverse direction of the bottom surface of the container, and a plurality of sled-shaped guide members are fixed to the outer surface of the outermost sled provided in the transverse direction of the bottom surface of the container. The lock pin holes are equally spaced horizontally, and container guides are installed near both longitudinal ends of the container loading platform with a slight gap between them and the central straight portion of the guide member. At the positions corresponding to the guide pin holes, a plurality of lock pins with hemispherical tips that are slidably supported by the cylinder are installed so that they can protrude toward the center of the loading platform, and the rear ends of the lock pins are placed below the loading platform. The container is supported by a rotating shaft having a rotating lever at the outer end and connected via a rotating arm, so that the sled-shaped guide member at the end of the container is brought into contact with the container guide in the longitudinal direction. The container on the loading platform is It is securely supported in all directions, and the risk of the container rotating due to vibrations when the truck or freight car is running or shocks when starting or stopping is prevented. Further, the rear end of the lock pin is connected via a rotation arm to a rotation shaft that is supported below the loading platform and has a rotation lever at its outer end.
Not only can a plurality of lock pins be inserted into and removed from pin holes efficiently by interlocking each pin, but the lock pins can be reliably held in the inserted state, and the above-mentioned advancing/retracting operation mechanism of the lock pins can be fixed with a locking means. In this case, the above-mentioned holding becomes more reliable and safer. Furthermore, by making the tip of the lock pin semispherical, it is not only easy and reliable to insert the lock pin into the pin hole, but also safe because there are no dangerous protrusions on the dedicated loading platform.
