By the way, the conventional painting method described above requires multiple layers of paint and the edges of the masking must be accurately finished to match the shape of the transfer mark, which makes work efficiency extremely low. There are problems in that productivity is poor, the defect rate is high due to repeating the same process, and the finish is heavy and unsightly due to multilayer coating.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention has been developed by pasting a masking mount with a transfer mark on the surface and an adhesive layer on the transfer mark to the object to be painted with the adhesive layer, and then attaching the adhesive layer to the object to be painted. Masking is applied to a part so as to overlap with the mount, the masking is removed after painting the exposed part of the object to be painted, and then the mount is peeled off from the transfer mark.

A transfer mark mount is pasted on a predetermined position of the object to be painted using an adhesive layer, a part of the object to be painted is masked so that it overlaps with the mount, and when the exposed part of the object is painted, the mount is transferred. By using mark masking in combination, after removing the masking and then peeling off the mount from the transfer mark, multicolor painting can be performed by combining the transfer mark and painting.

The pretreatment layer 12 adheres the mark layer 13 on the surface release treatment layer of the mount 11, and since it will remain on the surface of the mark layer 13 after the mount 11 is peeled off, the pretreatment layer 12 will take advantage of changes over time. mark layer 13
In addition, when a coating is applied on the mark layer 13, the crosslinking reaction is used to firmly harden and fix the mark layer 13. For example, it is made of heat-resistant acrylic resin, etc. Using transparent or translucent ink or paint as a main component, it is provided on the entire surface of the mount 11 or in parts in a pattern equal to that of the mark layer 13. In addition,
This pretreatment layer 12 may not be provided.

The mark layer 13 is formed using ink or paint whose main component is an acrylic resin or the like that has heat resistance, weather resistance, and solvent resistance, and can be formed by various printing methods such as planography, screen, convex, intaglio, and gravure, or by spraying. Desired colors and patterns such as patterns, designs, and letters are applied by painting or the like.

Release sheet 17 that protects the adhesive layer 14
is made by applying silicone processing to one side of synthetic resin or paper to improve mold release properties, and the peel strength of the mold release treatment layer is set to about 80 to 100%, so that the adhesive layer 14 is not damaged. It is now possible to perform peeling without applying any damage.

The drawing shows an example of applying multicolor painting to a pipe. First, as shown in Fig. 3, a mount 11 is pasted on a predetermined position of the pipe A with an adhesive layer 14, and then the mount 11 is used as a border. Masking 18 is applied to zone B on one end side of pipe A so as to partially overlap with mount 11, and painting 19 is applied to zone C on the exposed other end side of pipe A, as shown in FIG. Painting 1
9, the mount 11 serves as a mask for the mark layer 13, and when the coating 19 is dried by baking or otherwise stabilized, the mark layer 13 is also stabilized.

Next, the masking 18 is removed, and as shown in FIG. 5, a masking 20 is applied from the dried coating 19 to the mount 11, a coating 21 is applied to the exposed zone B on one end side, and the coating 21 is baked, etc. After the mark layer 13 is stabilized by drying, the mount 11 is attached to the treated layer 12 as shown in FIG.
By peeling it off from the mark layer 13 at the part shown in FIG.
As shown in the figure, three-color coating can be applied using the transferred mark layer 13 and the coatings 19 and 21 on both sides, and if necessary, the entire outer surface can be coated with clear lacquer, acrylic, melamine, urethane, epoxy, etc. An overcoat may be applied and baked.

In the case shown in the figure, the mark layer 13 is transferred so as to be wound around the entire length of the outer circumference of the pipe A, but for example, the mark layer is pasted with a mount along the axial direction of the pipe A, and the middle of the mark layer is pasted as a border. Alternatively, the outer peripheral surface of the pipe may be painted in a different color. Also,
The adhesive layer 16 may be used not only for positioning as shown, but also for preventing peeling of the end of the mount 11 wound around the pipe A.

Furthermore, the present invention is not limited to painting pipes as in the illustrated embodiment, but can also be applied to flat surfaces.

[Effect] As described above, according to the present invention, a transfer mark is affixed to an object to be painted together with a mount, masking is applied to the object to be painted so that it overlaps with the mount, and after painting is applied to the exposed portion of the object to be painted. Since the masking is removed and the mount is peeled off from the transfer mark, the mount can be used as is as a mask for the transfer mark in multi-color painting using transfer marks, dramatically increasing productivity by reducing the painting process. This makes it possible to reduce production costs.

In addition, since the mount also serves as masking, advanced techniques are not required for masking work, and the work can be done with low cost and labor.
