工具(メンドラチエンヂヤーと一般的に呼ばれ
る)dを用い、クラツチ板の軸穴を貫通させパイ
ロツトベアリングに嵌合させた状態で保持し乍ら
プレツシヤープレートをフライホイールに取り付
けるものである。しかし乍らこの方法では、車種
によつて軸穴径及びパイロツトベアリング径が異
なる為に、その都度上記棒体aに上記それぞれの
径に応じたクラツチ軸穴挿通部材bとパイロツト
ベアリング嵌合部材cを選出し取り付けなければ
ならず、非常に手間が係り、作業効率が非常に悪
い等の問題がある。又、近年車種の多様化によつ
て増々其の問題が作業効率低下に結びついてい
る。

ると共に、上記クラツチ保持部材の基端側に長穴
を貫設せしめ、該長穴に摺動ピンを遊貫状に貫通
せしめ、その両端を上記操作用螺子棒先端に枢着
されるクラツチ保持開脚用部材によつて支持せし
め、更に上記治具本体先端にプレツシヤープレー
ト押圧環状部材を装着せしめると共に、上記操作
用螺子棒に上下調整雌螺子部材を螺合貫通せしめ
たことを特徴とするクラツチ板取付け治具であ
る。

上下することによつて、上記レール部材5,5上
を摺動し乍ら上下移動するものであり、上記操作
用螺子棒4によつ上下調整雌螺子部材7を螺合貫
通させることによつて、上記上下摺動部材6を上
下調整自在とするものである。そして上下摺動部
材6の両側部に基端が枢支ピン8,8によつて枢
支され、先端にクラツチ板軸穴係止片9が形成さ
れるクラツチ保持部材10,10を、対称状に設
けるものであり、同クラツチ保持部材10,10
は中途より互いに内側面が当接し、その先端のク
ラツチ板軸穴係止片9が上記治具本体1先端に装
着されるリング状のプレツシヤープレート押圧環
状部材11の中心より突出した状態で形成される
ものである。更に上記クラツチ保持部材10,1

貫設し、上記操作用螺子棒4先端に上記長穴1

チ板Bの軸穴D中心とフライホイールE中心とが
自動的に合わされた状態となるものである。

る車種が、年々増加している現状から増々効率の
向上が計れる等、種々の効果を奏するものであ
る。
