However, in the conventional technology described above, the cylinders, drive motors, etc. are expensive, and the wiring to the drive motors is complicated, leading to a rise in manufacturing costs. Moreover, the surfaces of the headrest, backrest, etc. are swollen. If it is pushed out, there is no escape to return to the immersion direction, so if it is pushed out even a little too much, it gives a strange feeling and impairs the usability, which is not desirable.

(Function) When adjusting each part of the seat part using the technical means described above, first, the elastic body for the backrest body, the elastic body for the headrest part, the elastic body for the support plate for vertical movement of the upper surface of the seat, the thigh support When air is supplied into any of the elastic bodies for the board or the elastic bodies for the side support plates on both sides of the seat and on both sides of the backrest, the air will flow in the form of communication that constitutes each elastic body according to the amount of air supplied. Each of the joined air bag bodies inflates and extends in the direction in which the air bag bodies overlap,
The support plate of the backrest body and the support plate of the headrest part are each pressed rearward to tilt the backrest body and the headrest body forward, and the support plate for vertical movement of the seat top surface and the thigh support plate are pressed upward to tilt the seat. bulge out the surface of the thigh support part, lift the surface of the thigh support part upward, press outward the support plates of the side support plates on both sides of the seat part and both sides of the backrest, and move the respective side support parts to the center of the seat part and the center of the backrest part. When each part reaches its optimum position, the air supply is stopped.

Next, when the seat section is raised, when air is supplied, each of the air bag bodies connected in a continuous manner constituting the elastic body for the engagement section, which has a small capacity, moves between one end of the horizontal section of the engagement section and the intermediate base. The air bag expands in the direction in which the air bags overlap, pushing up one end of the horizontal part, and at the other rotatable end, the vertical part rotates in the release direction, causing the receipt part and the engaging part to move together. The engagement is released and the seat part becomes able to move up and down, and then each of the air bag bodies that are connected in a continuous manner and make up the vertical movement expandable body expands between the lower surface of the seat and the intermediate base, and the air bag bodies When the sheet portion is extended in the overlapping direction, the sheet portion is raised, and the supply of air is stopped at the required optimal position of the sheet portion, the air inside the elastic body for the engaging portion is discharged and contracted, and the engaging portion is free to rotate. The vertical portion rotates in the engagement direction at the provided portion, and the vertical portion engages with the seat portion to support the seat portion in an optimal position.

In addition, when the seat body is moved back and forth, when air is supplied, each air bag body, which is connected in a continuous manner and constitutes a small capacity elastic body for a latching device, expands between the stop portion and the latching device. , when the air bags are extended in the direction in which they overlap and the latches are pressed,
The latching tool rotates using the pivot as a fulcrum, the latching between the rail and the latching tool is released, and the seat body becomes able to move forward and backward, forming an air-supplied telescopic body for forward and backward movement. When each air bag body connected in a communicating manner is inflated and extended in the direction in which the air bag bodies overlap to move the seat body forward or backward, and the supply is stopped at the optimum position, the air bag body in the inflated state is As the air is exhausted, the pressing force against the latching tool is weakened, and the latching tool supports the seat body by latching onto the rotation rail using the shaft support as a fulcrum.

An elastic body formed by stacking a plurality of air bag bodies and joining them in a continuous manner is placed between each part of the seat part and between the seat part and the intermediate base,
They are placed between the seat body and the mounting floor, and are operated by supplying or discharging air to each expandable body to inflate and deflate, allowing use at each location, height position, and front and back position. The structure is greatly simplified compared to conventional vehicle seats, and there is no need for expensive drive motors or complicated wiring to the drive motors. As a result, manufacturing costs can be significantly reduced.

Furthermore, the thigh support part is movable back and forth in front of the seat using an elastic body, and its extruded plate can be stored in the seat so that the thigh support part is supported at the tip of the seat. The vertical movement as well as the back and forth movement can accommodate a wide range of leg lengths for each user, or when relaxing by stretching the legs, so there is no need to install a large thigh support plate at the tip of the seat as in the past. Since it can be made smaller, when the thigh support plate is not in use, it can be lowered to provide a wider leg space in front of the seat, which is very useful as it does not make the user feel cramped.

In addition, as a stopper for vertically moving the seat portion and engaging and supporting it in a predetermined position, an approximately L-shaped engaging tool consisting of a horizontal portion and a vertical portion is provided with its bent portion rotatably on the intermediate base. and a structure similar to that described above between the end of the horizontal part and the intermediate base,
In addition, a small-capacity elastic member for the engaging portion is provided, and as the engaging member expands and contracts, the engaging member rotates back and forth using the bent portion as a fulcrum, and the vertical portion can freely engage with the seat portion. It is also used as a stopper to move the seat body forward and backward and support it in a predetermined position.
A hanging device is rotatably supported in parallel with a blocking portion protruding from the side of the seat body at a required location, and a small-capacity container is provided between the blocking device and the blocking portion. By using an expandable and contractable body for the latching device, the latching device can be rotated back and forth and can be freely latched to the rail, so the seat part and the seat body can be safely supported in a predetermined position, and the structure is simple. Yes, it can be provided at low cost.
