2. Description of the Related Art Heretofore, as a container of this type, a container as shown in FIG. 3 has generally been used. That is, in FIG. 3, reference numeral 1 denotes a cylindrical body of a container, which is formed by laminating polyethylene films (not shown) on the inner and outer peripheral surfaces of a paper cylinder. Further, 2 is a paper bottom plate, and 3 is a paper lid plate, each of which has a shape capable of being welded to the upper and lower sides of the inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical body 1. These bottom plate 2 and lid plate 3 A polyethylene film is laminated on each of the front and back surfaces of the above. In the conventional method, the bottom plate 2 and the lid plate 3 are linearly welded to each other on the bonding surface 4 of the inner peripheral wall of the cylindrical body 1, as is apparent from the enlarged cross section of FIG. It was

In the above-mentioned conventional example, the cylinder body 1 and the bottom plate 2 of the container are integrally laminated with polyethylene films on the inner and outer peripheral surfaces of the paper material or on the front and back surfaces of the bottom plate 2 and the lid plate 3, respectively. In addition to the above-mentioned conventional example, the cylindrical body 1, the bottom plate 2 and the lid plate 3 are made of a plastic material which can be welded to each other. A single unit was also known. In addition to the conventional container described above, a paper cup container such as the one disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 57-47980 has a paper cylinder having a plastic film laminated on the surface and a paper bottom plate as an adhesive surface. It was constructed by welding on a straight line.

However, in the construction of the conventional container described above, the method for joining the cylinder 1 and the bottom plate 2 or the cover plate 3 is as described above, the bonding surface 4 of the inner peripheral wall of the cylinder 1.
In this case, since it was constructed by welding on a straight line, the adhesive surface 4
If there is a poor seal or a weak seal in a part of the area, a tunnel-shaped pinhole is likely to be formed in the vertical direction on the straight line, and the liquid stored in the container or the paper cup leaks from the bottom through the adhesive surface 4. There was a problem coming up. Also,
If a pinhole occurs on the adhesive surface 4 of the lid of the container,
From this part, the outside air enters the container to oxidize the stored article or expand the container.

As described above, the container according to the present invention is a container in which a cylinder and a bottom plate, which are made of a paper material or a plastic material, which have been subjected to front and back processing so that they can be welded to each other, and a bottom plate are adhered to each other, Since the adhesive surfaces of the cylindrical body and the bottom plate are integrally curved and sealed, it is possible to prevent pinholes from being formed in the vertical direction on the adhesive surfaces of the both. Further, by integrally curving the adhesive surface between the cylindrical body and the bottom plate, it is possible to form a ring-shaped rib on the outer peripheral surface or the inner peripheral surface of the container, which gives strength to both adhesive surfaces. You can Further, by integrally bending the bonding surface between the cylindrical body and the bottom plate, the bonding area can be increased, and the bonding strength or the strength when tension is applied to this portion can be increased.

In FIGS. 1 and 2, reference numeral 10 denotes a cylindrical body of a container, which is formed by laminating polyethylene films (not shown) on the inner and outer peripheral surfaces of a paper cylinder. Further, 11 is a paper bottom plate, and 12 is a paper lid plate, and polyethylene films (not shown) similar to the cylinder 1 are provided on the front and back surfaces of these bottom plate 11 and lid plate 12. It is laminated. The cylindrical body 10, the bottom plate 11 and the lid plate 1
The bonding surfaces 13 with 2 are integrally curved and sealed together, as is apparent from the enlarged sectional views of a part thereof.
As described above, the portion where the cylindrical body 10, the bottom plate 11 and the lid plate 12 are bonded to each other on the bonding surface 13 is formed as a ring-shaped rib 14 on the outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical body 10 so as to project outward. ing. As described above, when the cylindrical body 10 and the adhesive surfaces 13 of the bottom plate 11 and the lid plate 12 are integrally curved and sealed, the two are welded at the same time, or after the welding is completed. It can be easily carried out by pressing a rotating roll (not shown) against the surface corresponding to the adhesive surface 13. Particularly when a mesh roll having a mesh-like outer peripheral surface is used as the rotating roll, the mesh-shaped embossing is performed on the bonding portion, so that the bonding strength of the bonding surface 13 can be further increased. In the above embodiment, the so-called three-piece container having the lid plate 12 has been described, but a two-piece container without the lid plate 12, such as a cup (not shown), can be manufactured by a completely similar method. I can. In addition, in the above-described embodiment, an example in which the method of the present application is carried out by using a tubular body, a bottom plate, a lid plate and the like made of a multilayer composite material in which a polyethylene film is laminated on a paper material has been described. A single material can be used as it is for a weldable member such as a plastic material. Further, in the above-described embodiment, the ring-shaped rib 14 is projected outward by pressing the adhesive surface 13 from the inside, but conversely, the ring-shaped rib 14 may be projected inward. It is possible.

Since the container according to the present invention has the above-mentioned structure and operation, it is possible to prevent the generation of vertical tunnel-shaped pinholes on the bonding surface between the cylindrical body and the bottom plate. Also,
The bonding area between the cylindrical body and the bottom surface can be increased and a ring-shaped rib can be formed on the outer side thereof, whereby the bonding strength of the bonding portion and the strength of the bonding portion against external pressure can be significantly improved. Therefore, as in the past,
It is possible to prevent the stored liquid from leaking from the bottom, or to prevent the outside air from entering the container to oxidize the stored article or to bulge the container.
