(Problems to be solved by the invention) However, in the above-mentioned conventional receiving plate, the lower surface of the hydraulic inorganic molding is in contact with or in close contact with the receiving plate, and this lower surface may come into contact with the outside air during steam curing. Therefore, only the top surface of the hydraulic inorganic molded product is exposed to the outside air. Therefore, if the hydraulic inorganic molded product is in a hydrated state containing sufficient water during steam curing, no matter how high the humidity in the steam room is, the hydraulic inorganic molded product exposed to the outside air (steam) will Water evaporates from the top. For this reason, the hydraulic inorganic molded product has a problem in that it warps toward the upper surface as it hardens.

(Means for Solving the Problems) The receiving plate for the hydraulic inorganic molded product of the present invention is a receiving plate on which the hydraulic inorganic molded product is placed when the hydraulic inorganic molded product is cured and hardened, and includes: The upper surface, lower surface, or both sides of the receiving plate are raised to form a recessed portion for storing the hydraulic inorganic molded product, and when the receiving plates are stacked, the inside of the recessed portion is exposed to the outside. It is configured so that it is blocked.

Hydraulic inorganic molded products are molded by dehydration press molding of fiber-reinforced cement compositions, and are used, for example, in architectural walls, roof tiles, and the like. In this example, a receiving plate used when curing and hardening roof tiles will be used as an example.

The receiving plate 1 is formed into a wave shape so that its upper surface matches the lower surface of the roof tile A placed on the receiving plate 1, and the lower surface 3 of the receiving plate 1 also has a shape corresponding to the upper surface of the roof tile A. A recess 5 is formed in the lower surface 3 by lowering the peripheral edge thereof. The lower end edge of this hanging portion 6 is formed so as to substantially match the periphery of the upper surface 2 of the receiving plate 1 located below when the receiving plates 1 are stacked. Therefore, the recess 5 of the receiving plate 1
is closed by the upper surface 2 of the receiving plate 1 located below, resulting in a substantially airtight state where it is shut off from the outside air. Furthermore, flat surfaces 2a, 2a are formed at both ends of the upper surface 2 of the receiving plate 1 with an appropriate width so that the receiving plate 1 can be stacked stably.

The receiving plate 1 may be formed to match the shape of the hydraulic inorganic molded product to be molded so that the uncured hydraulic inorganic molded product can be stably placed without losing its shape. Further, as in this example, the lower surface 3 of the receiving plate 1 is formed to have approximately the same shape as the upper surface of the roof tile A, and the depth of the recess 5 and the corresponding thickness of the roof tile A are approximately the same. , the upper surface of the roof tile A housed in the recess 5 of the receiving plate 1 and the lower surface of the receiving plate 1 may be in close contact with each other. Furthermore, when the upper surface of the roof tile A and the lower surface 3 of the receiving plate 1 are not brought into close contact with each other as described above, the shape of the lower surface 3 of the receiving plate 1 is not limited to the wavy shape as shown in the illustrated example.

First, the uncured roof tile A is placed on the upper surface of the receiving plate 1, and the receiving plates 1 are stacked as shown in FIG. As a result, the roof tile A placed on the receiving plate 1 is housed in the recess 5 of the receiving plate 1 located above, and is shielded from the outside air. and,
Steam curing is performed in a steam room until it reaches the specified strength.
At this time, the roof tile A contains sufficient water. Thereafter, the roof tile A is removed from the receiving plate 1, and if necessary, steam curing is continued or room temperature curing is performed.

In this way, by stacking the receiving plates 1 and curing the roof tile A, the roof tile A is housed in the recess 5 of the receiving plate 1 and is cured while being cut off from the outside air. Water evaporation from the upper surface of the roof tile A can be prevented, and warping of the roof tile A that occurs during or after curing can be suppressed.
Furthermore, since the roof tiles A are cured by stacking the receiving plates 1, no space is taken up, and the curing equipment can be made small-scale. Furthermore, by increasing the airtightness within the recess 5 of the receiving plate 1, there is no need to cure in a steam room, and it becomes possible to cure in a normal heating room.

Note that the recess 5 of the receiving plate 1 is located on the lower surface 3 of the receiving plate 1.
It is not limited to the side, but may be provided on the upper surface 2 side by raising the periphery of the upper surface of the receiving plate 1, or may be provided on both sides.

Here, when the roof tile A is aged and hardened using the receiving plate 1 of the present invention and the conventional receiving plate, the warping that occurs in the roof tile A will be compared. In addition, roof tile A is made of fiber-reinforced cement with a thickness of 7 mm using a dewatering press.
The uncured molded material is heated to 60°C and humidity 95°C.

The results show that when the conventional receiving plate is used for curing and hardening, the warp that occurs in the roof tile is 2 mm upward, whereas when the receiving plate 1 of the present invention is used for curing and curing, the warp of the roof tile is 2 mm. There were almost no sleds.

(Effects of the invention) As described above, according to the invention, since the hydraulic inorganic moldings stored in the recesses of the stacked receiving plates do not come into contact with the outside air, by preventing evaporation from their upper surfaces, It is possible to suppress warpage that occurs in a hydraulic inorganic molded product during curing and curing. In addition, when curing hydraulic inorganic molded products, the receiving plates are stacked on top of each other, so it does not take up space.
The curing equipment can be made smaller.
