본 고안은 단위 황토 온돌판을 구성하기 위하여 적당량의 수분을 함유시켜 균일하게 반죽한 황토를 일정크기의 형틀에 넣어 상부 황토층을 형성하고 그위에 철망이나 합성수지로된 격자상의 지지틀을 얹어놓고 그위에 반죽된 황토를 채워 넣어 상부 황토층을 형성시켜 온돌형체를 구성한 것을 적당온도로 건조시키면 철망이나 지지틀이 건조시에 발생되는 균열을 방지시키므로 균열이 없는 황토 온돌판을 얻을 수 있게 한 것이다. 황토와 철망으로 온돌을 형성할 경우에는 철망을 수층으로 적층시킬 수도 있게 한 것이다.In order to construct unit loess ondol plate, the loess which is uniformly kneaded by containing a proper amount of moisture is put into a mold of a certain size to form an upper loess layer, and a grid-like support frame made of wire mesh or synthetic resin is placed thereon. 본 고안은 황토와 철망 또는 합성수지로 된 지지틀을 이용하여 구성된 황토 온돌판에 관한 것으로 종래에는 황토를 이용하여 단위 온돌판으로 구성할 경우에 건조과정에서 균열이 발생되어 사용중에 파손되는 예가 허다하여 단위 온돌판으로는 구성할 수 없었으며 온돌을 구성하기 위하여는 석제로된 온돌판 위에 황토층을 형성하여 온돌로 사용하였기 때문에 그 시공 공정이 너무 복잡하여 온돌 시공 단가가 높아지는 문제점이 있었고 최근에는 황토 온돌 침대를 구성하기 위하여 저면에 단열층을 형성하고 그 위에 전기난방 히이터를 설치한 위에 황토층을 형성하는 것이 있으나 이것 또한 제조 공정이 너무 복잡하여 단가가 높을 뿐만 아니라 황토층이 건조과정에서 균열이 발생하여 사용중에 파손되는 문제점이 있었다.The present invention relates to a loess ondol plate composed of a support frame made of loess and wire mesh or synthetic resin.
