In such a conventional transformer winding frame a, when winding is performed, an automatic winding machine is generally used to wind the electric wire around the winding trunk to form the winding 111c, and then wind the electric wire d after winding. For example, it was directly connected to the connection terminal e by wrapping, soldering, etc. FIG. 6 shows the wrapped state.

If the plug blade f deforms when inserted into or removed from an outlet or the like, there is a risk that the electric wire d may be cut.

A winding frame for a transformer having a terminal for connecting a winding, in which a breakable or bendable transit piece on which the wire that has been wound around the winding body can be hung and passed through is used to connect a portion of the winding to the winding body. When connecting the finished wire to the terminal, the wire connected to the front north terminal via the transit piece should be placed at a position away from the shortest path that the wire should pass, so that the wire is not loosened due to breakage or bending of the transit piece. It is set up so that it faces the space it allows.

The relay piece is provided at a position away from the shortest path that the wire should take when connecting the wire that has finished winding around the winding body to the terminal, and the wire is not bent or bent. Since the electric wire is provided so as to face a space that allows the electric wire to be relaxed, by breaking or bending the electric wire in the direction in which the electric wire is relaxed, the electric wire can be relaxed without fear of being cut.

Therefore, the position of the relay piece 36 is deviated from the shortest path that the wire should take when connecting the wire that has finished winding to the winding trunk 12 to the end-of-winding terminal 28.
The space created by the interval between the wire 36 and the wire 36 allows the electric wire 38b connected to the winding end terminal 28 via the wire 36 to be relaxed by breaking or bending the wire 36.

As shown by arrow B, it is hooked onto the via piece 36 and connected to the end-of-winding terminal 28 via the via piece 36 by wrapping. 40 is a winding. In this state, the electric wire 38b connected to the end-of-winding terminal 28 after winding is in a tensioned state.

Further, for example, a notch may be provided in the front flange, and a passage piece may be provided at the entrance of the notch. In this case, the space created by the notch allows the electric wire connected to the end-of-winding terminal via the via piece to relax by breaking or bending the via piece.

Then, by breaking or bending the passing piece, the electric wire between the terminal and the winding trunk can be relaxed, and the electric wire can be caused by expansion or contraction of the electric wire and the winding frame due to temperature changes. For example, when the terminal is integrated with a plug blade, it is possible to prevent the plug blade from being deformed and cut when inserted into or removed from an outlet or the like.
