  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ バーコードに光を照射するための発光素子と
    、 該発光素子から発せられる光を集光し、前記バ
    ーコードに照射する集光レンズと、 小径の光導入路を有するシエルと、 該シエル内に配設し、前記光導入路を通して入
    光する光を受光する受光素子とを備え、 前記発光素子からバーコードに向けて発せられ
    る光の光束中に前記シエルを配し、該シエルの光
    導入路を、前記集光レンズで集光されるバーコー
    ドからの反射光の焦点付近に配置することを特徴
    とするバーコードリーダ。 ２ 一端面に発光面を形成するライトガイド部と
    、該ライトガイド部内に配設し、前記発光面から
    バーコードへ向けて光を照射刷るための発光素子
    と、前記ライトガイド部内に配設し、小径の光導
    入路を有するシエルと、該シエル内に配設し、前
    記バーコードからの反射光を前記光導入路を通し
    て受光する受光素子とを備え、前記光導入路を前
    記発光面に形成することを特徴とするするバーコ
    ードリーダ用の発・受光ユニツト。
