る美しくて丈夫なブラインドリーフに関するもの

（従来の技術）
べネシアンブラインドは、ブラインドリーフに
美しい色を塗装したものがあるが、全体が単色で

られているが、塗料で描いた不規則なパターンや
グラビアオフセツト印刷による簡単な模様であ
り、高級なイメージを与えるまでには至つていな

と、このリーフ本体の表裏面に施された熱硬化性
樹脂からなる下地塗膜と、この下地塗膜の上に一
体に設けられた絵柄層及び熱硬化性樹脂を主成分
とする透明保護層とから構成されたブラインドリ

つぎに、この考案を図示の実施例により具体的
に説明すると、図において、１はアルミ等の金属
板で形成されたリーフ本体であり、その表裏面に
熱硬化性樹脂からなる下地塗膜２が施されてい
る。３は絵柄層、４は熱硬化性樹脂例えばアクリ
ル樹脂を主成分とする透明保護層であり、これら
は前記下地塗膜２の上に一体に転写されている。
即ち、第２図に示すように、下地塗膜２を施した
リーフ本体１を、転写ロール５，５′間に導き、
転写基体フイルム６，６′の表面に前記透明保護
層４及び絵柄層３を設けた転写箔７，７′を圧着
して、透明保護層４及び絵柄層３を一体として転
写し、ついで転写基体フイルム６，６′を剥離除
去することにより、目的とするブラインドリーフ

た、熱硬化性樹脂下地塗膜を設けたため、リーフ
本体の腐食を未然に防止することができる。さら
に、本考案によれば、絵柄層と透明保護層とをリ
ーフ本体に一体に転写できるので、工程がきわめ
て簡単であり、従来の単色ブラインドリーフ塗装
ラインに転写装置を組込むだけの最小限の機械改
造で、模様入りのブラインドリーフを生産できる
