Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 〔産業上の利用分野〕 本考案は、水道の給水栓の水止弁（パツキング
付コマ）の取り替えに際して水止弁を簡単にして
つまみ出すことが出来るウオーターポンププライ
ヤに係るものである。
〔従来の技術〕
水止弁のパツキングが摩耗すると水の止まりが
悪くなるから新しい水止弁に取り替えている。
従来、ウオーターポンププライヤで給水栓のキ
ヤツプを取り外した上、水止弁を取り出している
がこの水止弁は深い所に位置しているコマに突設
している持上杆をつまみ、取り出さなければなら
ない。しかし、この持上杆は深い所に位置し、手
でつまみ出すことが出来きずハシ、ピンセツト、
毛抜きなどで挟んでつまみ出しているが、この持
上杆が丸いためなかなかつまみ上げることが大変
であり、それだけ作業性に劣る欠点があつた。
〔考案が解決しようとする課題〕
本考案は、かかる欠点を解決したものでウオー
ターポンププライヤの一方のハンドル先端部に水
止弁のつまみ上げ部を設けて簡単にして水止弁を
つまみ出すことが出来るウオーターポンププライ
ヤを提供することが技術的な課題である。
〔課題を解決するための手段〕
添付図面を参照して本考案の要旨を説明する。
ウオーターポンププライヤにおいて、少なくと
も一方のハンドル１の先端部に樹脂製の被嵌部材
１０を付設し、この被嵌部材１０の先端に嵌合孔
６を設け、この嵌合孔６の径を、水止弁２の持上
杆２ａに外側から圧嵌合して水止弁２をつまみ出
せる径に設定してハンドル１の先端部に水止弁つ
まみ上げ部３を設けたことを特徴とするウオータ
ーポンププライヤに係るものである。
〔作用〕
両ハンドル１，１を握持した状態で一方のハン
ドル１の先端部に設けた水止弁つまみ上げ部３の
嵌合孔６を水止弁２の持上杆２ａに外側から圧嵌
合し、そのままハンドル１，１を持ち上げて水止
弁２を給水栓から取り出すことが出来る。
つまみ出した後、水止弁２を手でつかんで水止
弁つまみ上げ部３から取り外す。
〔実施例〕
本実施例の水止弁つまみ上げ部３は、一方のハ
ンドル１の外側に被嵌部材１０として被覆した長
尺な柔軟性合成樹脂被膜の先端部に嵌合孔６を形
成し、この合成樹脂の弾性力により嵌合孔６を水
止弁２の持上杆２ａに圧力被嵌して水止弁２をつ
まみ出すように構成している。
また、本実施例では、挾着部４，４を柔軟性合
成樹脂被膜５で被覆して器具の損傷することを防
止している。
また、他方のハンドル１を少し短くし、このハ
ンドル１先端部にドライバー杆９を設けてドライ
バーとしても使用出来るように構成している。
〔考案の効果〕
本考案は、上述の様に構成したからハンドル
１，１を握持して水止弁つまみ上げ部３の嵌合孔
６を水止弁２の持上杆２ａに外側から圧嵌合して
そのまま引き上げるだけで、水止弁２を簡単に而
かも確実につまみ出すことが出来るから極めて作
業能率が向上することになる。
従つて、素人でも本案品を使用することにより
簡単にして、水止弁２の取り替えが出来る。
また、本案品は一方のハンドル１の先端部に水
止弁つまみ上げ部３を設けるだけの簡単構造であ
るから製作も容易となり、量産し、それだけ製品
を安価に提供するなど秀れた実用上の効果を有す
るものである。
而かも、本考案の水止弁つまみ上げ部３は、単
に先端に嵌合孔６を設けた被嵌部材１０をハンド
ル１の先端に被嵌するだけで構成できるから、非
常に製作コストがかからず、量産性に秀れ、また
ハンドル１を加工することなく、既存のウオータ
ーポンププライヤでも単に被嵌部材１０を被嵌す
るだけで本案品を提供できる秀れた効果を発揮す
る。
【図面の簡単な説明】
図面は本考案の一実施例を示すもので、第１図
は本案品の斜面図、第２図は要部の正断面図、第
３図は本案品の使用状態を示す一部の正面図であ
る。 １……ハンドル、２……水止弁、２ａ……持上
杆、３……水止弁つまみ上げ部、６……嵌合孔、
１０……被嵌部材。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ウオーターポンププライヤにおいて、少なくと
    も一方のハンドルの先端部に樹脂製の被嵌部材を
    付設し、この被嵌部材の先端に嵌合孔を設け、こ
    の嵌合孔の径を、水止弁の持上杆に外側から圧嵌
    合して水止弁をつまみ出せる径に設定してハンド
    ルの先端部に水止弁つまみ上げ部を設けたことを
    特徴とするウオーターポンププライヤ。
