Claims (1)
- ハウジングの内空部を開放する一端の開口を酸
素透過性の隔膜で被覆し、その内空部に電解液を
充填すると共に陽極と陰極を設けた溶存酸素電極
において、ハウジングの外部に露出させた第1の
破損検出用電極と、ハウジングの内空部に位置し
電解液に触れさせた第2の破損検出用電極とを設
けたことを特徴とする溶存酸素電極。
