Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 （産業上の利用分野） 本発明は、飲料を収容する缶であつて、該缶の
蓋ほぼ３角形の開口部がリベツト止めされるリン
グおよび刻印される細溝により、蓋の一部を引裂
くことによつて作られる缶に装着する飲み口に関
する。
（従来の技術及び発明が解決しようとする課題） 該当する缶は、ビール、レモネード、ミネラル
ウオータの様な湧き水、果汁等の様な種々の液体
の販売のために大規模に市販されている。
缶に作られる開口部は、細長い３角形の形状を
有しており、該３角形の底辺は、蓋のリムに沿つ
て延び、一方、頂点は、蓋のほぼ中央に位置して
いる。
該缶は、通常、日常的に家庭で使用されない
が、例えば車輌内での道路上と、スポーツの試合
等の様に多くの人々が集まる場所とにおいて使用
される。このとき、一般に飲用コツプは、入手不
能であり、従つて、缶から直接に飲むことを消費
者に強制する。これは、特に幼い子供にとつて非
常に便利ではない。その上、液体の味は、風味が
感じられないため、この様にしてほ発揮されな
い。
一方、缶内部の飲料を飲むために、缶の上部の
リムに装着する補助カツプが提案されている。該
補助カツプは円錐筒状に形成され、カツプ本体の
内壁面下端部に凹溝と突条とから成る装着装置を
有している。該補助カツプは装着装置を缶上部の
リムに係合させて、缶上部に装架して使用され
る。該補助カツプは飲料の風味を損なうことが防
止されるが、本体内壁面下端部の形成された装着
装置のみで缶に装架されているので、補助カツプ
が使用者の体もしくは何らかの物体にぶつかつた
場合、容易に缶から外れてしまうという問題があ
る。さらに、補助カツプをカツプ上部のリムに係
合させる時に、何らの案内装置が無いので、装着
しずらいという問題点もある。
また、従来の補助カツプは、缶内の飲料を飲み
かけの状態で保管するには不適当であり、缶の開
口部を開口した時には、全飲料を一度に飲んでし
まをのければならないという不具合も有してい
る。
本発明は上記問題点を解決するためになされた
ものであり、缶に容易に装着することができ、さ
らに偶発的に缶から外れることがなく、さらに、
飲料を飲みかけの状態で保管することができる飲
料缶用飲み口を提供することを目的とする。
（課題を解決するための手段） 上記目的を達成するために、本発明の飲料缶用
飲み口は、ほぼ円筒形の体部と、飲み口と缶との
間に液密結合を得る為の締め付け装置と、前記体
部から半径方向内方に延在し、開口部を備えた底
部分であつて、缶に装着された位置での缶と蓋と
係合する底部分とを有している。さらに、前記体
部には体部と底部分との接続点からほぼ下方に延
在したスカートが設けられており、該スカートの
自由端部付近には半径方向内方に延在したリブで
あつて、前記締め付け装置を構成するリブが設け
られている。飲み口を缶に装着したとき、スカー
トは缶の円筒側壁上に延在しており、リブは缶の
円筒側壁に係合している。
前記開口部は缶の開口部の形状とほぼ一致する
形状を有している。
（作 用） 上記のように構成された飲み口を缶に装着する
時、スカートを缶側壁上を摺動させるようにして
装着すると、スカートが案内部材の役割を果たし
て飲み口が容易に缶に装着される。
装着時、底部分は缶の蓋と係合し、スカートの
自由端部付近に設けられたリブは缶の円筒側壁に
液密結合を有して係合する。飲み口は底部分とリ
ブと２カ所で缶と係合し、缶に強固に装着され
る。
底部分の開口部が缶の開口部とほぼ一致する形
状を有しているので、飲み口を缶の長手方向軸線
の回りに回転させと、缶の開口部が飲み口の底部
分によつて開閉される。
（実施例） 第１図は、缶２から分離された飲み口１を示
す。
飲み口１は、ほぼ円筒形の体部３と、隅角部分
６から半径方向内方に延在する底部分５とを備え
ている。更に、体部３には底部分５との接続点か
らほぼ下方に延在したスカートが設けられてい
る。スカートの自由端部付近には半径方向内方へ
延在したリブ４が設けられている。第２図に示す
ように、飲み口１を缶２に装着した時、スカート
は缶２の円筒側壁上まで延在しており、リブは缶
２の円筒側壁と係合して、缶との間に液密結合を
提供している。さらに、底部分５は、隆起中心部
分７を有している。底部分５は、特に第１図、第
３図、第４図、第５図に示す様に開口部８を有し
ている。開口部８は、缶２の蓋１０の開口部９と
協働可能である。飲み口１は、第２図に示す様に
缶２にかぶせられるとき、缶から飲もうとする際
に開口部８，９を相互に一致させる様に矢印Ｐ
（第１図）の方向へ回転される。開口部９が閉鎖
されるべきとき、飲み口１は、その底部分５によ
つて開口部９が閉じられるまで回転される。
隆起中心部分７は、缶２の蓋１０の開口部９を
最初に閉鎖した装置の一部として与えられる部分
１１（第１図）と底部分５との間の接触を防止す
るために設けられている。
第３図、第４図に示す様に、飲み口１の底部分
５の開口部８は、幾分傾斜した部分１２によつて
包囲され、該部分１２は、特に第４図に示す様に
蓋１０の開口部９の端縁１３に係合する。これに
より、液滴が底部分５と蓋１０との間の空間に吸
込まれることは防止される。更に、小さいリブ１
４が円筒形体部３に最も近い開口部８の丸められ
た部分のまわりに設けられている。リブ１４の高
さは第３図に示す様に該個所から低減されてい
る。
第５図は、リング１６を装着可能な溝１５が飲
み口１の底部分５の開口部８のまわりに設けられ
る可能性を示し、該リング１６は、弾性材料で作
られる。
（発明の効果） 本発明は以上のように構成されているので、以
下に記載されでるような効果を奏する。
スカートが案内部材の役割を果たすので、飲み
口の缶への装着が極めて容易になる。
装着時、底部分は缶の蓋と係合し、スカートの
自由端部付近に設けられたリブはもの円筒側壁に
液密結合を有して結合する。すなわち、飲み口は
底部分とリブとの２カ所で缶と係合するので、缶
に強固に装着され、飲み口が他の物体との衝突に
よつて偶発的に外れることが防止される。
飲料を缶から直接飲むのではないので、飲料の
風味を損ねることが無い。
飲み口を缶の長手方向軸線の回りに回転させる
と、缶の開口部が飲み口の底部分によつて開閉さ
れるので、飲料を飲みかけの状態で保管する事が
できる。

Claims (1)

  1. 【特許請求の範囲】 １ 飲料を収容する缶に装着する飲み口であつ
    て、ほぼ円筒形の体部と、飲み口と缶との間に液
    密結合を得る為の締め付け装置と、前記体部から
    半径方向内方に延在し、開口部を備えた底部分で
    あつて、缶に装着された位置で缶の蓋と係合する
    底部分とを有している飲み口において、 前記体部には体部と底部分との接続点からほぼ
    下方に延在したスカートが設けられており、該ス
    カートの自由端部付近には半径方向内方に延在し
    たリブであつて、前記締め付け装置を構成するリ
    ブが設けられており、前記飲み口の底部分の開口
    部は缶の蓋に形成された開口部とほぼ整合する形
    状であり、飲み口を缶に装着したとき、前記スカ
    ートは缶の円筒側壁上に延在しており、前記リブ
    が缶の円筒側壁に係合していることを特徴とする
    飲み口。
