Claims (1)
- それぞれ半円筒形のヨークの内周面に沿つて導
電性ゴムを接着して形成された、前記導電性ゴム
が円筒形の被検査コイル外周面に当接する２つの
コイル包囲部と、一端を前記２つのコイル包囲部
それぞれに接続し、かつ他端を前記被検査コイル
に接続した電流計と電源とからなる測定部とから
構成されることを特徴とする円筒形コイル表面絶
縁検査装置。
