Abstract

PURPOSE: To improve the operation efficiency and reliability of an apparatus in case that a packaged product remains on an elevating table when the elevating table returns to an original position, by accelerating and smoothing the discharge of the remaining packaged product by the horizontal movement of an vertical scraping plate following the detection of this remaining. CONSTITUTION: If a packaged product S remains on an elevating table 21 when an elevating table has returned to an original position by descending after ascending with a lifter 23, light bean, etc., ejected from a sensor 26 passes the notch of a scraping plate 11 and is reflected by the packaged product, and this reflected beam is detected by a sensor 26 and then generate a signal. Then, a cylinder 15 push out a piston rod 17, the scraping plate 11 is moved to the direction of a conveyer 30 through a connecting plate 13 and a slider 21, which discharges the remaining packaged product from the elevating table 21. Thus, the discharged packaged product passes the gap between the conveyer 30 and the elevating table 21 and falls into a container (not illustrated here) along a guide plate 22. Therefor, the transfer of a succeeding packaged product can be carried out speedily and smoothly.

Conventionally, most of the above snacks have the property of being brittle and easily broken, and therefore, when packing them in a bag together with the product in order to prevent cracking of the product. A method of enclosing a fixed amount of air or nitrogen gas is used. Moreover, when packaging the bag-filled product in the outer box, as shown in FIG.
It was necessary to pack the bag-filled product S in the box C as closely as possible so that no gap was formed between them. This is because products that have been air-packaged or gas-packaged as described above at the confectionery packaging factory will gradually shrink as the temperature of the products decreases after they are packaged, and the bulk becomes smaller. Is. Further, the air or gas enclosed in the bag is unavoidable to gradually escape during the distribution process, although it depends on the sealing property and sealing property of the bag itself. In this way, after the product is once packaged in a box, the bulk of the bag gradually shrinks, and even the initially densely packed bag product may become scratched in the box over time. Because there is.

By the way, an apparatus for automatically packing bag-filled products in a box is disclosed, for example, in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 59-134105 or No. 60-23105. Among them, the former device is a method of putting a large number of bagged items into the box one by one via a belt conveyor so that some of them overlap, and it is efficient in terms of packing a large number of boxes at once. Was not suitable for high speed processing. In addition, the soft packaged bag of snacks is lightweight,
When it is packed in a box, it has a drawback that it is difficult to be misaligned and it is difficult to pack it properly. The latter device uses an arm equipped with a vacuum pad to adsorb and hold the bagged product and transfer it to the top of the box, then release the vacuum pad to drop the bagged product into the box automatically. Since this is a squeezing method, and the product easily catches on the upper end of the box when dropped, the size of the outer box must be designed to be larger than that of a hand-packed case. Therefore, there is a problem that the manufacturing cost of the packaging box becomes high and that a gap is apt to be formed between the packed products even after the packed products are stored.

In order to improve such a problem, the inventors of the present invention have found that even if the bag itself is contracted after the bagged product is first accommodated in the box, there is a gap between the bagged products. In order to prevent such problems, a method and apparatus for packing the boxed products while aligning them in a state where they are partially overlapped with each other have been developed, and a patent has been filed (see Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 3-85205).

[0006] This apparatus arranges the bag-filled products conveyed in a plurality of rows on a conveyor so as to be aligned in a horizontal line, and then hangs the bag-filled products upward through a suction pad, and then the bags. The packed items are aggregated so as to partially overlap each other, and then the packed items in the aggregated state are lowered to the mounting surface while maintaining the suspended state in the outer case in the opened state, and the case is sequentially added. It was something that was piled up inside.

Explaining this point in detail with reference to FIG. 7, the bag-filled articles S which have been conveyed side by side in a plurality of rows by the conveyer 30 are arranged on the front side of the conveyer 21 which is movable up and down. After being transferred to the table, the table is lifted up as the table moves up. At this time, since the suction pad 31 standing by immediately above the mounting table waits in a suction state, the plurality of bag-filled items S described above are simultaneously lifted up on this suction pad. Then, while the mounting table 21 is descending, the suction pad moves (to the right) to a position where the bag-containing item storage case c is opened while the bag-shaped product is being lifted, and at the same time , The suction state of the pad is released, and in synchronization with the operation, the dropping plate 32 is placed on the upper surface of the load receiving plate 35 in the corrugated cardboard box C without causing the bagged product S to drop by its own action due to the action of the s cylinder 33. The configuration is such that it is placed.

However, since the shape and size of the contents, such as potato chips and popcorn, are undefined in the bag-filled product, it is unavoidable that the surface of the package is uneven. The shape of the whole body is not constant in a strict sense. In addition, the posture of the bag-filled product S after being transferred from the conveyor 30 to the mounting table 21 also varies. Therefore, when the mounting table 21 rises, the relational position between the suction pad 31 and the bag-filled product S waiting on the upper side is not constant, and the package does not sufficiently contact the suction pad 31 and therefore is not sucked by the suction pad. Goods may also occur.
In consideration of this point, if the rising apex of the mounting table 21 is raised to such a degree that suction failure is eliminated, most of the bag-filled products are pressed to the extent that they are crushed by the suction pad 31,
As described above, the content is a relatively brittle product, which causes a problem of breakage. As described above, when the hoisting device for a bag-filled product is operated, sometimes a small amount of bag-filled product that cannot be sucked occurs. The bagged products that have not been sucked remain on the mounting table even after the mounting table 21 descends to the original position, so that it is impossible to transfer the following bagged products, and accordingly, the entire packaging device of the boxing device is required. It is necessary to stop the operation and manually remove the remaining bag-filled items.

In view of such circumstances, the present invention detects the bagged product remaining on the mounting table after the mounting table returns to the original position, and automatically detects the bagged product and scrapes it from the mounting table, and the succeeding bagged products. It is an object of the present invention to improve the operation rate of the device by enabling the transfer of the package and to propose a mounting table for the bag-filled product with high reliability.

Embodiments of the present invention will be specifically described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. First, a first embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 to 3, in which the mounting table 21 supported by the lifter 23 is used for packing the bag-filled articles S by partially overlapping each other as shown in FIG. In preparation for the above, it has a saw-toothed concavo-convex that allows the bagged product to be placed at an angle. Vertical side plates 10 are provided on both sides of the mounting table 21, and linear guides 14 are provided on respective inner surfaces of the side plates in parallel with the mounting table 21, and the slider 1 is slidable on the guides.
2 is attached. A timing belt 19 that meshes with the four toothed pulleys 18 to form a rectangle is locked to the slider 12 by a holding plate 20 on one side parallel to the linear guide 14. The lower edge of the scraping plate 11 fixed vertically by the sliders 12 on both sides is along the serrated surface of the mounting table 21 with a slight gap, and is located at a position where the mounted baggage can be seen. It has a notch 25. Further, on one side plate 10, an air cylinder or hydraulic cylinder 15 is provided in parallel with the linear guide 14 and a bracket 16 is provided.
Mounted by the cylinder rod piston rod 1
7 and the slider 12 are connected by a connecting plate 13. On the other hand, an optical sensor or an ultrasonic sensor 26 is attached to the mounting table 21 so as to face the notch 25 of the scraping plate 11 near the opposite edge of the conveyor.

Next, the operation of the apparatus shown in FIGS. 1 to 3 will be described. When the mounting table 21 raised by the lifter 23 descends and returns to the original position, if a bagged product remains on the mounting table 21, the light beam or the ultrasonic beam projected by the sensor 26 causes the scraping plate 11 to move. As it passes through the notch 25 and reflects from the bag, the sensor 26 detects the reflected beam and emits a signal. Since one sensor 26 is provided for each row of bags to be conveyed, when any one of the sensors 26 outputs a signal, the cylinder 15 pushes the piston rod 17 through the connecting plate 13 and the slider 12. The scraping plate 11 moves in the direction of the conveyor 30 and discharges the residual bagged product from the mounting table. The discharged bag-filled product passes through the gap between the conveyor 30 and the mounting table and drops along the guide plate 22 into a container (not shown).

The cylinder 15 is provided only on one side plate, but the movement of the slider 12 driven by the cylinder is transmitted from the timing belt 19 to the four toothed pulleys 18 and is transmitted to one of the pulleys. It is transmitted to the belt mechanisms 18 and 19 and the slider 12 on the other side plate through the attached shaft 24. Ie sliders 1 on both sides
Since 2 moves in synchronism, the scraping plate 11 can always move in parallel without moving obliquely. The pushed piston rod 17 immediately retracts and returns to the original position, and therefore the scraping plate 11 also returns to the original position and acts as a stopper when transferring the subsequent bag-filled product. In addition, even if the toothed pulley 18 and the timing belt 19 in FIGS. 1 to 3 are replaced with a sprocket and a chain, respectively, there is no change in the operation and effect.

When the mounting table 21 rises and then descends and returns to the original position, when the bagged product remains on the mounting table and any one of the sensors 26 outputs a signal, the cylinder 15 causes the piston rod 17 to move. The drive side slider 12 is pushed out and moves along the linear guide 14 via the connecting plate 13, and at the same time, the drive side binion 42 rotates. The rotation of the drive side pinion 42 is transmitted to the driven side pinion 42 by the shaft 44,
The driven side rack 42 also moves the driven side terrider 12 along the linear guide 14 in the same manner as the driving side slider 12. As a result, the scraping plate 1 supported by the sliders 12 on both sides
1 moves in parallel along the mounting table 21 and discharges the residual bagged products from the mounting table. Immediately after discharging the bagged product, the cylinder pulls in the piston rod, and the scraping plate 11 returns to its original position to act as a stopper when the subsequent bagged product is transferred.

According to the present invention described above, a scraping plate that moves in parallel with a horizontal mounting table with a slight gap in the mounting table for transferring the bagged products conveyed by the conveyor, Since a cylinder for driving the scraping plate, a belt or a chain or a rack and a pinion for transmitting the power of the cylinder, and a sensor for detecting the presence of a bag-filled product on the mounting table are provided, If the bagged product that should be sucked and transferred to the next process remains without being sucked, the remaining bagged product can be quickly and surely discharged from the mounting table, and therefore, can be conveyed subsequently. Since there is no hindrance to the transfer of the bag-filled products coming in, it is possible to prevent a situation in which the operation of the entire box packaging device is stopped.
As described above, according to the present invention, it is possible to provide a loading table for bag-filled items having a high operating rate and high reliability.
