Detailed Description of the Invention (Industrial Field of Application) The present invention provides a method for applying designs such as letters, pictures, patterns, etc. (hereinafter simply referred to as "designs") drawn on paper by printing or other various methods to fabrics. Regarding sheets obtained by transferring to acrylic resin film as a core material and the manufacturing method thereof, sheets for daily necessities such as handbag aprons and sheets for industrial materials, etc., have strength that cannot be obtained by the film alone, and To provide a method by which a dimensionally stable sheet material can be obtained and an arbitrary figure can be easily attached to the surface of the sheet material, and a sheet material obtained thereby.

(Prior Art and Problems to be Solved by the Invention) Conventionally, it has been very common to print directly onto the surface of a film or to attach a pattern by a transfer method. Laminated sheets as core materials are also very commonly used.

Various methods are known for manufacturing laminated sheets, such as laminating and coating, which are made by sandwiching cloth between films, but these methods require selection of adhesive, temperature, pressure, etc. There were drawbacks such as limited applicable methods.

In the present invention, it is preferable to use a water-insoluble material for the design layer (including discontinuous dots and lines) drawn on the surface of the paper. , pencil, etc. can be used. However, there are cases where there is no problem with the appearance even if there is some bleeding or blurring, and in some cases it may be preferable to use watercolor paints or water-based brush pens, so in reality, you should choose the material. do not have.

Next, roll coat an acrylic resin emulsion on the pattern layer drawn on the surface of the paper, then apply it with a brush.
It is applied by spraying or any other conventionally known method, dried to form an acrylic resin film, and after placing a cloth on top of this, the above acrylic resin emulsion is applied again by the same method and dried. A laminated sheet having an acrylic resin film layer formed using cloth as a core material is obtained.

The fabrics used include woven fabrics, gauze, nets, knitted fabrics, non-woven fabrics, etc. When both strength and dimensional stability are required, woven fabrics and non-woven fabrics are preferably used.
When only strength is required, it can be used without being limited to this.

When using fabrics other than thick ones, such as dense woven fabrics with a large number of threads or non-woven fabrics with a large basis weight, it is possible to avoid forming an acrylic resin film on the pattern layer drawn on the surface of the paper. All you have to do is place a cloth, apply an acrylic resin emulsion thereon, dry it, and form an acrylic resin film using the resulting cloth as a core material.

This is because the acrylic resin emulsion applied to the cloth penetrates mainly between the weaves and forms an acrylic resin film layer on the back side of the cloth. Of course, in the case of coarse cloth such as cheesecloth,
The sheet of the present invention can be obtained by this method in all cases of cloth in which the acrylic resin emulsion penetrates into the back surface, but if the yarn used for the cloth is thick, nonwoven fabric with a large basis weight, or the number of threads is In the case of thick fabrics such as woven fabrics, the penetration of the acrylic resin into the back side of the fabric is reduced, resulting in an acrylic resin film forming on the back side of the fabric, or if the film is insufficiently formed, the transferred pattern layer may be lost. There is also a risk that the transfer may easily fall off due to friction or other causes, or may lead to defects such as incomplete transfer. In this case, an acrylic resin emulsion is applied directly onto the pattern layer and dried to form an acrylic resin film, and then a cloth is placed on top of the cloth and an acrylic resin emulsion is applied on top of it and dried. Can cover shortcomings.

After laminating the pattern layer on the paper and the acrylic resin film layer with cloth as the core material on top of the pattern layer as described above, the laminated sheet is thoroughly immersed in water or an aqueous solution containing a surfactant such as soap. After dipping, the paper layer is peeled off and the pattern layer originally provided on the surface of the paper is transferred to the acrylic resin film layer. The purpose of immersing the paper in water or an aqueous solution containing a surfactant such as soap is to make it easier to peel off the paper layer, and any method can be used to peel it off, such as rubbing it with a brush or the like.

(Effects of the Invention) The sheet obtained by the present invention not only has a very high aesthetic appearance, but also has a transparent or translucent film layer in the case of thin cloth or coarse cloth. , the transferred picture layer can be used as either the front or back side. Furthermore, if colored cloth is used by taking advantage of the fact that the film layer is transparent or translucent, it is possible to obtain an appearance in which the texture of the core material matches the drawn pattern. However, coarse woven fabrics, lace, cheesecloth, etc. are particularly effective for the fabric used as the heart material, while in the case of dense woven fabrics or non-woven fabrics with a high density, pale colors or black fabrics are used to make the pattern clearer.・By avoiding colors such as navy blue,
It is possible to obtain a sheet that can bring about excellent effects not found in the original picture.

Furthermore, by using water-soluble materials such as watercolor paints, water-based brush pens, and ink as materials for drawing patterns, we can control the time of immersion in water or an aqueous solution containing a surfactant when peeling the paper. The present invention provides an excellent sheet manufacturing method and sheet obtained thereby, by which a pattern with a desired blur can be easily obtained.
