部の下面に接着剤を塗布してこれらフランジ部と
前記アウタパネルとを接着剤により互いに固着し
たので、フランジ部の強度・剛性が向上し、これ
によつてインナパネルの変形を防止するととも
に、固着部分の強度が増大し、開閉操作する開閉
体に要求される剛性が十分に得られる。したがつ
て、固着部分たるフランジ部の数を減らすことも
可能となるから、加工コストの低減化が図れる。
また、本考案の開閉体構造では、U字状の突起に
囲まれたフランジ部の下面に接着剤を塗布する際
に、当該U字状の突起が塗布箇所の目印となるた
め、接着剤の塗布作業性を向上させることができ
る上、接着剤の塗布量を一定にすることができ
る。しかも、上記インナパネルのフランジ部とア
ウタパネルとを固着すべく圧接するに際して、外
方へ向かつて流出する接着剤は、囲まれた突起内
に流れ込むことになり、両者の間からはみ出るこ
とがないので、接着剤のはみ出しを考慮する必要
がなく、組付作業の能率向上が図れるとともに、
良好な外観も得ることができる。
