ータを略1画面分記憶する画像メモリと、上記階
調特性変換回路の出力信号に所定の色補正を施し
た後各デイジタルR,G,B信号をシリアル変換
して出力するマトリツクス回路と、上記暗電流補
正回路乃至マトリツクス回路の諸動作を制御する
制御回路とを備え、 上記画像メモリのデータを用いて演算されたヒ
ストグラムを使用して白レベル、黒レベルを判別
し、上記暗電流補正回路で暗電流を補正した後の
固体撮像素子内の遮光部のノイズレベルを基に、
上記白レベル、黒レベルの判別を行なうよう構成
