Conventionally, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, a terminal 4' is inserted and held in a hole 18 made in a printed circuit board 1', then fixed with an eyelet 20 or the like, and then soldered 21
The structure is designed to provide electrical continuity. As a result, the number of parts increases, which causes an increase in costs. Also, since soldering cannot be automated, the work process becomes complicated and efficiency deteriorates. Furthermore, since the land is fixed by the solder 21, the eyelet 20, etc., it has various drawbacks such as the land peeling off during soldering or by external force.

However, the present invention was created in view of the shortcomings of the conventional technology, and aims to improve work efficiency and reduce costs by connecting the terminals and the printed circuit board without performing any processing on the printed circuit board and the terminals. This is a technical issue, and conduction is achieved by inserting a compressed conductive compression spring between the terminal inserted and held in the case and the land of the printed circuit board.

An embodiment of the invention is shown in FIGS. 1 and 2.
Reference numeral 1 denotes a printed circuit board on which electronic circuits, electronic parts, etc. are appropriately arranged, and a land 7 for external power supply conduction and a hole 8 for holding a terminal are provided in a part of the printed circuit board 1. 2 is a case provided with a claw portion 3 made of elastic synthetic resin or the like and a terminal box 6 for holding the terminal; 4 is a case with an external power source inserted and held in a hole (not shown) made in the terminal box 6; This is a terminal for connecting. Next, a procedure for connecting the printed circuit board 1 and the terminals 4 will be described. In FIG. 1, the tip 41 of the terminal 4 is inserted and held in the hole bored in the case 2, the conductive compression spring 5 is inserted into the base 43 of the terminal 4, and the notch 11 of the printed circuit board 1 is inserted. When the claw portion 3 of the case 2 is engaged and fixed, the base portion 43 of the terminal 4 is fitted into the hole 8. The compression spring 5 sandwiched between the printed circuit board 1 and the protrusion 42 of the terminal 4 is compressed and is crimped onto the land 7 and the terminal 4, thereby making it possible to conduct an external power source to the printed circuit board 1. At this time, the movement of the terminal 4 in the height direction is suppressed by the height of the tight contact of the compression spring 5.

Since electrical continuity can be established between the printed circuit board and the terminal without any processing such as eyelets or soldering, the structure can be constructed with fewer parts, reducing working time and reducing costs. Furthermore, one end of the terminal that connects to the external power supply is inserted into the case, and the base of the other end is loosely engaged with the hole in the printed circuit board, and the claw of the case engages and holds the terminal in the notch of the printed circuit board. In the terminal structure, a conductive compression spring is inserted into the base of the terminal, and a protrusion is provided approximately in the center of the terminal so that the movement of the terminal is regulated by the height of the compression spring, and the compression Since one end of the spring is connected to a land provided on the printed circuit board to face the protrusion, the number of terminals connected to the external power supply can be reliably installed using as few parts as possible. Instead, when connecting, the external force is alleviated by the compression spring, so no excessive force is applied to the printed circuit board, and there is no risk of damaging the printed circuit board or peeling off the land part. The present invention has an advantage in that it does not need to be in the form of a through hole and only the connecting surface of the printed circuit board is sufficient.
