その作業に手間がかかり、また、着脱の都度寸法
誤差が生じるという問題もある。そこで、ツルー
イングドレツシング用の回転砥石を平面研削盤の
回転研摩砥石の一側上方に設置して回転研摩砥石
を外すことなく必要時に回転砥石を下降させてそ
その下面を回転研摩砥石の研摩面に押しつけるこ
とによりツルーイングドレツシングを行うことも

ねじ式の昇降装置により微昇降動される昇降ブラ
ケツトに遊嵌されて該昇降ブラケツトの上端に形
成した球面受座に前記球面座部をもつて支持させ
るとともに昇降ブラケツトの下端面を前記調節ボ
ルトの上端面に当接させて回転砥石を水平度調節
自在としたことを特徴とするものである。

の研摩面と対応する所望の角度に適確に設定でき

置から加工位置である回転研摩砥石3の上方を経
て搬出位置に間歇的に移動できるようになつてい
る。8はワーク保持機構7に取付けられる加圧力
調整機であつて、該加圧調整機8は研摩初期と研
摩終期とではワークの加工圧が代わるようワーク
保持機構7を昇降動させるものであり、ワークは
研摩初期に研摩終期より高めの加工圧が加えられ
て短時間で所定寸法近くまでの荒削りが行われ、
研摩終期には加工圧は減圧されて仕上精度と寸法
精度の高い精密仕上げが行われるようになつてい
る。

ト15の上端に形成した球面受座16に前記球面
座部19をもつて傾動自在に支持させるととも
に、該昇降ブラケツト15の下面を前記調節ボル
ト21の上端面に当接させてある。なお、11は
回転研摩砥石3を駆動するモータ、12は回転ワ
ーク保持機構7を駆動するモータ、13,14は
回転ツルーイングドレツシング装置9の昇降動お
よび回転駆動を行うモータである。

ともに調節ボルト21の上端を昇降ブラケツト1
5の下端面に当接させている砥石受17を介して
回転砥石9aも下降するから、回転砥石9aの下
面が回転研摩砥石3の研摩面に接触していわゆる
強制切込方式でのツルーイングドレツシングが行

に傾斜した断面谷形にドレツシングしてワークの
被研摩面の中央部分を円錐凸状とすることもでき
るもので、研摩装置に組み込めば、回転砥石のツ
ルーイングドレツシングをワークの研摩作業中に
も行うことができて研摩装置の稼働率を最大とす
ることができるうえに、回転研摩砥石の着脱によ
る手数と時間および取付上の寸法誤差をなくする
ことができる利点もあり、従来の問題点を解消し
た回転研摩砥石のツルーイングドレツシング装置
として実用的価値極めて大なものである。
