The lead wire on the winding end side of the coil is led to the loosening prevention part formed on the collar part on the winding end side, in the state of being wrapped around it, or in the locked state, to the opening side of the housing part, Subsequently, the lead wires are connected to the lead wires inserted in the tapered insertion holes formed in the accommodating portion and accommodated in the accommodating portion, and then the lead wires are engaged with the hook-shaped retaining portion. Since the retaining projections or the serrated engagement portions are used for non-removable engagement, the work of connecting the lead wire and each lead wire of the coil reduces the number of work steps, In addition, the workability can be improved quickly and easily.

First, as shown in FIGS. 7 (a) and 8 (a), the tip end side (core wire side) of the lead wires 31s, 31e is placed in the housing portion 2
It is inserted into an insertion hole 33 formed on the other end side of 9, 9 to allow the accommodating portions 29, 30 to pass therethrough, and is projected from an opening 32 opened at one end. At this time, since the insertion holes 33 of the accommodating portions 29 and 30 are formed in a tapered shape, the lead wires 31s and 31e can be easily inserted.

In addition, since the relaxation prevention portion 36 has the groove portions 36b and 36c for passing the lead wire 22e on the winding end side formed with different depths, when the lead wire 22e and the lead wire 31e are connected, It is possible to prevent the lead wires 22e from breaking due to the lead wires 22e wound around the hanging portions 36a being worn against each other.

For example, as shown in FIGS. 7 (b) and 8 (b), the lead wire 31s, 31e is formed so as to become wider toward the rear end (covering portion side) from the tip of the core wire portion,
The rear end side is formed with a diameter slightly larger than the diameter dimension of one opening 33a of the insertion hole 33. In addition, the length dimension of each lead wire 22 s, 22 e of the coil 22 is the same as the lead wire 31.
It is wound around and connected to the core wire portion of s, 31e to receive the housing portion 29, 30.
Set the length so that no excessive tensile stress is applied when it is stored in.

The rear end side of 7 is retracted to a position corresponding to one opening 33a of the insertion hole 33. At this time, as described above, the rear end side of the bulging portion 37 has one opening 33 of the insertion hole 33.
Since it is formed with a diameter slightly larger than the diameter of a,
The rear end side of the bulging portion 37 contacts the inner wall surface of the housing portion 29, 30 at the peripheral edge of the one opening 33a of the insertion hole 33 to prevent the lead wires 31s, 31e from being pulled out from the insertion hole 33. , Lead wires 31s and 31e and lead wires 22s and 22e
It is possible to alleviate the burden on the connection portion with and the lead wires 22s and 22e themselves, and to reliably prevent the lead wires 22s and 22e from being broken.

As shown in FIGS. 3, 4 and 5 (b) and 6 (b), the width is gradually narrowed toward the terminal portion side, and the width dimension of the narrowest portion is the lead wire 31s,
Since the outer diameter dimension of the lead wire 31e is smaller than that of the lead wire 31e, even if the locking by the locking projections 34c, 34c (or the serrated locking parts 35, 35) of the lead wires 31s, 31e is released, Due to the presence of the narrow portion of the guide groove 34b, it is possible to favorably prevent the lead wires 31s and 31e from coming off the guide groove 34b.

By deriving it, it becomes possible to reliably prevent the coil 22 from becoming loose from the winding end side of the coil 22 when the lead wire 22e and the lead wire 31e are connected, and moreover, the loosening of the lead wire 22e. The work of winding around the prevention portion 36 can be performed by the winding machine in the winding process of the coil 22, so that it is possible to contribute to a reduction in the number of steps.

Since it is configured such that the lead wires 31s and 31e are locked to the pull-out preventing portion 34 with 5, 35, the work for locking the lead wires 31s and 31e to the pull-out preventing portion 34 can be performed quickly and easily. In addition, the guide groove 34b

In order to obtain the retaining effect of the lead wires 31s and 31e at 0, the bulging portion 37 is described as an example in which it is formed in a divergent shape from the front end side to the rear end side of the core wire portion of the lead wires 31s and 31e. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and for example, the bulging portion is formed with a diameter dimension slightly larger than one opening of the insertion hole and is formed uniformly from the front end side to the rear end side of the core wire portion of the lead wire. A retaining member having a diameter slightly larger than one opening of the insertion hole may be fitted to the rear end side of the core portion of the lead wire to obtain the retaining effect of the lead wire in the accommodating portion. Good.

By locking and leading out to the housing portion side, it becomes possible to reliably prevent loosening of the coil when the lead wire on the winding end side and the lead wire are connected. Moreover, the work of winding the leader wire around the relaxation prevention portion can be performed by a winding machine in the coil winding process, and the work of locking the leader wire to the relaxation prevention portion can be performed with the leader wire. Since it can be easily done before connecting with the lead wire, there is no need for prior work such as attaching an adhesive tape to the winding outer peripheral surface of the coil as in the past, and as a result, the number of manufacturing steps can be improved. It becomes possible to reduce.

By winding the lead wire around the winding part , the coil
It is possible to prevent it from loosening satisfactorily and to reliably prevent the leader wire from being pulled out toward the tip of the winding part .

Since it is formed on the lead wire, the lead wire insertion work can be performed smoothly and satisfactorily, and
And the lead wire, the lead wire is pulled out from the housing.
The lead wire can be properly prevented from coming off, and the lead wire uses the hook-shaped guide groove of the retaining portion formed in each collar portion to make a locking protrusion or a sawtooth shape at its end portion. Since it is configured to be irremovably locked by the locking portion, it is possible to improve work efficiency satisfactorily as compared with the related art.

防ぐことができる。(5) Further, since the lead wire and each lead wire of the coil are accommodated in the accommodating portion from different directions, the lead wire is adjusted in the number of windings as necessary as in the conventional case. It is sufficient to cut and wind and connect in advance the length required for wrapping the lead wire around the core wire, and the rear end of the bulging part formed at the connection part with the lead wire. Since the side is formed so as to have a diameter larger than the diameter of one opening of the insertion hole through which the lead wire is inserted, it is possible to prevent the lead wire from being removed from the insertion hole. It is possible to reliably prevent the occurrence of the problem that a tensile stress is applied unnecessarily to each lead wire that is cut in the length dimension required to wind the core wire portion and breaks the lead wire.
